The instructional multimedia teaching effectiveness significantly enhances teaching quality that it does not simply break through the restriction on time and space, but could also receive immediate learning achievement, assist in traditional instruction, and provide learners with diverse learning and innovation ability. The advantage of instructional multimedia becomes the mainstream of education. With nonequivalent pretest posttest control group design, 198 students of Chongqing University of Education is proceeded the 15-week (3 hours per week for total 45 hours) teaching experiment. The research results reveal remarkable effects of 1.instructional multimedia on learning effect, 2.instructional multimedia on learning gain, 3.Situational Approach on learning effect, 4.Situational Approach on learning gain, 5.instructional multimedia integrated Situational Approach on the promotion of learning effect, and 6.instructional multimedia integrated Situational Approach on the enhancement of learning gain. According to the results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to provide students with the diverse and practical learning model to assist students in cultivating adequate basic abilities and allow students actively participating in discussions and solving problems in the instructional multimedia integrated Situational Approach teaching situation so as to enhance the learning motivation and promote the learning achievement.
To improve the efficiency of resources allocation in manufacturing enterprises, a bi-level programming model for studying coordinate development of efficiency and effectiveness in functional departments is proposed based on analysis of complexity and hierarchy of manufacturing enterprises. Then an improved adaptive Harmony Search for solving the bi-level programming model is discussed. A typical state-owned manufacturing enterprise is analyzed. Results show that, the harmonious coexistence of functional departments is the necessary condition of maximization of both profits and effectiveness. The enterprises could increase investment in R& D to increase the production value when it is difficult to expand the production scale. To avoid violent fluctuations of production value, Decision makers should maintain the stability of resources input quantity.
By combining the traditional iteration structure of Hash function with the dynamic S-boxes, a novel keyed Hash function is presented. The proposed approach can give a chaotic Hash value by means of the lookup table of functions and chaotic dynamic S-box. Compared with the existing chaotic Hash functions, this method improves computational performance of Hash system by using the chaotic S-box substitution. Theoretical and experimental results show that the proposed method has not only strong one way property, sensitivity to initial conditions and chaotic system’s parameters, but also high speed.
This paper mainly discussed the relation between human behave and space configuration, in order to analysis and optimize the space of urban commercial pedestrian street. In this paper, Xi'an Shu-Yuan-Men commercial pedestrian space has been chosen as a case study. Firstly, a model has been built by using space syntax on the basis of the space network, and an analysis and optimization has been offered from the technical level. Secondly, combined with space network, by recording and analysis of the human behavior, a feedback has been offered to the model according to the actual needs. At last, a final comprehensive optimization plan has been carried out. The purpose of this plan is trying to improve the shopping and leisure environment of the mall and comprehensive Land use efficiency.
