Resumo:Adotando uma perspectiva interdisciplinar, este artigo analisa as mudanças introduzidas pelas mídias sociais na sociedade partindo de conceitos como identidade, território e políticas públicas e sua transposição para o mundo virtual, aqui considerado objeto multidisciplinar. As mídias sociais como território de pertencimento, onde é possível a governos estabelecerem mecanismos de controle de políticas públicas mais democráticas e participativas devido à interação virtual, são premissas defendidas neste artigo, que ao final mostra como governo e comunidade hoje têm a possibilidade de dialogar e construir ações, projetos e programas a partir do engajamento e do ativismo político praticado nas redes sociais. Como metodologia, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica que permitiu a discussão de conceitos oriundos de distintas áreas de conhecimento, estabelecendo uma relação entre identidade, território e mídias sociais. INTRODUÇÃODesde a sua popularização, as mídias sociais realizam uma verdadeira revolução na forma de elaborar e acessar conteúdo, seja ele jornalístico, de lazer ou informacional. Em um só ambiente, as pessoas leem notícias, acompanham os amigos por fotos e vídeos e compartilham links de forma gratuita e ilimitada. O tempo e a diluição do espaço são elementos-chave nesse processo, pois é a partir deles e por causa deles que todo conteúdo é produzido e distribuído mais rapidamente, como se pudéssemos acompanhar cada link em tempo real. Esse mesmo tempo modifica, de forma acelerada, valores e conceitos que antes alteravam-se lentamente, fazendo com que a modernidade seja cada vez mais líquida (BAUMAN, 1999(BAUMAN, e 2000 e produza a chamada crise de identidade e o fenômeno da solidão de massa. Estamos cercados de pessoas no ambiente virtual, mas as nossas diferenças não são bem aceitas nesse meio que tende a padronizar
Estudos diversos sobre a implementação das políticas que compõem o Programa Brasil Quilombola demonstram que o acesso das comunidades aos benefícios dessas políticas é extremamente restrito. Destacam também a dificuldade de comunicação entre os executores das políticas do programa e as comunidades-alvo delas. Outros estudos demarcam a questão da falta de conhecimento dos membros das comunidades quilombolas acerca dessas políticas, o que dificulta a reivindicação dos direitos assegurados por este programa. Este artigo analisa se as políticas relacionadas ao programa foram implantadas em duas comunidades quilombolas no estado de Alagoas e qual foi o papel dos burocratas nesses processos. Através de pesquisa de campo e de entrevistas com burocratas e gestores das pastas responsáveis pela execução e implementação deste programa nos municípios, mapeou-se quais políticas dentro dos eixos que o integralizam foram implementadas, observando-se o papel desses burocratas na operacionalização e readequação dessas políticas, assim como a percepção da população desses povoados acerca dessas políticas. Conclui-se que estes burocratas têm um papel quase nulo na operacionalização e na melhora dessas políticas quando e se elas são implementadas e que a população desses povoados desconhece os benefícios a que têm direito dentro dos eixos do programa.
A partir de depoimentos de carreiros construtores e condutores de carros de boi, este artigo aborda o ethos do carro de boi no sertão alagoano e as relações sociais que se estabelecem em torno dele. Discutimos o processo de ressignificação que busca resistir às condições que conduzem ao desaparecimento da prática. Na primeira parte deste artigo, a profissão de construtor é abordada tendo por base as oficinas, as peças constituintes do carro e a dificuldade em adquirir a matéria-prima necessária para esta atividade. Em seguida, abordamos a profissão do carreiro como condutor, as técnicas de controle dos animais e os usos do carro de boi como meio de locomoção, como transporte de carga e como protagonista nas festas, missas e desfiles que ocorrem em municípios do sertão alagoano. Por último, abordamos a relação entre tradição e cultura popular. Os dados e as fotografia utilizados neste artigo foram coletados em trabalho de campo realizado entre 2015, 2016 e 2017 no agreste e no sertão alagoanos que coletou dados para a realização do Projeto de Salvaguarda do Patrimônio Imaterial em Alagoas tem como metodologia o Inventário Nacional de Referências Culturais/INRC, metodologia utilizada pelo Instituto do Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional/IPHAN. Foram realizadas entrevistas para preenchimento de formulários do INRC e foram produzidas fotografias das quais uma parte insignificante foi utilizada neste artigo. Parte do material coletado resultou na elaboração do Mapeamento Cultural de Alagoas.
Les communautés jongueiras sont envahies par une multitude de chercheurs équipés d’appareils visuels. Si les gens de ces communautés perçoivent les chercheurs comme des personnes susceptibles de les aider en diffusant leurs revendications, leurs histoires et leurs quêtes de droits, ils veulent aussi savoir comment les images prises par ceux-ci seront utilisées et quels seront les avantages et les bénéfices qui en résulteront pour leurs communautés. Pour régler ce problème, ces communautés ont commencé à diffuser des produits audiovisuels visant à créer et à contrôler un ensemble d’images qui divulguent leurs luttes, leur culture et leurs traditions. Cet article décrit et analyse quelques stratégies élaborées par des communautés jongueiras dans le but de créer quelques produits audiovisuels montrant leur quotidien. De cette manière, elles divulguent des renseignements importants qui servent à modifier leur quotidien, à diffuser leurs histoires et leurs traditions et à se construire une nouvelle identité.
