En este trabajo se analiza y describe el contexto y la aplicación del decreto ley 2.568, que liquidaba las tierras mapuche, a partir de 1979, en el seno de una reducción mapuche de la provincia de Cautín, región de la Araucanía. La investigación presenta antecedentes de la vida en común de dicha reducción y sus habitantes; el cuadro político que rodeó a este proceso y los relatos de los y las mapuche afectados por la aplicación, rápida y arbitraria, de este cuerpo legal en tiempos de dictadura.Palabras claves: Pueblo mapuche, división de tierras mapuche, decreto-ley 2.568, Memoria histórica.This paper analyzes and describes the context and application of Decree Law 2,568, which liquidated the Mapuche lands, beginning in 1979, within a Mapuche reduction in the province of Cautín, in the Araucanía region. The investigation presents antecedents of the common life of said reduction and its inhabitants; the political picture that surrounded this process and the stories of the Mapuche affected by the rapid and arbitrary application of this legal body in times of dictatorship.
Resumen El presente trabajo aborda los procesos de construcción social histórica de los(as) "intelectuales indígenas", en una de las etapas más relevantes y complejas para los movimientos étnicos en América Latina: redemocratización, apertura de los mercados y alta participación de las bases en procesos de movilizaci ón. De este modo, la presente proposición desarrolla dos grandes puntos de análisis: por un lado, la definición y autodefinición que hace de sí un(a) "intelectual indígena"; y por otro lado, las problemáticas que enfrenta este etnointelectual en un entramado semántico cientificista y occidental.
El siguiente trabajo describe la emergencia de una vertiente de intelectuales indígenas en América Latina, marcada por reflexiones cruzadas por la descolonización como eje teórico, y la producción de conocimiento social que estos sujetos han ido articulando en los últimos treinta años. En este sentido, podemos consignar como propósito central de esta mirada analítica, develar el debate étnico en contextos nacionales, toda vez que esta región ha experimentado fuertes transformaciones en las esferas estatales y de la sociedad civil; de este modo, en estas líneas se fijan posiciones y perspectivas de trabajo en el seno de la intelectualidad indígena en general.
