This study aimed to determine the GRDP per capita growth rate in Central Sulawesi to community income distribution. The analysis tool used was regression statistics using data trends over the previous eight years period. The research result indicated that the GRDP per capita growth in Central Sulawesi within 2011-2018 period did not exhibit significant income distribution improvement. The high GRDP per capita growth rate is benefited by high-income individuals. On the other hand, people at the lower income levels could not benefit from economic development. Therefore, the community empowerment program and infrastructure development should be considered as main agenda of development in Central Sulawesi. It is conducted to ensure all community groups could benefit from access to economic opportunities and public services.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of accessibility, tourism governance, and information technology on competitive advantage mediated by supply chain management at tourist destinations in Central Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. A total of 205 respondents were used as a simple sampling technique. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that accessibility, tourism governance, and information technology had positive effects on supply chain management and competitive advantage. Furthermore, supply chain management was able to mediate the effect of accessibility, tourism governance, and information technology on competitive advantage. This would practically imply that tourist attraction with easy access is more likely to increase the capability of supply chain management and competitive advantage.
A research on the link to increasing the Human Development Index (HDI) with poverty was carried out in Central Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2018. Some research results show that the relationship between the two variables was significant in a country/region, but there are also some that are not significant in a particular country/region. In an effort to get the desired results, the analysis method used regression. From the calculation results obtained HDI has a negative and significant effect on the percentage of population in Central Sulawesi in the period of 2010-2018, meaning that an increase in HDI will reduce the percentage of poor people in Central Sulawesi. Thus, the increase in HDI in Central Sulawesi illustrated by three aspects, namely the improvement of health status has touched most of the poor people, education has been enjoyed and felt by most poor people and a decent standard of living in Central Sulawesi has been felt by most of the community with low income. The results of this research can later be used by various groups, especially the Central Sulawesi regional government to continue to boost the increase in HDI in order to reduce poverty.
