Beban kerja merupakan beban yang diterima oleh pekerja akibat pelaksanaan kerja, yang mana beban kerja ini diterima oleh tubuh akibat melaksanakan suatu aktivitas kerja. Stasiun boiler merupakan salah satu stasiun yang ada di PT Perkebunan Nusantara III PKS Sisumut. Ketel uap (boiler) digunakan sebagai sumber tenaga dan sumber uap yang akan dipakai untuk mengolah kelapa sawit.. Stasiun boiler mempunyai suhu ruangan sebesar 29-420C akibat dipengaruhi oleh paparan panas dari tungku pembakaran boiler. Operator bekerja selama 8 jam kerja per hari dan berada di lingkungan kerja yang panas. Melalui pengukuran beban kerja, maka akan diketahui apakah kerja beban kerja seorang operator sudah optimal dengan adanya pengaruh temperatur disekitar lingkungan. Beban kerja yang diperoleh dari perhitungan komsumsi energi didapat hasil nilai rata-rata E = 8,031 Kkal/menit dan nilai rata-rata %CVL = 60,39 (kerja dalam waktu singkat) dikategorikan bahwa beban kerja operator merupakan beban kerja berat yang berarti operator tidak diperbolehkan beraktivitas dalam waktu yang lama. Dan temperatur yang diperoleh dari perhitungan rata-rata nilai ISBB pada stasiun boiler adalah 33,50C. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa iklim kerja di stasiun boiler melebihi NAB. Dengan demikian, temperatur pada lingkungan kerja merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya kelelahan operator boiler saat bekerja. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi antara denyut nadi kerja dan temperatur diperoleh nilai korelasi 1,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa denyut nadi kerja mempunyai hubungan antara denyut nadi kerja dengan temperatur. Semakin tinggi temperatur maka denyut nadi juga akan semakin cepat.
Angle tilt is an important factor that affects the amount of solar radiation received on the surface of solar panels. Fixed-mounted solar panels cannot receive the maximum amount of solar radiation. How to get the maximum solar radiation by positioning the surface of the solar panel at a certain slope to be directly facing the sun. This study aims at determining the optimum slope angle of solar panels in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT). The method of calculating the total value of solar radiation on a sloping surface simulated with Pvsyst Software is used to determine the annual optimum tilt angle. NASA SSE solar radiation data from 1983 – 2005 were used to support simulations in this study. The results showed that the tilt angle that can produce the maximum output energy in the city of Meulaboh (4,152 LU, 96,131 BT, Johan Pahlawan) is at an angle of 5° with the orientation directly facing south.
The article discusses the concretization of urgent reasons and sufficient evidence for granting marriage dispensations in Law Number 16 Year 2019. This purpose of this study is how to concretize urgent reasons and sufficient evidence by the judge inproviding marriage dispensations for children. Researchers used empirical legal research methods and primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and primary data obtained through interviews with Syar’iyah court judges. Data analysis was performed prescriptively to provide an assessment of the implementation of the Marriage Law. The results showed that the petition for marriage dispensation for children after the legitimation of Law Number 16 Year 2019 increased despite being complicated by the Supreme Court Regulations and it was resulted that the age of the petitionfor marriage dispensation between 15 and 19 years old. Children must attend the court for obtaining the advice related to the risk of child marriage. Concretization of the urgent condition and sufficient evidence is carried out with observing the facts at thecouncil, namely worrying about acts that are prohibited from religion, getting pregnant out of wedlock and doing tandem (khalwat). The sufficient evidences were concreted by the judge. He/She requested the witnesses who knew the background of the parents and prospective husband/ wife attended the council to investigate the reasons for the marriage of the child and proof of marriage rejection from the KUA, Child Identity Cards, birth certificates and final diplomas. It is recommended that judges must prioritize the best interestfor the children and the reproductive health certificate from the hospital should be requested.
This study aims to determine how the process of managing incoming and outgoing letters at the Nagan Raya Bappeda Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that draws whatever happens in the field without changing it. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews with Bappeda Nagan Raya employees. While secondary data obtained from the web. Respondents from this study were 5 Bappeda employees. The results of this study indicate that the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail has not been carried out effectively. This is because the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail is still using manual procedures so that sometimes errors occur in the process.
Keberhasilan suatu proses pembelajaran dapat diketahui dari tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Diantara faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan belajar adalah sumber daya yang termasuk didalamnya guru, sarana dan prasarana. Kemampuan dan kreatifitas guru sangat diperlukan dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan berbagai stategi pembelajaran yang dianggap cocok dengan minat dan bakat serta sesuai dengan taraf perkembangan siswa termasuk di dalamnya memanfaatkan berbagai sumber dan media pembelajaran untuk menjamin efektifitas pembelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan serta kreatifitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran maka sangat dibutuhkan penerapan desain media pembelajaran interaktif bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan mengajar calon guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan desain model media pembelajaran interaktif yang mampu meningkatkan penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan mengajar calon guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian pendidikan dan pengembangan (Educational Research and Development model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bawha rata-rata penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang belajar tanpa media pembelajaran interaktif.
