ResumoO objetivo deste estudo é identificar os ambientes e práticas determinantes ao compartilhamento do conhecimento em organizações de radiologia e diagnóstico por imagem por meio de um estudo de múltiplos casos. Esta pesquisa empírica adotou como procedimentos metodológicos três fases de coleta de dados: observações, entrevistas e questionário de verificação dos resultados. Foram escolhidas três organizações de radiologia e diagnóstico por imagem e analisados grupos de radiologistas pertencentes a essas organizações. Para a análise dos dados foi utilizada a técnica de análise temática. Os resultados evidenciam que ambientes físicos favorecem a criação de uma cultura corporativa e também motivam o comportamento de compartilhamento de conhecimentos, principalmente tácitos, entre os indivíduos. Ambientes virtuais favorecem a otimização dos processos de externalização, internalização e combinação dos conhecimentos explícitos por meio de redes de trabalho suportadas pela tecnologia da informação e comunicação. Esses ambientes físicos e virtuais auxiliam na criação de um contexto apropriado para gerir o conhecimento tanto dentro quanto entre as organizações. Como considerações finais deste estudo, os resultados avançam em pesquisas anteriores na área de compartilhamento do conhecimento, evidenciando os ambientes que são determinantes aos comportamentos de compartilhamento. Além de contribuir para a teoria, os resultados também fornecem ideias para a prática que podem ser utilizadas por organizações da área de radiologia no desenvolvimento de ambientes mais propícios ao compartilhamento do conhecimento.Palavras-chave: Compartilhamento do conhecimento. Ideas are vital for organizations because they are the source for innovation and this in turn is endless source of competitive advantage. The correct definition of concepts not only allows the targeting of academic studies, but its future application in everyday life of organizations. The overall objective of this article is to clarify the terms related to generation of ideas, ideation and idea management. The method used was a literature review, and later, an analysis of the concepts used by the studies surveyed, seeking points of convergence and divergence. As a result we propose a clarification in order to aid understanding of the terms, setting a benchmark for future research. We conclude that ideation and idea generation are the same, they are the process of creating new ideas and idea management comprises the management of ideas throughout the innovation process. Geração de ideias, ideação e gestão de ideias ResumoIdeias são vitais para as organizações, pois elas são a fonte para a inovação, e esta, por sua vez, é fonte inesgotável de vantagem competitiva. A definição correta de conceitos possibilita não somente o direcionamento de estudos acadêmicos, mas a sua futura aplicação no cotidiano das organizações. O objetivo geral deste artigo é clarificar os termos relacionados à geração de ideias, ideação e gestão de ideias. O método utilizado foi um levantamento bibliográfico e, posteriormente, uma análise dos conceitos utilizados pelos estudos levantados, buscando pontos de convergência e divergência entre os conceitos. Como resultado propõe-se uma clarificação que visa auxiliar o entendimento dos termos, preparando um referencial para pesquisas futuras. Conclui-se que a ideação e a geração de ideias são o mesmo, ou seja, elas são o processo de criação de novas ideias e a gestão de ideias compreende o gerenciamento das ideias ao longo de todo o processo de inovação.Palavras-chave: Inovação, Geração de ideias, Ideação, Gestão de ideias. O mundo dos negócios requer práticas estratégicas para a criação de inovações. Sendo assim, os estímulos à geração de ideias permitem que as empresas criem novos produtos, novos processos ou novos serviços. Desta forma, o objetivo geral do artigo é apresentar os fatores que impedem que o processo de geração de ideias aconteça na organização, visto que elas são insumos para a inovação. A abordagem metodológica desta pesquisa caracteriza-se como um estudo exploratório, descritivo qualitativo. Foram realizadas entrevistas em uma empresa de pequeno porte que trabalha diariamente com inovação. Os principais resultados encontrados revelam os elementos referentes à cultura organizacional e à liderança. Conclui-se que a autonomia, os treinamentos e a promoção de técnicas para a geração de ideias são capazes de estimular a gestão da inovação.

Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, realizado em um centro de tratamento oncológico referência com três enfermeiras. Coletaram-se os dados mediante entrevistas semiestruturadas por meio de um roteiro e analisados a partir da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: extraíram-se as expressões-chave e ideias centrais, emergiram três categorias que desenharam a atuação do enfermeiro: a) Equipe multidisciplinar envolvida na radioterapia; b) O processo de trabalho das enfermeiras em radioterapia; e, c) As práticas para amenizar os efeitos colaterais da radioterapia Conclusão: ressaltam-se que os cuidados oncológicos em radioterapia consistem em ações individualizadas que, auxiliam diretamente na prevenção, minimização e/ou tratamento das reações adversas causadas pelo tratamento, articulados promovem melhor qualidade de vida do paciente oncológico. ABSTRACT Objective: to identify the care of Oncology Nursing in Radiotherapy. Method: this is a qualitative, descriptive study performed at a referral center for cancer treatment with three nurses. Results: key expressions and central ideas were extracted, three categories emerged that designed the nurse's performance: a) Multidisciplinary team involved in radiotherapy; b) The work process of the nurses in radiotherapy; and c) Practices to mitigate the side effects of radiotherapy Conclusion: it is emphasized that oncological care in radiotherapy consists of individualized actions that directly aid in the prevention, minimization and / or treatment of the adverse reactions caused by the treatment, articulations promote better quality of life of cancer patients.
