This study aims to determine the assessment model for online-based elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was carried out at SDN 2, Palas District, South Lampung Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive study approach. The data collection techniques used are through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the online assessment in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out through: assignments, daily exercises (oral tests), written tests and portfolios. From the various types of assessments carried out, it turns out that there are several obstacles, from the results of interviews that have been conducted, the obstacles experienced in online assessments are skills and attitude assessments to overcome the obstacles regarding online assessment, it still needs to be developed again, namely self-assessment and parental assessment to help solve problems regarding attitude and skill assessment.
Integrity, honesty, competence, loyalty, and openness generate trust. When all involved in a clinical practice program trust each other, preceptors, medical personnel, and nursing practice students feel happy. However, students experience inappropriate guidance. Preceptors often guide less-than-optimal practitioners. This study aims to analyze the effect of exemplary leadership on trust. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all nursing professional students at the Health College of Lampung Province, using a simple random sampling technique to meet the feasibility of SEM analysis. Based on data processing Exemplary Leadership (EL) to Trust (T) with the standardized coefficient result of 0.32 (an increase in Exemplary Leadership (EL) 1 will increase Trust (T) positively by 0.32). The conclusion of this study is the positive and significant effect of exemplary leadership on trust.
This study aimed to develop an instrument for assessing politeness in the thematic learning of students in elementary schools. The type of research and development used refers to the R&D theory of Borg and Gall. This study included three schools in the Melati cluster, Banjit district. The sample of this study were second grade students of State Elementary School 01 Bonglai. Data collection techniques used were non-test in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative analysis with descriptive percentage for expert & practitioner validation, and quantitative analysis with Rasch program for validity and reliability. The results of this study indicated that the instrument for assessing politeness in thematic learning in elementary schools that was developed was theoretically and practically feasible.
This study aims to produce an environment-based picture storybook to increase the reading interest of fourth-grade elementary school students and obtain the results of book product testing until the suitable book used as reading learning for elementary school students is obtained. This research is development research which consists of three stages, which include (1) Preliminary Study, (2) Product Development, (3) Product Test. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade students of SDN 1 Rajabasa Raya, Rajabasa Sub District, Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province. The data analysis technique in this study adopted a qualitative descriptive technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The product validity was tested by learning material and learning media experts. Based on the research conducted, it was found that: (1) environmental-based picture storybooks can increase students' reading interest; (2) environmental-based picture storybooks are suitable to be used as learning resources in learning to read for elementary school students. The results of this study found that the level of validity of the development of picture storybook learning media products in increasing reading interest in fourth-grade elementary school students was very good.
This research aims to look at entrepreneurship learning in higher education. The author concludes that: 1) The parties involved and contributing to the success of entrepreneurship learning are students, educators, entrepreneur practitioners, and the community. 2) The involvement of the four parties is conceptualized in a combination of learning which includes field survey activities, literature studies, the involvement of practitioners, portfolio preparation, and field practice. The study contributed to the development of entrepreneurship education in higher education, to produce a proud outcome.
One of the essential facts about the not optimal performance of the preceptors is that cultural factors are not in the process of preceptors because culture is a determinant of the nature of decisions that in life, and the value system of cultural elements directly influences individual behavior. Cultural values have a close relationship with performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural values on preceptor performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all professional nursing students at the Health College of Lampung Province. Samples using a simple random sampling technique to meet the feasibility of SEM analysis. Based on the results of the calculation of Cultural Value (CV) has a direct effect on Preceptor Performance (PP) of 1.30. This study concludes that there is a positive influence of cultural values on preceptor performance.
The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of Parenting Patterns and Self-Concepts on Entrepreneurial Interests both partially and simultaneously. Research is included in quantitative descriptive research. The results showed there is a real influence of parenting patterns on entrepreneurial interests can be shown with the value of R square = 0.361 or 36.1 %. So, if the parenting pattern is raised it will increase the interest of students by 36.1% or the contribution of parenting patterns to entrepreneurial interests by 36.1%. The influence of self-concept on students' entrepreneurial interests can be shown by a value of R sqaure= 0.347 or 34.7%. this means that the concept of self-concept to the entrepreneurial interests of students by 34.7% and the influence of parenting patterns and self-concepts have an influence on students' entrepreneurial interests by 36.3% and the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other factors that are not studied.
This study developed a textbook for the Local History of Tulang Bawang to improve the historical thinking skills of eleventh-grade social science students. This study is development research employing the ADDIE model as its development design with the following stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The trial subjects consisted of expert trials consisting of material experts, media experts, and small group trials involving 6 students. Then, field trials were carried out in the eleven-social-one class as a treatment class. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Product effectiveness was tested by comparing the historical thinking skills of students in eleven science one class as the experimental class and eleven science two as the control class. The results of the study found that 1) the local history textbook of Tulang Bawang was developed using the ADDIE model steps. 2) The local history textbook of Tulang Bawang was able to improve historical thinking skills. After using development products, there was a difference in learning outcomes of 0.50 with moderate criteria indicating that the development product is effective in improving students’ historical thinking skills. 3) The learning activities of eleven social one class which used the Tulang Bawang local history textbook were more effective than the eleven social two class which did not use the Tulang Bawang local history textbook.
