h m e r s a h l Artemisia abrota~zum, die Eberraute, ist erstmalig von K r a n e n -Fi e d 1 e r 1956 eingehender auf ihre Inhaltsstoffe untersucht worden. Es konnten U. a. Flavonoide, Polyphenolcarbonsäuren und Purine nachgewiesen werden. In der Arbeit wird ferner die Vermutung g e ä d e r t , d a ß in der Pflanze weitere, zur Gruppe der Cumarine gehörende Substanzen vorhanden seien. W i r konnten diese Vermutungen bei unseren Untersuchungen bestätigen. Es gelang uns, aus dem Kraut der Eberraute außer dem Scopoletin, über dessen Vorkommen schon a n anderer Stelle kurz berichtet wurde (S C h m e r s a h.1, 1965), noch drei weitere Cumarin-Derivate, Isofraxidin, Scopolin und Calycanthosid, aufzufinden.Isofraxidin (6,8-Dimethoxy-7-hydroxycumarin) wurde erstmalig aus der
