Abstract. CV. X is a company engaged in selling frozen food. Currently, order quantity data, purchases and inventories of goods is carried out on physical documents made based on orders received from social media or outlets, so it’s not possible to change goods data directly when goods go in and out. The inhibition of the exchange of information on goods makes the company have to do calculations repeatedly every time there are goods that come in or go out and hampers quick decision making for the company. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How are the business processes carried out by CV. X? (2) How to apply multi-level point of sale to CV. X?. The research stages follow the stages of system development with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three main stages, namely requirements planning, workshop design and implementation. An alternative that can be done in solving this problem is to build a multi-level point of sale information system that can provide accurate availability of goods without performing calculations continuously. The results obtained are a multi-level point of sale information system in the form of a website based application. The results of the application test show that all the functional requirements of the system have been met and solved the problem so that it can be used and developed by the company. Abstrak. CV. X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan makanan beku. Saat ini, pendataan jumlah pesanan, pembelian dan persediaan barang dilakukan pada dokumen fisik yang dibuat berdasarkan pesanan yang diterima dari media sosial atau langsung dari outlet, sehingga tidak memungkinkan adanya perubahan data barang secara langsung saat terjadi keluar masuk barang. Terhambatnya pertukaran informasi barang membuat perusahaan harus melakukan perhitungan secara berulang setiap adanya barang yang masuk atau keluar dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan secara cepat bagi perusahaan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh CV. X? (2) Bagaimana penerapan multi level point of sale pada CV. X?. Tahapan penelitian mengikuti tahapan-tahapan pengembangan sistem dengan Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama yaitu requirement planning, workshop design dan implementation. Alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah dengan membangun sistem informasi multi level point of sale yang dapat memberikan ketersediaan barang secara akurat tanpa melakukan perhitungan secara terus menerus. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sistem informasi multi level point of sale dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis website. Hasil pengujian aplikasi didapatkan bahwa seluruh kebutuhan fungsional sistem telah terpenuhi dan menyelesaikan masalah sehingga dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan oleh perusahaan.
Educational data is important information owned by a university. Large amounts of data can be used to identify specific patterns. This study aims to predict the number of new students by identifying data patterns using an artificial neural network (ANN). ANN is an artificial intelligence that has characteristics such as biological neural networks and works as an information processing system, one of the types is backpropagation model. Backpropagation trains the network to be able to recognize and identify patterns that are given during training and provide a response in the form of predicting similar patterns, therefore backpropagation can be used in the field of forecasting. Data that uses as input for the training is new student data from 2000 to 2020, and the expected output is the number of new students in the following tear, which is 2021. This study tested 4 different ANN architecture models, with MSE 0.0001, learning rate 0.01, with a maximum of 1000 iterations. The training process uses a combination of the tansig-purelin and logsig-purelin as the activation functions, and traingdx, traingda traingdm as the acceleration functions. Result of the training process, it was found that the best network architecture is the 12-8-1 pattern, which means using 12 inputs, 8 hidden neurons, and 1 output. The pattern uses the logsig-purelin activation function, the traingda acceleration function, with the MSE result of 0.0001 after going through 94 iterations. Data mahasiswa merupakan informasi penting yang dimiliki oleh suatu perguruan tinggi. Data dalam jumlah besar dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi suatu pola tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa baru yang akan datang dengan mengidentifikasi pola data menggunakan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST). JST merupakan suatu kecerdasan buatan yang memiliki karakteristik seperti jaringan syaraf biologi dan berfungsi sebagai sistem pemroses informasi, salah satunya adalah model backpropagation. Backpropagation melatih jaringan agar mampu mengenali dan mengidentifikasi pola yang diberikan pada saat pelatihan dan memberikan respon berupa prediksi terhadap pola serupa, oleh karena itu backpropagation dapat digunakan dengan baik dalam bidang peramalan. Data masukan yang digunakan untuk pelatihan adalah data mahasiswa baru pada tahun 2000 sampai 2020, keluaran yang diinginkan adalah jumlah mahasiswa baru pada tahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini menguji 4 model arsitektur JST berbeda, dengan MSE 0.0001, learning rate 0.01, dengan maksimal 1000 iterasi. Proses pelatihan menggunakan kombinasi fungsi aktivasi tansig-purelin dan logsig-purelin, serta fungsi percepatan traingdx, traingda, dan traingdm. Dari pelatihan yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa arsitektur jaringan terbaik adalah pola 12-8-1 yang berarti menggunakan 12 masukan, 8 hidden neuron, dan 1 keluaran. Pola tersebut menggunakan fungsi aktivasi logsig-purelin, fungsi percepatan traingda, dengan hasil MSE 0.0001 setelah melalui 94 iterasi.
The development of information technology in the field of industry is very important and it takes on the world of work. Information systems are used as a tool for taking a decision in a forefront. In this case the problems often encountered in the laboratory is still using conventional spring system by means of recording and storing the archives using the Microsoft Excel application, it takes a lot of time at the time of input and determination student teaching schedule so that the required report has delay constraint information giving rise to the proceedings and time inefficient. Approach in the development of an information system using the method Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking (FAST), Model Driven Development with strategy. The FAST method using a tool used for analyzing and designing the system. The tools which are Use Case Diagrams for communication between entities, Entity Relationship Diagram for the relationships between entities, and Data Flow diagrams for data flow between entities and processes. Stages FAST method used in the study that is up to the stage of building and testing. On the functional needs of the system that was designed as a system that can apply practical lab course schedule and choose easily and can do data reports results of students who follow the teaching. After that is done the analysis of decision is to determine and select the best candidate solutions, namely the candidates by using the MySQL database. In doing this the system design using the MySQL database with the XAMPP tool in designing a database information system registration and scheduling and Sublime Text display in designing information systems. With this system he designed, is expected to assist the laboratory in managing student data to making the student reports quickly and precisely.
Digital transactions help customers to get what they require without leaving their homes. This type of transaction is very practical, safe, and efficient. With a cell phone and internet, consumers can find various items they want quickly. On the other hand, it creates a problem for retail businesses that rely more on a direct selling system. It can be said that physical stores are depressed by a change in shopping trends to online shopping. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of digital technology on the retail industry, especially in the culinary or food sector, while the specific objectives are determining the use of digital technology, determining the factors that influence digital technology in the retail industry and finding the contribution of digital technology on the retail industry. A quantitative method is used through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the culinary industry, especially in M-Resto, has implemented a work process through digital technology applications. It also showed that the largest contribution comes from technology statements where 68% of respondents strongly agree that technology affects retail industries.
