The research was aimed to develop a set of recommendations on maintaining public health within student community. For the practical achievement of the research goal, there were studied: students' self-perceived health status and their physical and moral reaction to COVID-19; their thoughts while onlooking relatives' reaction in the conditions of self-isolation, and students' opinion on new interaction with tutors in frame of online education. This part of the research was carried out from November, 2020 till May, 2021. Respondents were the students of South region of Ukraine, who study disciplines with some risk for public health system, namely, future seafarers and medical workers. In our work we drew on theoretical and practical conclusions made by the American, European and Ukrainian researchers of public health system and of cooperation between a teacher and a student in the conditions of COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical aspect devoted to specification of such concepts as "public health", "public health within student community", is connected with the practical one, and allows to elaborate the unique research tooling and to reflect its components during a sociological poll with the help of questionnaire analysis. Application part of work is based on an empirical social research of transformations of students' feelings and opinions under the influence of pandemic, drawing on the analysis of moral difficulties that the students of higher educational institution faced in terms of sudden and drastic change to a remote format of learning being fully separated from an educational group. Recommendations and conclusions are made by the authors in order to safeguard public health within student community.
The aim of the article is to reveal the key factors of economic development of Ukraine at the present stage. In order to achieve the goal, the following tasks are addressed: the main tendencies of Ukrainian economic development are revealed; the main factors of influence are substantiated; the prospects of economic development of the state are considered. The subject of the study is the key development factors of the Ukrainian economy. Methodology. The analysis of legal regulations of Ukraine and scientific literature enabled to examine the current economic situation, the status of Ukraine and to determine strategic priorities and goals of economic development of Ukraine; in addition, dialectical method, scientific abstraction method, methods of system analysis were used. The results of the study revealed the authors’ perspective on the strategy, ways, and mechanisms to overcome the systemic crisis and to guide the country to the dynamic growth. The solution of socio-economic problems is linked with the protection and strengthening of demographic potential, priorities of human development, tasks of consolidation of the Ukrainian political nation and formation of an integral socio-humanistic space of Ukraine. Practical implications. The situation and important trends of economic, social, political, legal, and humanitarian development of Ukraine under threats and risks related to crisis processes in the modern world are analysed. The macroeconomic changes, transformations of the real economy, energy, and ecology insecurities are reflected. The issues of achieving effective public administration, overcoming the political crisis, stabilizing the financial sector, developing power – business – civil society dialogue, and transforming the socio-humanistic sphere are considered. Relevance/originality. The study revealed the state of affairs in the economic system of Ukraine, as well as perspective tendencies of the Ukrainian economy were further developed.

The methodological toolkit for studying the problems of administrative management in the field of health care O. O. Terzi Abstract. On the basis of the analysis of doctrinal works on the methodology of scientific knowledge, the methods that contribute to effective research into administrative management in health care are defined. The definition of the terms "methodology" and "method" is explored. The author defines the concept of "administrative management in the field of health care".
The aim: The main purpose of this research is to conduct the theoretical and applied study of the legal profile enforcement for state attestation of medical graduates, the relevant legislative system, and its effectiveness; to identify the issues of special legislative requirements, as well as the search for ways to resolve it. Materials and methods: Basic methods: analysis, synthesis and comparison. Object of research: system of state certification of graduates of medical sciences. Investigation of this topic in the paper is carried out in the following logical sequence: firstly, the basic principles of the state integrated qualification exam were determined and analyzed; then the legal enforcement for integrated state qualification exam of master’s degree in discipline “22 Health Care” was considered. Also, a critical review of Ukrainian normative base for holding the state attestation of medical graduates was conducted. Conclusions: In view of foregoing, we can make a conclusion that in the modern globalization world, competition of national educational services should be ensured by a range of different activities: legal, organizational, financial, etc. The legal direction, domestic rules should correspond to similar, uniform rules and practices of the most effective state (regional, international) systems.
