Стаття присвячена дослідженню актуальних проблем, тенденцій та основних напрямів подолання безробіття в Україні. Окреслені базові причини, а також узагальнені позитивні і негативні аспекти зростання рівня безробіття. Здійснено комплексний аналіз динаміки робочої сили та рівня безробіття за ряд останніх років. Встановлено, що складна ситуація на ринку праці України, обумовлена значними трансформаційними змінами у соціально-економічній та суспільно-політичній сферах значно погіршилась і стала майже критичною внаслідок повномасштабних воєнних дій. Здійснено аналіз чисельності безробітного населення за основними причинами незайнятості та тривалістю пошуку роботи. Проведено оцінку стану та динаміки попиту та пропозиції робочої сили в України. Розроблено механізм забезпечення зайнятості населення в державі. Узагальнені основні причини високого рівня безробіття в країні. Запропоновані невідкладні заходи, спрямовані на підвищення рівня зайнятості, що дозволять суттєво покращити загальну ситуацію і сприятиме поліпшенню як економічного, так і соціального рівнів розвитку суспільства.
The article considered the process of forming an enterprise strategy in the following stages: analysis of the external and internal environment of an enterprise, formation of a system of enterprise goals, assessment of alternative development strategies and the choice of one of them, implementation of the chosen strategy, and adjustment of the strategy. It is proposed to analyze the external environment in accordance with the concept of the industry life cycle. The concept of the life cycle of the industry, in particular the main stages of development of the industry and the criteria that are the basis for their identification, has been investigated. It is proposed to use the scientific developments of Porter and use the following characteristics as criteria: behavior of buyers of products (services), changes in goods, the nature of competitive relations in the market, profits of enterprises in the industry and marketing activities. Accordingly, it is proposed to highlight the stages of the industry development: implementation, growth, maturity, decline. Alternative strategies of enterprise development at various stages of the industry life cycle are considered: the strategy for realizing the advantages of the pioneer, the strategy of change response, the strategy of change management, the strategy of stabilization, the strategy of reduction, the strategy for finding segments of steady demand, as well as the strategy of the "last time". The main characteristics of these strategies are studied. The analysis of the life cycle of the agricultural industry in Ukraine has been carried out and it has been established that according to most of the characteristics it is at the stage of maturity. The industry has established relationships between producers and business consumers, enterprises receive average profits and specialize in the production of certain types of agricultural products of sufficiently high quality, and there are processes of gradual ousting of competitors from the market. It is proposed to agricultural enterprises as a possible strategy to implement a stabilization strategy that best suits the conditions of the external environment.
The study of the influence of variable production conditions and the work in logistics milk harvesting systems on the value indicators of their functioning has been carried out. A method that enables to solve the task of coordinating the content of work with variable production conditions is proposed. It has been established that there are seven variants of the content of work in logistics milk harvesting systems, each of which has its own specifics. Computer experiments were carried out using the developed simulation model of logistics processes implementation. On the example of the production conditions of the Brody district in the Lviv region, trends in changing the cost performance of logistics operations for various content during the year are established. On the basis of the defined cost indicators, specific costs of funds for the execution of logistic works for each of the variants of their content are determined. It is substantiated that effective performance of work in logistic systems of milk harvest requires operational planning of their content for each of the days of milk harvest season. The conducted studies will be useful for managers who perform operational planning in logistics milk harvesting systems.
The article examines current trends, outlines prospects, and identifies prerequisites for the development of the recruiting services market in Ukraine. A detailed study of the essence of the «recruiting» category was conducted. It is noted that recruiting should be understood as a purposeful, coordinated process, which involves the implementation of a complex of interdependent measures of an organizational, economic, managerial and other nature, aimed at filling a vacant position (positions) by recruiting, selecting and attracting the candidate (candidates) that best fits (correspond) to pre-determined criteria based on the set of necessary professional qualifications and personal characteristics. The content of the main recruiting services was studied and the specific features of their provision were determined. It has been established that recruiting is an important element of the labor market infrastructure, the task of which is to promote employment, strengthen professional orientation, training and retraining of personnel, due to its resistance to socio-economic changes and the existing powerful potential for development both in times of economic growth and in periods of crisis. It was noted that there is still no consensus among specialists regarding the expediency of using external recruiting. Certain representatives of the scientific community believe that the activity of recruiting agencies leads to an increase in unemployment, negatively affects the level of competence of employees and contributes to the deterioration of the interaction between the employee and the employer. Others hold the point of view that recruiting agencies contribute to the establishment of a civilized relationship between the manager and the employee, noting that thanks to recruiting employees get better prospects in finding high-paying work and building a successful career. The basic factors influencing the functioning of the recruiting services market have been identified. A comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the main types of recruiting was made. Modern trends are established and prerequisites for the development of the recruiting services market in Ukraine are outlined. Prospective directions were identified and reserves for improving the efficiency of recruiting activities were identified. It has been proven that the relevance and demand of recruiting for the modern world will continue to grow, since the successful development of the entire organization directly depends on well-chosen employees.
Changes in the Ukrainian economy and the development of the financial market are of interest in solving the problems associated with brokerage activities. These issues are of particular relevance in connection with the increased attention of the state to investment activity and interest in the growth of financial literacy of the population. One of the important tasks in this context is the study of financial risks of professional participants in stock markets. As the dynamics of asset prices in the financial markets have a significant range of risks for both the investor and the broker. And if the investor's job is to choose the most optimal portfolio of assets and control over possible losses, then the broker assumes the risks of trading decisions of a set of clients. In addition, he should take into account the risks of liquidity and voluntariness of a set of customer positions. Today, Ukraine has no single approach to the definition and classification of financial risks of brokerage activities, and therefore this study is intended to analyze the types of financial risks of brokerage companies in the stock market and to clarify certain concepts of types of financial risks. The article identifies sources and causes of financial risks of brokerage companies. The interpretation of the concept of «financial risk» by domestic and foreign scientists is researched. Author's definition of financial risk for the broker is provided. The questions of classification and grouping of financial risks of brokerage companies that arise in the process of activity in the stock market, which allow reducing investor losses and increase the efficiency of management in an unstable market and increase the income of brokerage mines from the provision of services, are considered. It is established that the most significant financial risks of brokerage activity are the risks of investor behavior, investment risks and risks of marginal lending, and the determining financial risks for a brokerage company are the risks associated with the behavior of the investor and the investment of capital in financial assets. The study of the issues covered by this article will provide an opportunity to contribute to increasing the financial stability of brokerage companies and their investors and will contribute to the improvement of the financial system of the country.
