Research is carried out for design institutes in which the structures of pumping stations are designed. In the regional conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, when operating pumping stations, the problem of protecting equipment from pumps and fin is of particular importance, as well as the stability of water supply structures and the creation of favorable hydraulic conditions for supplying flow to the pumps. The main factors in the flow conditions are the calculations associated with suspended particles. The purpose of the research was to study the kinematics of the flow of intake structures in the problem of protecting equipment from pumps and fin. The research subject was to identify the regularities of the operation of intake structures depending on the structure of the flow supply. Experimental methods of hydraulic research of intake structures of pumping stations are used in the work. The analysis of the current state of water supply to the intake structures of pumping stations is carried out based on calculation schemes, which make it possible to establish the nature of the influence of flow parameters and soil particles on this process.
Hydromechanical equipment of pumping stations of irrigation systems, including the main equipment of pumping stations of the Amu-Bukhara machine channel, was taken as the object of research. The study aims to assess the operating conditions of pumping stations and improve the main units' reliability by developing new units that ensure reliable and resource-saving operations. An important consequence of using new elements of irrigation systems during reconstruction is an increase in the unit capacity of regulated pumping units, which gives additional energy savings and reduces technological costs by 15-20%. The practical significance of the research results is based on the developed methods of hydraulic calculation of the flow in the flow section of the pumps, the assessment of reliability during operation under various conditions of the quality of the pumped water, and the criteria of its state.
The purpose of this research is to improve the system of water resources management and operation of water facilities, reduce the energy consumption of irrigation pumping stations, which is one of the urgent modern problems in the Republics of Central Asia. The authors decide on the choice of such a set of subsystems and elements from the universal set, in which the value of the design parameters is provided with minimal costs. The recommendations developed by the authors use methods for monitoring the energy efficiency of hydraulic systems and are aimed at reducing electricity consumption, primarily through effective methods for regulating the operation of pumping stations. The main feature of assessing the technical condition of the units of pumping stations is the use of diagnostics of the dynamic level of elements of hydraulic units during operation. Monitoring of operating parameters of pumping stations was carried out on two pilot canals according to special tables of basic parameters. As an optimality criterion, options are accepted that differ in terms of reconstruction, duration of development of the capacity of electrical networks, interface structures of pumping stations, taking into account the time factor. By carrying out these activities, the water supply of the irrigation array will increase and crop yields will increase. After analyzing the data obtained, it will be possible to make a decision on the further use or modernization of the units of pumping units and structures. At the same time, the conditions for energy efficiency and reliability of the operation of the PS will improve.
The main problem in the operation of irrigation systems is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measuring the main hydrometric parameters in managing water resources of irrigation facilities. When operating systems with pumping stations, it becomes necessary to measure a set of technological parameters, which can be divided into the following groups by type: hydraulic parameters (flow rate, fluid pressure, water flow in the channel), parameters of pumping units, linear-angular parameters (channel section length, channel width, gate movement, mixed parameters (clear area, flow depth, wetted perimeter length). Analysis of existing methods and instruments for measuring water flow for the rational use of water resources is used in all areas the volume of water taken from the water intake and supplied to the irrigation network. This task contributes to operational and control of pumping station parameters without hydrometric instruments at the stations themselves. The problem of organizing automated technological accounting of irrigation water at graduated hydraulic structures equipped with gates and operating in a flooded or backwater-variable mode is solved by new hydrometric methods with the integrated use of ultrasonic, acoustic, or float level gauges as part of modern microprocessor devices that convert water level readings at such structures into flow and runoff readings, according to the calibration characteristic each specific building. The article presents the recommended water metering devices for different hydraulic flow regimes and water quality. To speed up the process of measuring water flow in canals with flow rates of 1-10 m3 / s and large facilities of pumping stations with flow rates of 10-200 m3 / s, types of standard weirs, flumes of various profiles, and water measuring nozzles are recommended. According to the working formulas, changes in water flow are determined, taking into account the error of the gauging station and the indicated weirs.
