Methodical and practical approaches to determining the directions of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of globalization as one of the criteria of efficiency and demand for products.
The development of diversification enables the enterprise to provide economic security, achieve competitive advantages and minimise the risks of its activities. The research in the article is divided into three main blocks: In the first, the theoretical foundations for substantiating the choice of strategy for diversification of the production enterprise were summarized. The second proposes a methodologyof technology of choice of production strategies for ensuring the safety of the enterprise activity. The third block contains the development of recommendations to justify the choice of diversification strategy:the mechanism of formation and realization of diversification policy of the enterprise is offered;the use of the peer review method to justify the choice of diversification strategy is clearly presented (possible directions of strategy of diversification of activity are identified and the most promising directions of strategy of diversification of activity of investigated enterprise are selected by the method of a priori ranking);developed the methodological foundations for managing the diversification strategies of an industrial enterprise, which is a necessary element of the systematic support of the strategy of diversification of the enterprise activity (proposed an integrated algorithm for managing the diversification strategies of industrial enterprises; a fragment of the matrix of the choice of the type of diversification was developed, based on the goals and motivational reasons;the hierarchical structure of the decision-making system for the choice of rational diversification strategy is proposed and the scale of values of confidence coefficients is developed
Cost management of the enterprise is an actual task today, given the slow recovery of the development dynamic of domestic enterprises. The opening of new markets, in particular, for industrial producers in the country, the establishment of cooperation with European consumers, requires additional financial investments in the modernization of production, the introduction of resource-saving technologies, business diversification, training of personnel. The paper shows that the results of the valuation of the property approach do not reflect the market conditions, in which do not take into account the impact of the external environment on the value of the enterprise, and therefore cannot serve as reliable data on the state of the enterprise in the vision of a potential investor whose sphere of interest is the projected future flow income and payback period of invested funds. Therefore, the estimation of the cost of an enterprise in the paper was conducted by using of two methods a combined approach, which includes the properties of the income approach (cash flow discounting method), and the property approach (net asset method). On the example of the existing industrial enterprise, the work proposes the use of a combined approach to valuation, based on a calculation based on income and property approaches, the final results of which are reduced to the agreed value of the object of evaluation after the approval procedure. This approach will be widely implemented in the practice of industrial enterprises in the preparation and adoption of management decisions in the areas of application: attraction of invested funds, sale, merger or liquidation of the enterprise. The versatility of this approach will allow for control and evaluation of value at all levels of management: operational, tactical, and strategic. Conducting the ongoing monitoring on the basis of continuous monitoring of the cost of the enterprise will allow to timely identify and eliminate the negative factors that have an impact on maximizing the results of the enterprise in value terms, which makes the considered approach in the study one of the simplest and most effective management tools.
The importance of the topic of the article lies in the need to explain the cognitive aspects of the strategic management system under uncertainty. The purpose of the article is the need to study and substantiate the importance of cognitive aspects of the system of strategic management in conditions of uncertainty; a comparative analysis of different approaches to strategies in conditions of uncertainty, identifying their features and differences from the provisions of the classical strategic management; to classify the angles of the system of strategic management in conditions of uncertainty, comparing different approaches; to characterize cognitive concepts of fast strategies in conditions of uncertainty. The article analyzes the importance of cognitive aspects of the strategic management system in conditions of uncertainty; a comparative analysis of different approaches to strategies in conditions of uncertainty is made, their features and differences from the provisions of classical strategic management are revealed and analyzed; angles of strategic management system in conditions of uncertainty are classified, a comparison of different approaches is made; cognitive concepts of fast strategies in conditions of uncertainty are characterized. At the present stage there is a rather acute need to quickly study the cognitive aspects of the strategic management system under conditions of uncertainty.
