Currently, during the period of active equipping and provision of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment, there is an urgent need to conduct photo- video registration of the process during the testing of experimental samples with the help of photo and video equipment (cameras, video cameras, thermal imagers, etc.). The main problematic issue is that most of the systems and complexes of photo-video registration of information, which are operated in research laboratories of information and measurement systems of the Armed Forces and industrial enterprises of Ukraine, are outdated and have low technical characteristics. One of the possible ways to solve this issue is the analysis of physical processes that are subject to registration during tests, in order to determine the technical characteristics of photos and video equipment for their purchase for the operation of video surveillance test laboratories. The purpose of the research was to study the technical characteristics of modern photo and video equipment and the possibility of its use in testing weapons and military equipment for various functional purposes, primarily ground. This article analyzes the requirements for modern photo and video equipment, its technical characteristics and principles of operation. Domestic and foreign products were subject to analysis. The study of domestic and foreign experience in the use of such equipment shows that special attention should be paid to high-speed and television photo and video cameras when drawing up general requirements as they are the most complex in terms of construction. Thus, in order to improve the quality of tests of new and modernized samples of armament and military equipment, the technical characteristics of modern photo and video equipment and the possibility of their use during tests were investigated. The use of promising samples of on-board photo and video equipment during tests of armament and military equipment of the ground forces is possible with a wide range of applications.
In the current conditions of rapid combat operations, an important role is played by the process of reducing the time for processing flight information from on-board objective control devices, Ensuring the ability to directly influence ground flight management services and objective monitoring of the uninterrupted operation of aircraft by flight crews to perform flight tasks. The article analyzes the existing flight information processing complexes and offers possible perspective ways of their development during the modernization of the fleet of aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The article is aimed at consideration of the principle of parametric information action of the automated system for processing and analysis, in particular the ground part, by improving the on-board registration device by means of remote-sensing transmitter and objective control by using the Flight Information Recorder transceiver to transmit information from the aircraft to ground processing centers via satellite links.
The article examines the possibility for using a modern universal modular measuring system of QUANTUMX series for testing equipment for various functional purposes. The research was conducted by the method of system analysis of technical characteristics of the system. The purpose of the research was to study the technical characteristics, principles of construction of a modern universal modular measuring system of QUANTUMX series of foreign production, its ability to register the necessary parameters of equipment systems for various functional purposes, the possibility of its application in testing. Analysis of technical characteristics and particularities of the use of modern universal modular measuring system during testing of equipment showed that: modern measuring system can be used to measure the parameters of equipment of domestic and foreign production, which will make easier and automate the process of measurement as well as minimize the number of errors that occur during their implementation; measuring system, based on the principle of QUANTUMX is universal. It will ensure a proper measurement process in the course of testing equipment and its components. It will also make possible to measure parameters in systems of different functional purposes (static and dynamic characteristics of objects, temperature, pressure, vibration, overload and other indicators); usage the capabilities of the measuring system will reduce the time to decide on the feasibility of supplying new (upgraded) models of equipment of the Armed Forces and extend the service life of existing samples. The results of the work should be used in the study of the possibility of laboratory measuring instrumentation acquisition for equipment testing by research institutions and industrial enterprises.
