E_BEKAL is a shopping application for students at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School, the idea of making the application is to provide solutions to problems experienced by the Islamic boarding school. These problems include (1) the santri's spending money is not controlled by the management, there is an imbalance in the santri's spending money coming from an economy that is capable of spending a lot of spending. Conditions like this will create social jealousy for other santri, the management immediately responds to this condition because some observations and evaluation results from the results of cases that occur there are some santris who will be affected by the lifestyle of students whose economies are related to students with weak economies; (2) there are frequent cases of losing money in provisions for santri. Based on the results of the evaluation of the management every month, cases of losing money from santri can occur every day; (3) can regulate santri spending money with pesantren policies; (4) parents can control and evaluate santri spending money, santri guardians can also TOPUP (send) money online using an application according to the bank specified by the pesantren; and (5) Pesantren administrators conduct socialization and training on the use of the E_BEKAL application as provisions for students' understanding of the use of the E_BEKAL application.Keywords: Boarding School, Application, Management, Provision, Shopping
Evaluation is an important activity carried out by educators in the learning process. By evaluating educators, they can improve their competence in class management both in choosing learning methods, media, teaching materials, and so on which can motivate students to learn. In addition, with evaluation educators can find out the level of success of their students. Therefore educators must carry out evaluation activities properly. However, in reality there are still many educators who have not carried out the evaluation process properly, especially in elementary schools. One of the causes is the lack of knowledge that educators have about the evaluation itself and it is often found that teachers manipulate student grades, as a result of manipulating grades will have a bad impact on their students. So that knowledge is needed about the concept, the role of evaluation to the procedures for carrying out evaluations in order to obtain evaluation results that can describe the real state of students.
The service provider could not totally guarantee the service process without any failure at all. This study aims to measure the influence of service recovery strategy towards customer forgiveness and negative word-of-mouth (WOM) as the effect of service failure. The service recovery strategy is performed in three types of vignette: apology, compensation, and apology-compensation. Vignette was given to 94 participants who have encountered service of airline. The result of ANOVA shows that apology compensation achieves the highest score relates to forgiveness. The interesting result of this study shows that even the customers forgive the service provider due to the service failure they did, this cannot diminish the intention of negative WOM. This study offers an implication to the company in order to pay attention regarding the compensation and the spread of negative WOM to the other customers
Abstrak:Multikulturalisme, sebagai sebuah diskursus, memang merupakan produk kajian ilmuan Barat akan realitas-eksistensial kebudayaan mereka yang heterogen. Namun, ke-khas-an kajian mereka tidak menyentuh aspek-aspek teologis, jika tidak mau disebut Agama. Multikulturalisme hadir ke Indonesia dengan wajah yang berbeda. Ada banyak perspektif, yang kemudian, mengamalgamasikan kepentingan faham keagamaan, dengan sumber kebudayaan yang dikaji di Barat melalui cultural studies-nya. Kendati demikian, masyarakat Indonesia tidak bisa dilepaskan dari homogenitas, pluralitas, dan multi-kebudayaan. Oleh sebab itulah, para pendiri bangsa memiliki slogan Bhinneka Tuggal Ika, dari hal yang berbeda-beda, namun memiliki satu tujuan yang sama. Slogan ini, terkadang, tidak disadari oleh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk itulah, HAR Tilaar menawarkan sebuah konsep pendidikan yang dibasiskan kepada pengenalan dan pemahaman akan perbedaan kebudayaan yang dimiliki Indonesia. Tulisan ini berusaha mengkaitkan gagasan Tilaar ini dengan fenomena konflik yang ada di Indonesia, khususnya, berbasis agama. Melalui pendidikan multikultural, diharapkan, seluruh pemeluk agama menyadari akan tantangan perbedaan yang diciptakan oleh Tuhan. Abstract:Multiculturalism as an academic discourse comes from western scholarly tradition regarding their heterogeneus cultural existential-reality. However, the distinguish discourse does not deal with theological aspects, if it is to hesitate to call religion. Multiculturalism comes to Indonesia in a different face. There are so many perspectives to amalgamate religious interest and western culture within cultural studies framework. However, Indonesian cannot be separated from homogeneity, plurality, as well as multi-culturalism. For that reason, the nation's founding father promoted the slogan "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika", unity in diversity. The slogan is sometimes less understood by citizens. This made H.A.R. Tilaar to offer an educational concept based upon introducation and comprehension towards Indonesian cultural diversity. This paper examines the Tilaar's thoughts and religion-based conflict in Indonesia. Multicultural education itself is proposed to shade light for religions's follower regarding the challenge of diversity created by God.
Latar Belakang: BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) didirikan sebagai pendekatan baru untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa, berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. BUMDes sepenuhnya dikelola oleh dan untuk desa oleh masyarakat desa, dari desa. Tujuan:Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peranan yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes agar dapat melakukan pemberdayaan ditengah-tengah masyarakat desa dan membantu memecahkan masalah sosial dan lingkungan yang ada di desa. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu sebuah penelitian yang dimaksud untuk mengungkapkan sebuah fakta empiris secara metodologi dan teori sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang ditekuni. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada masyarakat mengenai BUMDes dan memperkuat kelembagaan yang berada di Masyarakat Desa Lambang Sari. Kesimpulan: Peran berdirinya BUMDes Lambang Sari sebagai wadah komunitas wirausaha yang ada di desa menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi para wirausahawan muda yang berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan ekonomi desa dan peduli terhadap desanya.
