E_BEKAL is a shopping application for students at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School, the idea of making the application is to provide solutions to problems experienced by the Islamic boarding school. These problems include (1) the santri's spending money is not controlled by the management, there is an imbalance in the santri's spending money coming from an economy that is capable of spending a lot of spending. Conditions like this will create social jealousy for other santri, the management immediately responds to this condition because some observations and evaluation results from the results of cases that occur there are some santris who will be affected by the lifestyle of students whose economies are related to students with weak economies; (2) there are frequent cases of losing money in provisions for santri. Based on the results of the evaluation of the management every month, cases of losing money from santri can occur every day; (3) can regulate santri spending money with pesantren policies; (4) parents can control and evaluate santri spending money, santri guardians can also TOPUP (send) money online using an application according to the bank specified by the pesantren; and (5) Pesantren administrators conduct socialization and training on the use of the E_BEKAL application as provisions for students' understanding of the use of the E_BEKAL application.Keywords: Boarding School, Application, Management, Provision, Shopping
Latar Belakang: Salah satu masalah kritis yang dihadapi ibu hamil adalah risiko mengalami anemia. Risiko terjadinya anemia pada masa kehamilan disebabkan oleh peningkatan volume plasma sekitar 20-30% akibatnya kebutuhan zat gizi pembentuk hemoglobin (Hb) juga mengalami peningkatan. Tahun 2015 prevalensi ibu hamil sebanyak 4.295 jiwa dan 1.249 jiwa atau 29% diantaranya mengalami anemia. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan asupan folat, vitamin B12, vitamin E dan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kebon Jeruk. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional rancangan cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 58 ibu hamil. Sampel berusia 19-42 tahun dengan usia kehamilan trimester 1 hingga trimester 3. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil adalah 11,5 ± 1,3 g/dL, asupan folat 245,8 ± 92,1 mcg, asupan vitamin B12 5,4 ± 2,1 mcg dan asupan vitamin E 16,4 ± 2,2 mg. Hasil uji korelasi pearson product moment menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara asupan folat (p=0,0001; r=0,830), vitamin B12 (p=0,0001; r=0,716), vitamin E (p=0,0001; r=0,688) dan kadar hemoglobin (Hb). Kesimpulan: Semakin tinggi asupan folat, vitamin B12, vitamin E maka akan semakin tinggi pula kadar hemoglobin (Hb).
<p>Hipertensi disebut <em>sillent killer</em> sebab merupakan penyakit mematikan serta dapat memicu terjadinya penyakit lain. Menurut Riskesdas (2018) prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia mencapai 34,1%. Di antara upaya pencegahan non farmakologis pada lansia hipertensi adalah senam jantung sehat. Senam jantung sehat dapat membantu dalam penurunan tekanan darah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas senam jantung sehat dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia hipertensi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen<em>.</em> Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan pralansia dan lansia yang berjumlah 55 orang dan dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Sebanyak 30 orang responden dipilih sebagai kelompok intervensi dan 25 orang sisanya dipilih sebagai kelompok kontrol. Uji <em>paired sample T test </em>digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan dari tekanan darah sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penelitian ini telah mendapat persetujuan dari Komisi Etik Penelitian Universitas Esa Unggul. Untuk kelompok intervensi, hasil pengukuran tekanan darah sistolik sebelum dan setelah intervensi berturut-turut adalah 159,73 ± 18,39 dan 130,00 ± 20,01 (p <0.05). Sedangkan untuk tekanan darah diastolik berturut-turut adalah 92,47 ± 10,97 dan 79,60 ± 9,94 (p <0.05). Untuk hasil pengukuran pada kelompok kontrol yaitu tekanan darah sistolik menunjukkan 150,28 ± 10,18 dan 144,40 ± 7,54 (p <0.05) secara berturut – turut. Sedangkan untuk tekanan darah diastolik menunjukkan 75,88 ± 14,03 dan 80,40 ± 2,00 (p <0.05) secara berturut – turut. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senam jantung sehat dapat menurunkan TDD dan TDS.</p>
Background: Anemia is one of the global public health problems which affect 1.62 billion world population. One of the government's programs to prevent and combat anemia on female adolescents are PPAGB programs with administration of one Fe tablet consumption once a week for a year. But not all female adolescents adhere to consume Fe Tablets which given from the program.Objective: To determine the correlation between female students' knowledge and attitude related with anemia on Fe-tablets compliance on PPAGB Programs in 26's National Junior High School (SMPN 26) Bekasi City, West Java. Method: A research survey with cross-sectional design. Sampling technique with systematic random sampling to obtain 100 respondents. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square test. Result: The results showed that attitudes and knowledge related to anemia were correlated with Fe-tablets consumption and compliance. The Chi-Square test showed the relationship between attitude and Fe-tablets compliance with p-value 0.000; 0.005, also relationship between knowledge related to anemia and Fe-tablets consumption with p-value 0.002; 0.005Conclusion: There are a relationship between female students' attitude and knowledge related to anemia on Fe-tablet compliance on PPAGB Program at 26's National Junior High School (SMPN 26) Bekasi City, West Java.
