This study aims to obtain data empirically about the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) program in elementary schools in Tangerang City and Regency, Banten Indonesia. It discusses how far the SLM program has been implemented and what obstacles have been experienced in implementing it in the level of elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research located at SDN Jurumudi 2, SDN Gempol Sari, SDN Sudimara Timur 5, SDN Ciakar, dan SDS Mutiara Hati Tangerang. Subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research instruments used are interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SLM program in elementary schools in Kota and Kabupaten Tangerang is merely at the habituation stage. Therefore, the implementation of the SLM program in primary schools needs to be improved through comprehensive and sustainable socialization and assistance in order to achieve the objectives of the SLM program.
Evaluation is interpreted as a process of collecting systematic analysis and interpretation to determine the extent which students that achieve the learning objectives as stated in curriculum. Curriculum evaluation is intended to examine the overall curriculum performance in terms of various criteria. Performance indicators that are evaluated are not only limited to effectiveness, but also the relevance, efficiency of this program. This research uses qualitative research by using description interviews as a data collection technique. The results show that in this application, teachers still found experience difficulties in the process of learning activities due to lack of optimal teacher training. The implementation of the K13 curriculum was carried out within one week, and only a few teachers took part in the training so that there were no equal teachers who were able to apply the K13 curriculum in the process of teaching activities in primary schools
Evaluation is an important activity carried out by educators in the learning process. By evaluating educators, they can improve their competence in class management both in choosing learning methods, media, teaching materials, and so on which can motivate students to learn. In addition, with evaluation educators can find out the level of success of their students. Therefore educators must carry out evaluation activities properly. However, in reality there are still many educators who have not carried out the evaluation process properly, especially in elementary schools. One of the causes is the lack of knowledge that educators have about the evaluation itself and it is often found that teachers manipulate student grades, as a result of manipulating grades will have a bad impact on their students. So that knowledge is needed about the concept, the role of evaluation to the procedures for carrying out evaluations in order to obtain evaluation results that can describe the real state of students.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komperehensip mengenai evaluasi pembelajaran tematik dengan menggunakan penilaian autentik di SDN Pasar Baru 1 Kota Tangerang. Hasil temuan sebagai berikut : pada kegiatan evaluasi belajar pembelajaran tematik dengan penilaian autentik penilaian nya menggunakan taksonomi bloom yang terdapat C1 sampai C6. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran autentik tidak selalu berjalan mulus. Ada bebreapa kendala diantaranya yaitu dari aspek guru atau pengajarnya yang masih ada beberapa yang kurang kreatif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini yang menyebabkan penilaian autentik sendiri sulit dilakukan. Untuk mengatasinya guru harus dibekali kemampuan untuk membuat metode atau media pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif dan beragam yang dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih aktif, sehingga meminimalisir kendala dalam penilaian autentik ini terjadi.
