This study aims to analyze the policies of the Muhammadiyah women's organization, Aisyiyah, in Gorontalo region in the fields of education, economics, and health in empowering women and their involvement in the global issue of Sustainable Development Goals. The research method used in is descriptive qualitative by collecting the data through interview and documentation techniques. The data are analyzed using the theory of Miles and Huberman which includes three stages namely, data reduction, display and data verification. The respondentswere determined using purposive sampling technique. The researchers interviewed the head, the secretary, and the tresure of Aisyiyah Gorontalo. Besides,the chair of the Primary and Secondary Education Assembly, Chair of the Higher Education Assembly, Chair of the Economic and Employment Assembly, Chair of the Social Welfare Council, Chair of the Health Assembly and other parties are also interviewed to strengthen the data. The results of this study indicate that the programs of Aisyiyah Gorontalo support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals. The programs include activities to strengthen the field of public education, strengthening the economy and employment, and encourage creating health insurance for community and society.Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah kebijakan organisasi kewanitaan Muhammadiyah, Aisyiyah wilayah Gorontalo di bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, dan kesehatan dalammelakukan pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan dan keterlibatannya terhadap isu global Sustainable Development Goals. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancaradan dokumentasi. Pada tahapan analisis data, data ditelaah menggunakan teori dari Miles and Huberman yang meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu, reduksi data, display dan verifikasi data. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini, pihak-pihak yang diwawancarai antara lain ketua dan sekretaris wilayah Aisyiyah Gorontalo, ketua Majelis Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah, Ketua Majelis Pendidikan Tinggi, Ketua Majelis Ekonomi dan Ketenagakerjaan, Ketua Majelis Kesejahteraan Sosial, Ketua Majelis Kesehatan dan pihak lain yang dibutuhkan untuk memperkuat data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat program kerja Aisyiyah wilayah Gorontalo yang menunjang tercapainya Sustainable Development Goals. Program-program tersebut meliputi kegiatan penguatan bidang pendidikan masyarakat, penguatan ekonomi dan ketenagakerjaan, serta mendorong terbentuknya jaminan kesehatan bagi semua kalangan.
The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world has had an impact in various fields including education. The application of teaching and learning from home forces educational institutions to switch to digital in implementing learning. The application of learning methods online provides new experiences in current learning methods. Various community responses are present. in response to this relatively new learning system. Rapid digital development and the current emergency situation demands that all stakeholders and all walks of life must adjust to developments. This is of course a common concern in providing solutions to existing problems, so that even in a pademi situation the teaching and learning process can still run smoothly. Digital literacy needs to be carried out extensively (starting from family, school and society), so that all these elements can not only use technology but can also make good and efficient use of it. This research uses a descriptive analysis method. The purpose of this research is to describe related media use. digital, in this case digital literacy, which can be used as an important key in the successful implementation of learning online during a pandemic.
وكانت الالتفات من المواضيع التي تناولها علماء اللغة في كتبهم، وأولوه مزيد اهتمام لما له من أهمية في البلاغة العربية عموما والبلاغة القرآنية خصوصا .وقد ألقي الباحث الضوء في هذا البحث على دراسات طائفةٍ من علماء اللغة والنحو للالتفات في القرآن الكريم؛ وقد قسم البحث إلى بحثين: الأول البحث عن صور الاتفات في القرآن الكريم على شكل الضمائر، الثاني البحث عن الآيات التي تتضمن على الاتفات في القرآن الكريم على شكل الضمائر. أما بانسبة إلى نوع البحث في هذا البحث يستخدم الباحث بحثا نوعا وصفيا وذلك صفة من هذا البحث بحث مكتبي الذي يجعل القرآن الكريم.
This article aims to determine ushlub-ushlubtaukidnahwu in chapter 30 of the al-Qur’an al-Karim. This research is a qualitative descriptive with library research. Data collection was carried out with documentation from primary sources of al-Qur’an al-Karim, and secondary sources which included discussion related to primary sources. The results showed that ushlubtaukidnahwu was divided into two, namely taukid bi al-adat which amounted to 33, and taukidbighairi al-adat amounted to 101. The researcher found ushlubtaukidnahwu in its use amounted to 134. As for taukid bi al-adat in the number of ismiyah amounted to 24، the adat used wasإنّ،أنّ،أمّا،لام لتوكيد،. while taukid bi al-adat in fi’liyah number is 9. The custom used is قد،نون التوكيد،. ولكشف معانى آيات القرأن يحتاج إلى علم البلاغة كالبيان والمعانى والبديع, وبناء على ذلك ستبحث الباحثة في هذا البحث الجامعي الإعجاز البلاغى الذى يتعلق بالبيان وخاصة بالتشبيه. والتشبيه هو تأدية المعنى الجليل واضحا بعبارة صحيحة فصيحة خاصه في السورة الرّعد و ابراهيم. وأضيف إلى ذلك على أن التشبيه في أصله هو تصوير كلامي حميل يهدف إلى توضيح فكرة او لتقريب الخفي إلى معنى الجلي وأداء المعنى البعيد إلى المعنى القريب، وله قوة الخيال العالي مع الاحتياح إلى فكرة اسمة.واختيار الباحثة عن التشبيه لأنه التشبيه أوّل طريقة تدل عليه الطبيعة لبيان المعنى و التشبيه لغه التمثيل يقال ثبه أو مثيله.
