Abstract: The close relationship between students and a teacher is psychologically important in the school teaching and learning process. The teacher's personality and character serves as model and becomes the source of inspiration for the students. The quality of psychological relationship between students and teacher can only be realized if it is supported by teacher's good personality. It is the quality of teacher's total attitude and behaviour, and therefore, constitutes the main requirement for optimum teaching and learning process. The original meaning of the term 'personality' as quoted from the experts suggests that it is a dynamic organization of psychopysic that determines one's behaviour, thoughts, and character. Such character and personality can be identified as an individual quality which is manifested through consistence behavioural patterns in respond to the environment. In Islamic point of view, one's personal behaviour and attitude is determined by his or her obedience to the God alone. A teacher's honor is part of his or her most important personality in realizing his/her professional tasks. Kepribadian dan karakter guru yang matang dan kokoh dapat menjadi tauladan dan menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi siswanya. Kualitas hubungan psikologis antara guru dengan siswa seperti ini hanya akan tercipta apabila didukung oleh kepribadian guru yang baik. Kepribadian merupakan kualitas dari keseluruhan sikap dan perilaku sebagai syarat utama bagi terlaksananya proses belajar mengajar yang optimal. Makna kepribadian yang dirujuk dari pendapat para pakar menyatakan bahwa kepribadian itu adalah organisasi dinamis yang berkaitan dengan sistem psikopisis yang menentukan tingkah laku, pikiran, dan karakteristik seseorang. Sifat dan kepribadian itu juga dapat dijelaskan sebagai kualitas individu yang dimanifestasikannya melalui pola tingkah laku yang konsisten dalam hubungannya dengan lingkungan. Dalam pandangan Islam, sikap dan perilaku manusia diukur dari tingkat keimanan dan ketakwaannya kepada Allah SWT. Harga diri seorang guru merupakan bagian dari kepribadiannya yang paling penting dalam mewujudkan kinerja profesionalnya. Oleh karena itu guru harus mampu mengenali dan mengembangkannya secara sehat.

The growing need for adobe bricks as a substitute for lead to an increase in demand for cement as brick-forming material that needs to be done to reduce their use of innovation, one using glass powder. The initial idea of thinking that the chemical elements that exist on the glass some of which are the same as in the cement, the silica (SiO2). This study uses a glass powder as a substitute against the weight of cement. Glass powder used consisted of two types of glass powder passes sieve No. 100 retained on the 200 mesh (BSKø100-ø200) and glass powder escaped sieve No. 200 (BSK <ø200) with six kinds of mixed composition of 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30%. Analysis of the data by using the provisions of SNI 03-0349-1989. The results showed the entire BSK qualify for the water absorption of solid concrete brick quality I by SNI 03-0349-1989. Visual examination showed BSK surfaces have angled, flat, and free from cracks. BSK0% compressive strength of 95,289kg / cm2 and the compressive strength is highest in BSK <ø200_20% of 91,422kg / cm2 and the quality I belong to the SNI 03-0349-1989. Tensile strength BSK0% of 16,268kg / cm2 and the tensile strength is highest on-ø200 BSKø100 percentage of 15% of 19,464kg / cm2. Overall it is known that BSK <ø200 persentse 20% is the percentage of the nicest to be applied next.
Rice husk ash waste would cause dangerous environmental problems in soil and air. One of the solutions to overcome the environmental impact of rice husk ash is by processing it into a partial substitute for cement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the compressive strength of high strength concrete. The method used was experimental research by utilizing rice husk ash as a cement substitute in concrete with a percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and the addition of superplasticizer. The test object was made with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 20 cm. The test object was treated using clean water. The strength of concrete with rice husk ash as a cement substitute was tested based on absorption and compressive strength of concrete on day 7 and day 28. Thus, the optimum compressive strength was obtained in the variation of 10% rice husk ash as the cement substitution. Based on this study, the highest average compressive strength was found in concrete with a variation of 10% rice husk ash, which was 38.5 MPa at 7 days and 56.2 MPa at 28 days.
