This research is an explanatory research that highlights the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses that have been formulated previoustly by using a sample of 100 people in 4-wheeled vehicle users who often use toll road facilities in the Banten area. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in analyzing the relationship of variables in the study.Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the effectiveness of the Banten etoll area, the quality of toll services and the satisfaction of customers of toll road users are considered to be quite good by respondents. The results of partial regression analysis found that the effectiveness of e-toll has significant effect on customer satisfaction at 0.502, while the quality of toll service has a significant effect of 0.528. Simultaneoustly the e-toll effectiveness and service quality have a significant influence. AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatory research yang menyoroti hubungan variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 orang pada pengguna kendaraan roda 4 yang sering menggunakan fasilitas jalan tol di wilayah Banten. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam melakukan analisis hubungan variabel dalam penelitian.Berdasarkan hasil analisa diketahui bahwa efektifitas e-toll wilayah Banten, kualitas pelayanan toll dan kepuasaan konsumen pengguna jalan tol dinilai cukup baik oleh responden. Hasil analisis regresi parsial didapatkan bahwa efektifitas e-toll memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0.502, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan tol memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0.528. Secara simultan efektifitas e-toll dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pula.
During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Ministry of Education and Culture has ordered to hold lectures or online learning. These changes not only have an impact on educational institutions but also have an impact on students to quickly adapt to the demands of the environment. In this online learning application, of course it makes it natural that there are pros and contra related to the effectiveness of online learning. In addition, there are differences in the results of research on the influence of online learning on independent learning and learning motivation is also contradictory, based on this phenomenon it is very important to research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning at the Serang Raya University of Banten, to determine the impact of effectiveness on independent learning and student learning motivation. This study used a sample of 175 students at the Serang Raya University of Banten who where given randomly. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between each variable in the study. This research will produce the effectiveness of online learning, its impact on motivation, its impact on independence, reduce public anxiety about online learning, and provide a direction of support for previous research that is contradictory.
In the last decade, Indonesia's fintech trend are supported by the growth of Internet users. A recent report by OJK in 2021 shows that online loan services continue to increase by the millennial generation's dominance. It's because online loan services are easier to gain rather than conventional loan services. Unfortunately, its service provides several potential threats to its users. Moreover, religious values play a critical role in shaping consumers' attitudes and behavior towards products or services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of perceived risk: security risks and privacy risks, and religiosity in predicting customers' intention to borrow in P2P Lending apps. The research approach is quantitative, with a random sampling technique, and the research sample is 86 respondents. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 23. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that security risk has a negative and significant effect in predicting the intention to borrow in P2P Lending apps, but no relationship between privacy risk and religiosity on the intention to borrow. As a managerial implication, our findings can help the company to focus on providing highly secure apps and promoting and campaigning the confidentiality of users' personal information.
