Abstrak Kerjasama Selatan-Selatan dan Triangular (KSST) bukanlah isu baru bagi Indonesia.Sejak Konperensi Asia Afrika (KAA) diselenggarakan pada tahun 1955 di Bandung, saat itulah Indonesia sudah memulai kebijakan kerjasama selatan-selatan. Hingga saat ini berarti sudah 60 tahun lebih Indonesia bergelut dengan kebijakan kerjasama selatan-selatan dan triangular ini.Meskipun demikian, masih ada banyak masalah dalam pengimplementasian kebijakan ini. Tidak semua orang Indonesia memahami isu KSST ini atau perlunya memberikan bantuan ke negara sedang berkembang yang lain sementara masih banyak permasalahan pembangunan di dalam negeri. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa mengapa Indonesia memberikan bantuan luar negeri melalui skema KSST. Selain itu tujuan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan dan tantangan Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan KSST. Tulisan ini akan menggunakan pendekatan liberal-institusionalisme untuk memahami dan menganalisa isu KSST ini. Keterlibatan Indonesia dalam G20 akan diangkat sebagai studi kasus dalam tulisan ini untuk menemukan jawabab mengapa Indonesia mau memberikan bantuan luar negeri melalui skema KSST, tentunya dengan menggunakan pandangan Liberalis-Institusionalisme. Argumen utama dari tulisan ini adalah Indonesia dapat menciptakan mutual gain melalui skema KSST dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mewujudkan kepentingan kolektif dari anggota G20 untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan global. Indonesia has begun south-south cooperation policy since Asia Africa Conference held in Bandung in 1955.It means that Indonesia has experienced in SSTC for 60 years. Nevertheless, there are still many problems in implementing this policy. Not every Indonesian understand about this issue or the need of giving aid to other developing countries while there are still many development problems occurring in domestic level. This study is aimed to analyze why Indonesia giving overseas development aid through SSTC scheme and to identify the obstacle and challange of Indonesia in implementing SSTC. This study will use liberal-institutionalism approach in order to understand and to analyze the issue. Indonesia involvement in G20 will be discussed as a case study to find the anwer of why Indonesia giving ODA through SSTC. The main argument of this study is that Indonesia will create mutual gain through SSTC and give positive contribution in realizing collective interest of G20 members to improve global prosperity. Background:The essential aspect ofthe learning system is implementingthe learning method; withthe proper method, the teaching and learning process will be more precise, effective, and efficient. Whereas the dissociated and uncreative learning methods will contribute to the low comprehension material on students. Virtually, various methods can be implemented to escalate students' comprehension in the teaching and learning process; one of those methods is the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division),which focuses on active learning patterns through Student-Centered Learning. This method teaches students about collaboration, responsibility, interaction, trust, decision making, communication, and conflict management. Objectives:The focal point of this study is to determine the influence of the STAD(Student Teams Achievement Division) learning method on the accuracy ofpartograph documentation. Method:This study uses a Quasi-Experimental design with a Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study consists of 30 students taken fromthe Quota Sampling technique. This study implementsthe Wilcoxon test to analyze the data. Results:The Student Teams Achievement Division learning method significantly influences the accuracy of partograph documentation with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion:The implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning method can improve student skills in partograph documentation.
Introduction: Learning methods are used to realize the applied learning strategies. Each learning method has its most prominent learning domain, such as cognitive (change of knowledge), affective (change of behavior), and psychomotor (change or improvement of skill). Midwifery is a profession that requires specific knowledge, attitudes, and skills that must be possessed and mastered. The process of achieving good competence of midwives starts with midwifery education. In achieving competence, midwifery students need theoretical and practical learning experiences in laboratory clinical skills. The Learning Pyramid developed by the National Training Laboratory shows that most students remember 90% of what they learn by teaching others. Objective: Determining the effect of the peer-assisted learning method application in laboratory skills for the physical examination of newborns learning. Method: This research used a Quasi-Experimental design with a pretest-posttest design. The sample was 30 students taken through the quota sampling technique, and the analysis used was the Wilcoxon Test. Result: The Peer-Assisted Learning method affected the learning outcome of skills in the physical examination of newborns with a significance level of P = 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: The Peer-Assisted Learning method improves the physical examination skills of newborns of DIII midwifery students.
Akreditasi merupakan upaya pelaksanaan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan, puskesmas. kualitas pelayanan dapat diukur dengan membandingkan antara pelayanan yang diharapkan dengan kinerja Pelayanan, kinerja pelayanan direfleksikan dengan apa yang diterima dan dirasakan (persepsi) pasien. Metode SERVQUAL membandingkan antara harapan dan persepsi pasien atas suatu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pasien tentang kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas akreditas dan non akreditasi kabupaten banggai. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dan menggunakan uji regresi berganda dengan derajat kemaknaan (ρ=0.05). Sampel penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap di 6 (enam) puskesmas (puskesmas kampung baru, kintom, batui, toili II, hunduhon dan tangeban yang berjumlah 121 sampel. Hasil penelitian dengan uji statistik regresi sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan meliputi: tangibles memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), reliability memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), responsiveness memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien, competence memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), assurance memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), courtesy memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00) credibility memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), security memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00), dan communication memiliki pengaruh terhadap presepsi pasien (ρ=0,00). Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi berganda, didapatkan bahwa secara simultan variabel tangibles memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap presepsi pasien di puskemas akreditasi dan non akredtasi kabupaten banggai. Diharapakan kepada pihak manajemen Puskesmas agar tetap menjaga keadaan lingkungan puskesmas dan kerapian petugas kesehatan atau (tangible), karena keadaan dan kondisi lingkungan puskesmas yang bersih sehat serta petugas yang rapi dan bersih merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat Inap puskesmas yang terakreditasi dan yang belum terakreditasi.
