Digital literacy is defined as "the ability to reach and produce information by using digital technological tools". It consists of a process based on individuals accessing, understanding, interpreting information in digital environments, and using and producing this information. The effect of four basic language skills on the development of digital literacy skills is great. An individual who can use his/her mother tongue effectively should also be able to use it effectively in digital environments. The aim of this study is to examine the secondary school Turkish textbooks prepared in the 'Turkish Lesson Curriculum ' (2019) in the context of digital literacy skills. The method of the research is case study. Relevant literature and the Global Standards Framework for Digital Literacy, Skills, and Readiness (DQ Framework) were reviewed, and document review items were created. In the Turkish Language Curriculum ( 2019), the achievements related to digital literacy skills were determined, and Turkish textbooks were examined according to the achievements. ÖzÇalışmada, Hüseyin Yurttaş'ın çocuk kitapları, çocuk edebiyatı yapıtlarında bulunması gereken özellikler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Hüseyin Yurttaş'ın çocuk kitapları arasından rastlantısal yöntemle seçilen 15 hikâye kitabı oluşturmaktadır. Hikâyelerin incelenmesinde nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi kullanılmıştır. Örneklemi oluşturan çocuk kitapları "Çocuklara Seslenen Yazınsal ya da Öğretici Kitapları Değerlendirme Ölçeği" kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Hikâyeler tasarım ve resim özellikleri açısından incelendiğinde, resimlemelerde renk unsurunun psikolojik etkisinden faydalanılmadığı, ciltleme ve kâğıt kullanımından kaynaklı bazı sorunların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İçerik açısından bakıldığında ise hikâyelerde çocukların düzeyine uygun konuların işlendiği, bunların özgün ve tutarlı bir şekilde kurgulandığı belirlenmiştir. Çocukların kişilik gelişimlerini kuvvetlendirecek karakterler geliştirildiği ve iletiler sunulduğu görülmüştür. Temaların sevgi üzerine yapılandırıldığı, insana ve doğaya özgü durumların yansıtıldığı, Türkçenin anlatım gücü ve olanaklarının çocuğun dilsel düzeyine uygun olarak kullanıldığı, hikâyelerde çocuğun örnek alabileceği bir dil ve anlatım çerçevesinin oluşturulduğu belirlenmiştir.
Turks living in Greece are able to receive education in their mother tongue within the framework of minority rights. The mother tongue education of bilingual children has a significant effect on the development of the other language. The greatest responsibility in this regard lies with teachers. The experiences of the teachers who teach the mother tongue of the Turkish minority in Greece, their in-class activities, identifying problems related to curriculum and the students and finding solutions to these problems are important for the education and future of Turkish children in the region. The aim of this study is to determine the problems encountered in mother tongue education and to offer solutions by seeking the opinions of the teachers who teach Turkish in Greece about the lessons, students, in-class practices, curriculums and textbooks. “Phenomenological design”, a qualitative research method, was used in this study. The sample group consisted of 23 teachers who teach Turkish to Turkish students between the ages of 6-15 in Greece. A semi-structured interview form was used. Descriptive analysis was applied to the data obtained from the interviews.The theme, codes and categories were identified.For this study, the theme was determined as “Turkish Teaching in Greece” and the categories were identified as “Language Skills”, Reflections of Bilingualism”, “Materials – Tools and Instruments for Lessons”, “Classroom Activities which Students Enjoy” and “Problems Related to the Education System”. Findings of the research discussed general problems regarding the education of Turkish students in Greece, the impact of bilingualism, teacher proficiency, lack of materials and minority status.
Bağdaşıklık kavramı semantik bir kavramdır, metin içinde var olan ve onu bir metin olarak tanımlayan anlam ilişkilerini ifade eder. Söylemdeki bazı ögelerin yorumlanmasının bir diğer ögeye bağlı olduğu durumlarda ortaya çıkar. Bu ise metnin temel özelliklerindendir. Bu çalışmada öğretmen adaylarının yazılı anlatımlarında bağdaşıklık unsurlarını kullanma düzeylerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmış, doküman incelemesi yapılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu bir devlet üniversitesinin eğitim fakültesinde öğrenim gören 53’ü kadın, 16’sı erkek toplam 69 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak “Bağdaşıklık Düzeyi Değerlendirme Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında öğretmen adaylarının en çok bağlama ögesi kullandıkları, daha sonra sırasıyla gönderim ögesi, sözcüksel bağdaşıklık ögesi, eksiltili anlatım ögesi ve değiştirim ögesi kullandıkları belirlenmiştir. Eksiltili anlatım ögesi kullanımının oldukça az kullanıldığı, kullanımın yetersiz olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Değiştirim ögesi kullanımının yok denecek kadar az olması dikkat çekmektedir. Metin yazımında bağdaşıklık araçlarını kullanmak tutarlı bir metin oluşturmak için önemlidir. Yazma eğitiminin bu durum göz önünde bulundurularak şekillendirilmesi gerekmektedir.
