PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is one of the largest and most integrated agri-food companies in Indonesia. The company's main business units are the manufacture of animal feed, chicken breeding, poultry processing, and agricultural cultivation. This company will automatically continue to increase its production results both in terms of quantity and in terms of quality to be able to compete in the market so that it can expand market share and offer products at affordable costs for consumers. At present, business progress is strongly influenced by fluctuations and variations in consumer demand. This also has an impact on the production of chicken feed carried out by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Makassar unit. With the increasing demand for chicken feed, an effort is needed so that the production process runs according to available and profitable resources. This research aims to determine the optimal amount of production to generate optimal company profits. The method used in this study is the goal programming method because it can solve problems optimally with more than one goal. The results of this research show that the product of goal programming optimization is more profitable than the companies. The results obtained from this research are the optimal number of products is 4,967,155 kg, and the minimum production cost is Rp. 1,382,685,942,075, and the sales profit is Rp. 314,569,267,925 for a period of one year.
Processed Corn Business so far is very promising for those who cultivate it. If you look at the competitors who are engaged in the same business, there are already quite a lot. With better taste innovations, beautiful and attractive sizes, economical prices, and most importantly healthy and hygienic by providing attractive packaging and labels so that partner products are able to compete and sell well in the market. With the Processed Corn business (corn lunkhead, corn chips, popcorn, etc.) Home Processed Corn Industry Business Group Tonasa Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency which already has regular customers will increase its marketing by making attractive packaging and labels to find markets and even agents who want to sell it, so there will be many who help to develop this corn processing business. The problems faced are (1) not yet given good packaging for processed corn products that are marketed and (2) not yet given labeling to introduce their products.
One of the global problems related to the future of cities is the environmental problem, namely the amount of municipal solid waste. From this waste, several issues arise in various aspects, such as health, aesthetics, and social and environmental problems. So that focused research is carried out on the management of urban solid waste produced by households. The research objective is to design a conceptual model and determine the variables and indicators that affect the generation of urban household solid waste and determine what prevention can be done. The model intended consists of 5 variables and 17 indicators. Data was collected based on a survey method with a closed questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents aged ≥ 17 years and residing in Yogyakarta. Analysis of the model and variable relationships was carried out based on the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 24 software. The results showed that the designed model was valid. Socioeconomic variables, KAP level, waste reduction, and seasonality are direct predictors determining waste generation behavior. Socioeconomic variables are also direct predictors of KAP level and seasonal variables, and KAP level variables are direct predictors of waste reduction and seasonal variables
The Seraton Farmer Group is a group of mineral farmers in Tonasa Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Located 44-45 KM from Makassar City, with an area of ??384 KM2. Tonasa village has topographic characteristics as a lowland area surrounded by plantations such as rice, corn, chili, and others, with an average air temperature during the day between 35°C and at night between 20° - 25°C. The Seraton Farmer Group processes natural ingredients into liquid organic fertilizers and vegetable pesticides as an effort to overcome the exposure of chemicals to plants. To prevent liquid organic fertilizers and vegetable pesticides from spoiling quickly, it is very important to store liquid fertilizers and vegetable pesticides in dry and tightly closed storage. This PKM provides learning and training on packaging techniques for Liquid Organic Fertilizers and Vegetable Pesticides. The method used is socialization followed by training on the packaging of liquid organic fertilizers and vegetable pesticides. The result of this service is an increase in knowledge and skills about the benefits and good and correct techniques to maintain bacterial viability.
This study aims to determine the effect of noise levels on employee workload with an ergonomic approach at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Maros Unit. In this study, the determination of the sample taken was 15 people who worked in shift 1 in the factory area. The research method used a quantitative method and a qualitative method. The results of this study found that there was a positive and significant effect between noise level and workload of 0.74. For the significance of the correlation coefficient with an error rate of 5%, and with dk 79, t table = 1.99085 is obtained. It turns out that the calculated t value is greater than the t table price, so Ho is rejected. This means that there is a positive and significant effect of noise level on workload.
