Uncertainty in supply chain activities poses various risks that can hinder the company's competitiveness. Thus, the flow of information from the process of procuring raw materials to products received by consumers must be ensured to run well. To achieve this, companies must be more sensitive to possible risks that arise from supply chain activities so that risk management is necessary. Therefore, this study aims to manage possible risks using the House of Risk (HOR) method. The research is divided into two main stages, namely the risk assessment stage and the risk management stage. At the risk assessment stage, the Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) value will identify the severity level of the risk event and the occurrence rate of the risk agent. Then, at the risk management stage, it will identify preventive actions that are taken to reduce the severity and occurrence of risk agents. The results of the study indicate that there are 19 risk events and 16 risk agents that have the potential to occur in manufacturing SMEs as a case study of this research. Then, 8 risk agents were selected that needed to be followed up to reduce the level of risk. The result is that the 8 risk agents have reduced risk levels after being given preventive measures, which were initially at very high, high, and medium levels, dropping one level too high, medium, and low levels.
PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is one of the largest and most integrated agri-food companies in Indonesia. The company's main business units are the manufacture of animal feed, chicken breeding, poultry processing, and agricultural cultivation. This company will automatically continue to increase its production results both in terms of quantity and in terms of quality to be able to compete in the market so that it can expand market share and offer products at affordable costs for consumers. At present, business progress is strongly influenced by fluctuations and variations in consumer demand. This also has an impact on the production of chicken feed carried out by PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Makassar unit. With the increasing demand for chicken feed, an effort is needed so that the production process runs according to available and profitable resources. This research aims to determine the optimal amount of production to generate optimal company profits. The method used in this study is the goal programming method because it can solve problems optimally with more than one goal. The results of this research show that the product of goal programming optimization is more profitable than the companies. The results obtained from this research are the optimal number of products is 4,967,155 kg, and the minimum production cost is Rp. 1,382,685,942,075, and the sales profit is Rp. 314,569,267,925 for a period of one year.
Municipal Waterworks Corporation (PERUMDA AIR MINUM) of Makassar city currently finds many common risks in water distribution process. The risks cause a lot of damage to the piping network system, so that the quantity of distributed water to customers is not optimal. Consequently, it is necessary to handle the risks. This study aims to determine the risks that occur in water distribution process by using Delphi method to identify potential risks. Then, House of Risk (HOR) is used at the risk analysis and evaluation stage to determine mitigation strategies and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) is designed to determine the Early Warning System (EWS). Based on the results known that there are 16 identified risk events and 24 risk agents. Furthermore, a mitigation strategy is carried out on the risk agent by using 18 preventive actions. Based on the selected risk, coded as A24 with the indicator value is Information (Field Team) has lower threshold of 5 hours and upper threshold of 8.19 hours. Water loss has lower threshold of 3,118,047 m3 and upper threshold of 3,283,688 m3. A1 as Expired indicator value has lower threshold of 20 years and upper threshold of 26 years and leaking pipes replacement has lower threshold of 15 years and upper threshold of 16 years 3 months 2 weeks. Further research is expected to be able to design KRI for the risks that do not have EWS yet.
Processed Corn Business so far is very promising for those who cultivate it. If you look at the competitors who are engaged in the same business, there are already quite a lot. With better taste innovations, beautiful and attractive sizes, economical prices, and most importantly healthy and hygienic by providing attractive packaging and labels so that partner products are able to compete and sell well in the market. With the Processed Corn business (corn lunkhead, corn chips, popcorn, etc.) Home Processed Corn Industry Business Group Tonasa Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency which already has regular customers will increase its marketing by making attractive packaging and labels to find markets and even agents who want to sell it, so there will be many who help to develop this corn processing business. The problems faced are (1) not yet given good packaging for processed corn products that are marketed and (2) not yet given labeling to introduce their products.

Sinjai Regency is a city that produces many specialty drinks, one of which is Minas (Sinjai Typical Drink) which is a type of fermented drink because it is made from cassava tapai and has a thick yellow texture. This research focuses on the development of the Minas business, which is vulnerable to the risk of rising raw material prices and declining selling prices. The purpose of this research is to do a feasibility study of the Minas business to improve the economy of the people engaged in the business. This study uses a 5 aspect approach, namely, (1) market aspects, (2) technical aspects, (3) management aspects, (4) environmental aspects, (5) socio-economic aspects of culture. The financial aspect of this study shows the PP value for the Sinjai specialty beverage business is 4.63 years, and a positive IRR value of 1.41%, which means that the business is feasible. The Net B/C value of the Minas production business is 4.63. This means that for every Rp. 1 spent the business will generate a net profit of Rp. 4,63.

Keywords : Sinjai specialty drinks, mina's business feasibility, financial aspects, non-financial aspects
