Covid-19 merupakan salah satu jenis virus dan penyakit yang saat ini sedang mewabah atau pandemik, setiap harinya terjadi peningkatan jumlah kasus dengan cukup pesat penyakit ini juga sudah menyebar hampir diseluruh negara. Risiko kematian yang tinggi secara global terjadi pada kelompok lanjut usia (lansia) diatas 50 tahun. Hingga saat ini, virus corona telah menginfeksi lebih dari 100.000 juta penduduk dunia dan sekitar 4.000 orang di antaranya dinyatakan meninggal dunia. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan protokol kesehatan dan menambah pengetahuan serta merubah sikap lansia tentang pencegahan covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuisioner tentang pencegahan covid-19. Dari hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan lansia sangat antusias menyambut kegiatan ini. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan pengetahuan lansia dapat bertambah dan merubah sikap sehingga dapat memetahui protokol kesehatan pencegahan covid-19 dan dapat menurunkan kasus covid-19.
Premenstrual syndrome is a group of symptoms that occur in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle that cause disruption to a person's work and lifestyle. Premenstrual syndrome makes women unable to function normally and requires treatment. This situation causes a decrease in the quality of life of women, for example students who experience premenstrual syndrome cannot concentrate on learning and their motivation to learn decreases because of the pain they feel. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of young women and anxiety when facing premenstrual syndrome. This type of research is analytic by using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all female students in grades VII and VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Merbau in the 2020-2021 school year with a total population of 147 students and the sample in this study was 67 students who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis with chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between knowledge about reproductive health and anxiety in dealing with premenstrual syndrome with a p value of 0.000. It is recommended for health services to be able to hold counseling about premenstrual syndrome to increase the knowledge of young women about premenstrual syndrome.
Diarrhe is a disorder defection which be marked more than 3 times in a day with consistency of liquid, could accompany blood and mucus. This research have a aim to know the relation giving companio the food and the food sanitation to the baby by the age 0-6 in a month that happen in diarrhe, the location is Puskesmas Saribudolok, the area is center of Silimakuta and Simalungun district at 2018 year. This research is used to analytic observation with alignment (cross-sectional) the research of population is 179 respondes and the research sample as much as 89 respondes and used the formula lemeshow by taking the sample of consecutive sam. The data analysics by chi-square, the result of the research analysis to give companio the food is not good (84,3%). Giving the frequency mp-asi is not good (79,8%) and the method processing the food is not fulfill the requirment (87.6%), The way to keep the food is not fulfill yet the requirment (74,2%), The step to presentation the food is not fulfil yet the requirment (73.0%) ,The way using the eguiment/things the food is not fulfill yet the requirement (59.6%). Base on the result of bivariate analysis that kinds of companio the food, giving a frequency, the way to keep the food, the way to keep the equipments for food there is a relation with diarhe. And the way to process, presentation there is nothing the relation with have been happen of diarrhe. Base on the result of multivariate analysis, had known that the food sanitation thats a step to keep a food overall persentage storage (78.7%). Suggestions can be given to the community, for the next researcher and in the educational institution.
Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital applies reward and punishment in completing employee work discipline that must be in accordance with hospital regulations. Good rewards and punishments can motivate employees to improve work discipline and help employees achieve effective performance. This study aims to determine the Relationship of Reward and Punishment with Work Discipline in Employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. This type of quantitative research is analytic survey using cross sectional design. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling of 48 employees. Analysis using the Chi-Square test with a confidence level of 95%, α = 0.05. The results of the research between reward and work discipline show that there is a significant relationship between reward and work discipline in the employees of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020, p value (0.022) <α (0.05) is obtained. While the results of research between punishment with work discipline that shows there is a significant relationship between punishment with work discipline on employees of the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital in 2020. From the Chi Square test results obtained p value (0.036) <α (0.05). It is expected that the hospital should pay more attention to the rewards and punishments for employees to further improve discipline, work motivation, work morale so that they can be maintained or further improved and it is advisable to pay more attention to work discipline to employees by giving reprimands or punishment to employees who work discipline is not good so the bias is even better.
