This study was conducted to analyze the interest patterns on the Taman Sari Yogyakarta intangible heritage assets. Analyzing the offered to satisfy the traveler's need. Recognizing the potential of Tamansari, and development of good visit management concept would optimize the traveler deployment in visiting all the attractions.This study uses a quantitative explanatory method to determine how big an opportunity to influence the movement of visitors, meet the needs of visitors, encouraging the spread of visits evenly and provide the best travel experience. Influence the independent variables and the dependent variable and partial regression using a Likert scale. The study population were Servant of the Tamansari Yogyakarta. Based on the results of data processing in obtained results are no concept of visit flow management and information about historical sites.
Pemerintah daerah Kulonprogo memberdayakan potensi alam sebagai modal pembangunan dan pengembangan daerah. potensi wisata merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam peningkatan lapangan pekerjaan, peningkatan pendapatan, dan perkembangan usaha kecil. Wilayah yang memiliki potensi wisata yang cukup besar salah satunya adalah Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.Salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi wisata, yaitu wisata Watu Tekek di daerah Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Permasalahan yang timbul adanya keterbatasan energi listrik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan energi dikawasan wisata Watu Tekek dikarenakan lokasi wisata yang cukup curam dan medan yang terjal, belum adanya penataan dan pengembangan kawasan wisata Watu Tekek dan masih terbatasnya amenitas/fasilitas pendukung dan sarana prasarana dikawasan wisata Watu Tekek. Dengan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) dana hibah dari Kemenristekdikti memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dengan memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik dengan menggunakan tenaga matahari berupa lampu penerangan, lampu hias, dan air mancur. Sedangkan untuk penambahan fasilitas pariwisata berupa penambahan gazebo, kursi taman , penambahan ornament tanah liat dan penataan taman.Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan melaksanakan diskusi dan observasi, sosialisasi dan penyuluhan, melaksanakan pelatihan, perancangan alat dan pemasangan alat. Hasil luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa produk teknologi tepat guna berupa lampu bertenaga solar panel, produk gerabah, kursi, dan gazebo untuk penambahan fasilitas pedukung, dan memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas melalui media massa.
INTISARI Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sector yang paling berdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19. Desa Wisata Kasongan Kabupaten Bantul DIY menjadi salah satu desa wisata yang terdampak cukup besar adanya pandemi ini. Berbagai pembatasan pergerakan masyarakat oleh pemerintah, berdampak pada penurunan drastis jumlah kunjungan. Di samping itu keterbatasan kemampuan dalam merencanakan manajemen strategi pemasaran menjadi kendala lain di desa wisata ini. Pelaku dan kekuatan dalam lingkungan pemasaran mempengaruhi kemampuan manajemen dalam mengembangkan dan memelihara keberhasilan hubungan dengan pasar sasarannya, hal tersebut berpengaruh dalam pariwisata di masa pandemi, karena jika manajemen marketing memiliki rencana pemasaran yang baik maka pariwisata dapat berkembang dan semakin banyak pengunjung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis fishbone diagram yang akan didapatkan sebuah analisis penyebab dari sebuah masalah atau kondisi agar lebih jelas dan banyak mendapat informasi secara lansgung mengenai apa saja yang harus dilakukan dalam manajemen pemasaran gerabah di Desa Kasongan ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa Desa Kasongan masih belum menggunakan manajemen pemasaran yang modern untuk tetap bertahan di situasi pandemi, dan sehingga berdampak pada menurunnya produksi dan penjualan dari sebelumnya.Kata kunci— pemasaran pariwisata, desa wisata, Kasongan, pandemi ABSTRACTThe tourism sector is one of the sectors most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Kasongan Tourism Village, Bantul Regency, DIY is one of the tourist villages that has been quite affected by this pandemic. Various restrictions on people's movement by the government impact a drastic decrease in the number of visits. In addition, the limited ability to plan marketing strategy management is another obstacle in this tourist village. Actors and forces in the marketing environment affect management's ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with their target markets; this affects tourism during a pandemic because if marketing management has a good marketing plan, tourism can develop and attract more visitors. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method with the fishbone diagram analysis technique, which will analyze the causes of a problem or condition to be more precise and get much information directly about what must be done in the marketing management of pottery in Kasongan Village. The results of this study are that Kasongan Village still does not use modern marketing management to survive in a pandemic situation. The Borobudur area is a cultural heritage area that is not only an ancestral cultural heritage but also a tourist attraction. The development of heritage tourism in the Borobudur area has developed not only around the temple. However, it has developed into the residential area of the surrounding villagers as a rural tourism activity. This tourism activity impacts changes in elements of rural space, such as houses, public facilities, and roads, thus affecting the authenticity value as a rural tourist attraction, which is the basis for developing a tourist village. The setting and resources, the basic concept of a tourist village, are the spatial system of changing rural space elements. This spatial change of elements is caused by the spatial adaptation made by the user due to changes in ideas and behavior, which are influenced by additional functions in the space element. This study aims to explain the process of adapting spatial elements in tourist villages in the Borobudur area, using a rationalistic qualitative research method with multiple case studies with case units of 3 tourist villages in the Borobudur area, including Borobudur, Candirejo, and Wanurejo villages. The research findings are the process and form of adaptation of rural spatial elements. This research is expected to be used for village development to maintain its authenticity value as a tourist attraction.
