Abstrak: Fenomena transformasi pada suatu lingkungan binaan baik dalam skala perkotaan maupun pedesaan merupakan suatu proses dinamis yang perubahannya terjadi secara alami. Transformasi dapat dilihat dari aspek fisik, teritorial, dan budaya, dimana ketiganya memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat yang mempengaruhi satu sama lain. Aspek territorial dalam proses transformasi menjadi bahasan dalam tulisan ini. Tatanan Teritori hunian pada suatu permukiman sangat bergantung pada aktivitas penghuninya. Penghuni rumah disini menjadi suatu agen yang dapat mengontrol ruangnya. Kontrol ruang berupa keputusan bagi siapa saja yang dapat masuk atau keluar ruang dalam suatu teritori dan keputusan yang dapat merubah atau menggeser fungsi ruang yang ada menjadi fungsi lainnya. Transformasi hunian terjadi secara berangsur-angsur ketika suatu kepentingan dan kebutuhan harus dipenuhi. Kegiatan usaha rumah tangga / Home Base Enterprises (HBEs) yang bertumpu pada rumah tangga menjadi salah satu penyebab dari adanya proses transformasi hunian. Kebutuhan akan peningkatan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan kegiatan HBEs yang sebagian besar menggunakan ruang tempat tinggal untuk kegiatan usaha. Hunian pada permukiman di Kampung Mahmud menjadi studi kasus dalam tulisan ini, yang sebagian besar huniannya digunakan untuk kegiatan usaha pengrajin mebel dan warung kecil (HBEs). Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengamati struktur teritori dalam proses transformasi hunian pada kegiatan Home Base Enterprises (HBEs), dimana dalam proses transformasinya menyebabkan perubahan penggunaan ruang dan pergeseran wilayah teritori untuk fungsi rumah tinggal dengan fungsi kegiatan usaha.
The use of computers in education is the first step towards realizing a technological society. Educational institutions need to optimize the potentials of information and communication technology. Integration of technological aspects into the learning is an effort to grow and to bring up interest & positive attitudes towards technical development. is one of the implementation steps of Technology Pedagogy content Knowledge (TPCK) framework. This research aims at (1) producing a multimedia for Building Construction subject on Vocational High School in the field of Building Modelling and Information Design, (2) knowing the quality of multimedia Building Construction subject in Vocational High School, in the field of Building Modelling and Information Design. This activity comprises research & development. Multimedia validation is carried out by content & media experts. Luther's model namely multimedia development Life Cycle (MDLC) is applied in the multimedia development of Building Construction subject in the field of Building Modelling and Information Design. The models are developed through 6 stages which are concept making, designing, material collecting, assembling, model testing, and model distributing. Researchers have successfully developed a multimedia in Building Construction subject on Vocational High School in field of Building Modelling and Information Design using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model. The results of expert validation indicate that the learning media developed is feasible to use. The next activity will be to carry out a limited trial on the students of Vocational High school in the field of Building Modelling & Information Design.
Covid-19 as a new disease is rapidly spreading worldwide, including in Indonesia. The government immediately took steps to suppress it through: the phase of staying at home, large-scale social restrictions, and the new normal phase. This condition impacts the learning structure in schools by imposing learning from home and limiting 50% of students entering school in rotation. This study aims to determine the readiness of educational infrastructure to adapt to the new normal of social distancing and circulation. The qualitative deductive research method is used to compare the measured data with standardization, analyze spatial configurations, and end with design solutions. Manual Drawing Studio and Digital Studio were chosen because they represent the characteristics of the Vocational High School (SMK) Building Program. The results showed that several indicators did not meet the guidelines for implementing learning after the Covid-19 pandemic: air temperature, noise, and lighting conditions. For this reason, it is necessary to add openings and modify the room configuration as a solution related to the effective use of the room by 40.84% with a distance between chairs of 1.5 meters, using barriers between chairs to block droplets between students and lecturers in the room. For circulation, signage for entry and exit is given, so they do not cross paths. According to new normal conditions, the optimal design studio is expected to achieve comfort and improve the quality of learning while supporting the program to break the chain of the Covid-19 virus.
A city through the years is always growing and developing along with the development of a variety of urban activities. One of the triggers of the development is the city residents. The increase in population resulted in increasingly high demand for settlement. Moreover, the surge in population also occurred in Bandung city, where one of the changes in the use of space is visible in Taman Hewan Balubur-Tamansari. This area is growing and changing from being a compact place to a solid kampong with an extensive use of space. The purpose of this research basically was to reveal the configuration and the visibility of the changes that occurred as well as examine what factors that caused the occurrence of a change in the use of space function in Taman Hewan Balubur-Tamansari in Bandung. Research used a descriptive approach. As for data collection, this study used questionnaire and analysis with LoS (Logic of Space) theory.This study addressed the thought (value system) of the community based on empirical phenomena in the education area of the settlements that are located in the major cities of Indonesia, which was then analyzed in inductive and qualitative ways. Through a qualitative research method using grounded theory, the study was expected to contribute to the vocabulary knowledge of space theory in addressing the urban density of the urban space as the impact of urbanization and student migration. Moreover, research aimed to enrich the theory about the local cultural values settled in the area of education in major cities of Indonesia, where the findings of the local theory eventually provide the realization that the value spaces for people living in the neighborhoods of the city is not only for quantitative aspects, but also for the concept of the basis theory of spaces in the city. All this time, the architectural space theory is always used to the idea of space based on the theory from the West.
ABSTRAKPemetaan kawasan dalam bentuk model yang terukur dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dapat mempermudah proses pencitraan kawasan Desa Wisata dan mempermudah dalam proses desain. Artikel mengkaji mengenai studi kelayakan pemodelan visual tiga dimensi (3D) berbasis foto pada lingkup kawasan dengan objek studi Kampung Wisata Rotan Galmantro, Desa Tegalwangi, Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Cirebon. Desa wisata ini dipilih karena merupakan bagian dari wilayah pengembangan desa wisata Rotan Galmantro yang memiliki potensi dan dapat dikembangkan sebagai sentra Kampung Wisata yang terletak kurang lebih 12km dari kota Cirebon. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dalam proses pemetaan kawasan ini, antara lain: (1) Tahap pertama melakukan persiapan sebelum proses pemodelan dilakukan, diantara mempersiapkan alat berupa drone dengan spesifikasi kamera 4K, pemilihan program yang akan digunakan untuk pemotretan, pemilihan teknik pengambilan foto, perencanaan cakupan luas wilayah pengukuran; (2) Tahap kedua melakukan proses pengecekan kondisi lapangan, kalibrasi drone sebelum penerbangan, pemotretan kawasan, pemeriksaan hasil pengambilan gambar, pengolahan foto udara menjadi data kawasan, kalibrasi ukuran dan pemodelan 3D. Hasil pemodelan tiga dimensi bagian dari kawasan Kampung Rotan Galmantro menggunakan teknologi photogrammetry memberikan hasil pemodelan visual tiga dimensi kawasan dengan akurasi yang baik, sesuai dengan kondisi eksisting tanpa harus membuat 3D model dari awal. Proses Perancangan menjadi lebih mudah dan efektif.Kata kunci: Pemodelan 3D Kawasan, Pemodelan Eksisting, Photogrammetry, ABSTRACTMapping the area in the form of a scalable model using digital technology can simplify the process of imaging the Tourism Village area and simplify the design process. This article examines the feasibility study of a photo-based three-dimensional visual modelling (3D) in the area of the object of study in Kampung Wisata Rotan Galmantro, Tegalwangi Village, Weru sub-district, Cirebon District. This tourist village was chosen because it is part of the development area of the Galmantro Rotan tourism village which has potential and can be developed as a tourism village center which is located approximately 12 km from the city of Cirebon. Several stages were implemented in the process of this area, including (1) The first stage, preparations before the modelling process was performed, includes prepared a tool in the form of a drone with 4K camera specifications, selected the program to be used for shooting, selected photo-taking techniques, planned the wide-area coverage measurement; (2) The second stage, arranged the process of checking field conditions, calibrated the drone before the flight, took pictures, aerial photographs process into data area, size calibration and 3D modelling. The results of three-dimensional modelling of the Galmantro Rattan Village area using photogrammetric technology provide three-dimensional visual modelling of the area with accurate results, according to existing conditions without having to create a 3D model from scratch.
