STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan is a private university under the supervision of Regional 1 Education Service Institution (LL Dikti Wilayah 1). This study aims to determine the Optimization of Student Loyalty through Rewards and Students’ Satisfaction as Intervening Variables. The research approach used in this research is quantitative. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The questionnaire is arranged based on indicators of reward, satisfaction and loyalty. The target population in this study are 71 students for the 2017-2018 academic year. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. So that 71 respondents are selected to be the sample. Data analysis uses path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effect of the reward variable on student loyalty through student satisfaction. The results of the research that can be drawn 1) Rewards have a significant effect on student satisfaction at STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan. 2) Reward has no effect on student loyalty at STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan. 3) Student satisfaction has a significant effect on student loyalty at STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan.. 4) Reward has a significant effect on student loyalty through student satisfaction at STIE Muhammadiyah Asahan.
The governance of tourism villages, synergy and coordination among tourism village stakeholders that are efficient and effective and strengthening the capacity and support capacity of stakeholders requires a communication strategy for developing tourism villages that is right in line with advances in information technology which have great potency to facilitate various tourism village development activities. In addition, the latest global developments with the Covid-19 pandemic appear to have a significant impact on the development of tourist villages. The study was conducted in three tourist villages in Jamblang District, Cirebon Regency, which have initiated the tourism village since 2016. Several research techniques used were FGD, in-depth interviews and direct interviews with 95 respondents. The study is able to map stakeholders based on status (internal and external) and stakeholders based on the level of interest and contribution (primary, secondary and tertiary). The main relationships between stakeholders include: socialization, training, extension, reports, coordination, promotion and assistance. Formally, there is no communication strategy document available, but related parties have practiced communication according to their interests. New media and several applications or platforms have begun to be used by the community in supporting the development of tourism villages. The development of tourist villages was significantly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and the existing strategies are not yet adaptive enough to the problems that arise. Several prospective tourism village development strategies include improving infrastructure aspects, human resource capacity, diversifying tourist attractions and strengthening promotions.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 52 permanent lecturers at the LP3M Superior Polytechnic. Furthermore, the sampling technique uses saturated samples. Then the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using path analysis. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect effects of compensation, job satisfaction and performance variables. The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on lecturer job satisfaction. Furthermore, the indirect effect shows that the compensation variable has no effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction.
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of work discipline on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. This type of research is causal (cause and effect. The population and sample in this study were permanent lecturers of LP3M Superior Polytechnic as many as 52 people. Furthermore, the sampling technique used quota sampling. Then the data collection technique used questionnaires with a Likert scale. The results showed that partially and simultaneously compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of lecturers. Furthermore, for the indirect effect shows that the compensation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers through job satisfaction. The implication in this study shows that the compensation given is expected based on the performance of lecturers in the three-tridarma of higher education. Furthermore, work discipline shows that reward programs for outstanding lecturers are able to increase job satisfaction and have an impact on lecturer performance ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompenasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen. Selanjutnya untuk pengaruh tidak langsung menununjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompenasi yang diberikan diharapkan berdasarkan kinerja dosen dalan tridarma perguruan tinggi. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja menunjukkan bahwa program reward kepda dosen yang berprestasi mampu meningkatkan kepuasan kerja serta berdampak pada kinerja dosen.
Malpositioned anteriors teeth can aethetically influence, self-appearance, the function of mastication and speech. Malpositioned teeth refers to altered positioning of one or more teeth from a well-alligned jaw. In general, boy’s jaw is bigger than girl’s. This enable to makes difference risk of malpositioned anteriors teeth between boy and girl. The aim of this study to find information about to detect risk difference malpositioned anteriors teeth in student of SMPN 6 Yogyakarta based on sex. Research used observational with cross sectional. The subjects of study were entire student of class VII SMPN 6 Yogyakarta that fulfil criteria and got that is 211 students are 91 students of boy and 120 of girl students. The objects of this study are jaw of anteriors teeth on and lower jaw. The evaluation malpositioned anteriors teeth was conducted by using form investigation based on sex are boy and girl, evaluation appropriate criteria prevalence malpositioned anteriors teeth which cover mesioversion, distoversion, buccoversion, palatoversion, linguoversion, labioversion, torsiversion, transversion and axiversion was scored 1, while normal position was scored 0. The results of the research were obtained by applying statistics method which used cross tabulation to obtain Odds Ratio (OR) and appropriate magnitude OR = 0.59, OR < 1 (Protective risk factor), that meaning boy sex will be protected to the happening malpositioned anteriors is compared boy sex. From the research, it can be concluded that risk malpositioned anteriors teeth in girl student SMPN 6 Yogyakarta which was high than boy students.
