The problem of contemporary teachers' commitment to research activities is regarded as an essential condition to improve their competitiveness. In this respect, this article aims to disclose the basic components of developing the research competence of vocational education institutions teachers. The article deals with the nature and content of such basic components of developing teachers' research competence as motivational-value, methodological-reflexive, operational-activity, and emotional-volitional components. The presented components of developing teachers' research competence are aimed at ensuring integrity and continuity of a competitive as a subject teacher formation process, integrating research and professional activities. The article submissions are both of academic and practical importance for teachers of secondary and higher professional education, as well as for students of teacher training professions of higher and secondary professional education institutions.
The relevance of this article is due to the fact that the solution to any problem is more effective in partnership, as a whole is always greater than the sum of its parts, and one should not ignore alternative ways of different perception of the surrounding reality, since what is unachievable for each member separately, can be achieved by all members of the whole team. Therefore, this article aims at disclosing the essence of corporativity in developing teaching staff. The article deals with the role of corporativity in developing a teaching team, the viability conditions of the pedagogical team have been detected, the individual trajectories for developing each member of the teaching staff are presented. The article submissions are valuable both in theory and in practical terms, for representatives of professional training institutions in order to achieve their corporate competitiveness as a teaching team.
The state is interested in the formation of teaching staff competitiveness of both higher and secondary vocational education institutions, as it is associated with solving the problems of training competitive specialists for innovative production, increasing the social efficiency of organizations and institutions, economic recovery of the country. In this regard, this article reveals the specifics of modeling the process of the teaching staff competitiveness formation. Major approaches to the study of this problem were the integrative and milieu approaches, a symbiosis of which allows creating competitiveness of the teaching staff, taking into account the features of college educational environment, involving integration of educational, methodological and research activities of teachers; features of professional and interprofessional interaction between members of college teaching staff with staffs of other educational institutions, scientific research institutes, professional community. Specifics of modeling the formation of college teaching staff competitiveness consist in the set of components proposed by the authors (theoretically-methodological, functionally-targeted, substantive, procedural and productive clusters) and in their contents.
The article is directed at research of professional education competitiveness problem under the conditions of the international educational integration. The essence of competitiveness of professional education is revealed in it and such components as: competitiveness of specialty and higher educational institution, competitiveness of vocational training, competitiveness of educational services, competitiveness of a student, competitiveness of a graduate and competitiveness of an expert are also revealed here. The purposes and tasks are presented in the article, the features of competitiveness of professional education are revealed, and also factors of competitive participation of the Russian professional education at the international market of educational services are defined.
