Information technology plays an important role in the business world because it may affect the operations of the organization within the organization that also uses information technology to provide information. One of the departments that use information technology is the Information Engineering Department of Musamus Merauke University, which is used to provide information related to the Department of Information Engineering. But in the use of information technology is still flawed. Therefore, it is necessary to have a standard in information technology management to measure overall standards and governance in information technology management, ie using COBIT. 4.1 Based on this study, we will design an information technology management model for the Department of Information Engineering. Control objectives for information and related technologies (COBIT) are 4 primary domains, including domains, planning and organization (PO), acquisition and implementation (AI), transmission and support (DS) and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME) in all four domain research in COBIT 4.1 used to solve the problems and needs of the information engineering department in information technology management, support the process of technology services Prof. support and supervision and evaluation of information technology. The study found that the level of maturity of information technology supervision in the information engineering department is at level 2. Therefore, information technology in the information engineering department must be improved to the expected level.
This journal aimed to answer the problems encountered from carrying out measurements and inspections of electrical substations that still have problems including limited technicians in making measurements, writing errors often occur in measurement results, and the accuracy of the data from the calculation results that are sometimes not under operational standards at PT Haleyora Powerindo Merauke as part of PT PLN (Persero) in Merauke area. Data collection carried out in this journal is by interview, observation, literature study, with system development methods using the Waterfall method. The results of application testing show that Applications can display information about the results of measurements at each substation and transformer with accurate data because measurements are carried out in real-time. This application also provides information on substation inspections where at each inspection of this substation, this application can help technicians in measuring and inspecting substations, Reporting process results of measurements and inspections on substations and transformers can be reported directly to PT PLN (Persero) as the supervisor quickly while the area is still affordable by the internet network.
Perkembangan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan pada masa globalisasi ini dirasakan semakin canggih, semua ini merupakan hasil dari pemikiran-pemikiran manusia yang semakin maju untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat. sistem informasi inventaris barang dalam mencatat pendataan inventaris barang yang ada pada distrik semangga agar lebih teratur, tertata serta menghasilkan informasi yang akurat. Untuk lebih mempermudah dalam mengelola dan menyimpan data inventaris barang yang terdapat di Distrik Semangga, maka dalam penelitian ini kami mengusulkan untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi inventaris barang berbasis desktop dengan menggunakan visual basic 6.0 dan crystal report untuk menghasilkan luaran berupa laporan pada aplikasi yang telah dibuat. Dengan adanya sistem informasi inventaris barang ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah bagi pihak distrik dalam hal ini yang berhubungan dengan inventris barang yang ada di distrik semangga dalam pengelolaan data inventaris barang sangat dibutuhkan pada distrik semangga untuk mengontrol dan meningkatkan keamanan data inventaris barang dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional. Salah satu syarat dalam pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) di Kabupaten Merauke adalah lokasi pembangunan. Pemilihan lokasi SPBU baru harus menimbang dan memperhatikan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh PT. Pertamina. Banyaknya kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dan kurangnya informasi calon mitra tentang nilai standar setiap kriteria membuat calon mitra mengalami kesulitan dalam pemilihan lokasi pembangunan yang tepat. PT. Pertamina sebagai perusahaan yang menentukan lokasi pembangunan SPBU harus menentukan lokasi dengan tepat dan strategis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan sebuah keputusan penentuan lokasi pembangunan Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif dengan menggunakan beberapa kriteria dan nilai bobot dari setiap kriteria. Sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan lokasi pembangunan SPBU dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan lokasi pembangunan SPBU di Kabupaten Merauke. Sistem ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi lokasi pembangunan SPBU bagi PT. Pertamina serta memberikan informasi bagi calon mitra lokasi pembangunan SPBU di Kabupaten Merauke yang terbaik dan sesuai dengan kriteria
The purpose of writing this journal is to create a model and simulation of the distribution of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Gas Stock Availability that can meet the needs of Pertamina, agents and bases and existing community elements. The design of this application uses the PHP programming language (Personal Home Page) with a database using My SQL [1]. The method used in the design is Monte Carlo [2], and the test method used is the Black box and Questionnaire methods. Monitoring System for Gas Stock Availability Distribution This Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tube in Makassar presented report printing criteria. In the form of distribution monitoring report, in the form of proof of purchase transactions of LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Gas to Pertamina agents and bases in real-time per day, month and year Monitoring System Availability Stock Distribution This LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Gas Tube in Makassar will also be able to control the LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) stock in each existing agent and base in the form of several a stroke on the monitoring map [3].
Student study service is a community service, education and research activity that is carried out in an interdisciplinary and intra-curricular by dividing students into each group in certain location. Its group and location were determined by applications that produce alternative choices in making decisions on the distribution of student study service groups evenly through certain methods and criteria. The research applied the analytic hierarchy process method, where problems were simplified in a hierarchy including 3 components, such as goals, assessment criteria and alternative choices. The criteria were gender, department, and location potential. Applications of system builder were Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server and Crystal Report. The results were to facilitate distribution according to the criteria balanced and time of student study service efficiently. By the application, it assisted administration staff to determine student study service distribution and was able to be developed into various features and criteria.
Technology for communication in business processes by companies or organizations, in the form of services, is increasingly felt the benefits that ultimately encourage the use of information technology, with a guarantee of good service management becoming a fundamental need. Nowadays the Informatics Engineering Department has utilized such information technology, therefore in the user information technology, there are still problems requiring a management model that can be used as a reference, in accordance with the company's strategy and objectives, and can be used to overcome the problems occurring in agencies. COBIT is a representative and comprehensive governance standard model for the entire IT process. Based on that, then this research will design an IT management model for the Merauke Informatics Engineering Department using the COBIT framework. The COBIT framework identifies IT processes in four main domains: Planning and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI) domains, Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). The PO domain includes strategies and tactics, aswell as attention to identifying the ways of IT in giving its best contribution to the achievement of business objectives. The AI domain includes the realization, implementation, and integration of IT strategies, into business processes. The DS domain deals with the delivery and support of the IT services. The ME domain includes supervision of all controls applied to each IT process. The results of this research indicate that the PO domain is at level 2 (repeatable but intuitive), and the AI domain is at level 1 (initial / Ad-hoc), so that Information Technology in the Informatics Engineering Department of Merauke is still below the expected level of maturity, at level 3 (Define).
Universitas Musamus (UNMUS) adalah perguruan tinggi negeri di Kabupaten Merauke, Provinsi Papua yang diresmikan pada tanggal 22 november 2010 oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia Bapak Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Biro Akdademik, Kemahasiswaan dan Kerja sama (BAKK) merupakan biro yang menangani kegiatan seleksi pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi pada UNMUS. Proses pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi yang dilakukan selama ini masih memiliki beberapa kendala, sehingga menimbulkan beberapa persoalan yaitu, proses pengolahan data pemilihan yang memerlukan waktu yang lama dan belum adanya penyimpanan data mengenai proses pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk membantu dalam mempercepat proses pengolahan data pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi dan dapat menyimpan data proses pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi.Sistem yang dirancang adalah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi berbasis web yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Xampp sebagai server localhost atas program Apache HTTP server, MySQL database dan penerjemah bahasa pemrograman PHP. Pengujian sistem yang dilakukan pada sistem ini menggunakan metode Black Box dan Pengujian perbandingan perhitungan SAW.Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan Black Box dan Pengujian perbandingan perhitungan SAW didapatkan bahwa, sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi pada Universitas Musamus dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan data pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi dan dapat menyimpan data proses pemilihan mahasiswa berprestasi.
