The use of IoT in precision agriculture is very important in the process of increasing crop production. The local supply of onions in Merauke Regency have not fulfilled the demand, thus the high price in the market. Most of the demand for onion are still fulfilled from outside the region, as the production of local farmers has not been optimal. The weather has been identified as one of the factors that affect the quality of onion production. This study aims to create an automatic monitoring system based on an Arduino microcontroller to measure soil moisture and temperature in onion patches. The method used is to design an automatic monitoring device to determine soil moisture and temperature so that it can provide information about the growth and maintenance of onion patches. The Arduino microcontroller is connected to a reading sensor that is integrated with component devices to maintain a stable temperature and soil moisture. All devices and components are designed to operate in a custom-made environment in the form of a greenhouse prototype. The results of this study indicate that the tool and system are capable of capturing the soil moisture and temperature, as well as maintaining the soil moisture and temperature within certain parameters, in cloudy, wet and hot weather conditions. Untuk melakukan kegiatan konservasi, dilakukan tahapan yaitu: penelitian, kajian perumusan kebijakan, program dan perencanaan, dan terakhir pembiayaan & pelaksanaan. Tahap penelitian salah satunya tahap penentuan peringkat/prioritas konservasi (Bappeda,1988: II-14). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis dan membuat kategorisasi tingkat potensi pelestarian bangunan bersejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian evaluatif dengan kriteria yang digunakan adalah kriteria umum menurut Utomo (2005:75). Sampel penelitian yaitu data Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Merauke (2014) yaitu tempat bersejarah di Merauke yang berjumlah 27 sampel. Hasil penelitian yaitu analisa tingkat potensi prioritas pelestarian bangunan bersejarah di Merauke dengan hasil tingkat potensi pelestaian yaitu: tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Potensi tinggi yaitu: Pastoran, Kodim, Gereja Protestan, Gereja Katedral Lama, Lepro(Orang Sakit Lepas), dan Kuburan Belanda. Potensi sedang: SD Negeri 01, Gudang Barang Pastor, KORES/POLRES Lama, Sumur Bor, Galangan Kapal, Pintu Air, RSUD, Rumah Pelayanan PLN, Lampu Satu(Mersusuar), Pal Putih(Mersusuar), Semua Bangunan Di Belakang Hotel Asmat, Asrama Theresia (SKKP), Susteran PBHK (Kompleks Keuskupan Agung Merauke), Susteran PBHK Kelapa Lima, Seminari (Pankat) Kelapa Lima. Sedangkan potensi rendah: SD Aperis I (SD Fransiskus Xaverius 01 DAN 02), MILLO (SMA Jhon 23 Merauke), Rumah Kantor Distrik (Rumah Bistir), Gudang Beras (Irian Bakti) CBL, Lembaga Pemsyarakatan Kelas II MERAUKE, SGA, SGB, SPG (SMA Yos Sudarso) Kelapa Lima Merauke. Proses seleksi atlet taekwondo kabupaten merauke dilakukan oleh seorang pelatih pada saat akan mengikuti kejuaraan, kriteria penilaian belum digunakan dalam seleksi atlet. Peneliti memandang penting untuk melakukan penelitian yang membahas tentang “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Seleksi Atlet Cabang Olahraga Beladiri Taekwondo Di Kabupaten Merauke Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting” bertujuan untuk mendukung penentuan atlet taekwondo merauke. Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menerapkan nilai seleksi atlet taekwondo. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini memiliki beberapa kriteria serta nilai bobot dari setiap kriteria. Pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan seleksi atlet berfungsi membantu pihak Pelatih Taekwondo di Kabupaten Merauke untuk mengambil keputusan yang tepat dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting dan memberikan hasil berupa rekomendasi pendukung penentuan atlet taekwondo merauke. This journal aims to analyze how optimal the performance of WiFI network services, the results can represent the average performance of Internet network services against changes in the value of Quality of Services (QoS) parameters when the highest traffic in the Hotspot Lab IT Laboratory area and Musamus Informatics Engineering Department to support developments in the digitalization era as part of the 4.0 Industrial revolution. Measurement data was got from the results of interviews, observations, and literature studies. Measurement data captured using Wireshark, Fixed Daily Measurement Interval (FDMI) method is the method used in the measurement. The QoS parameters used in the measurement are throughput, delay, and packet loss. Overall, the average value of throughput got is 0.99 MBps. The average value of delay is 124.05 ms is in the very good category according to TIPHON standards. The average value of packet loss is 0.05% with the very good category. The measurement results show that WiFi networks in the Hotspot IT Laboratory area and Musamus Informatics Engineering Department are reliable and meet user needs.
Despite being located on the border area, Merauke has a very important architectural historical heritage. However, if its current existence is not well-preserved, it will lead to extinction. In fact, the historic building provides an image or identity and increases the tourism value of a city. The Old City of Merauke can be developed for tourism, similar to that in Old City of Semarang or Old City of Jakarta. Not only that, the development of the Old City area will be the first uniqueness in Papua. However, the problem experienced by the Merauke government is the absence of a Geographic Information System (GIS) that can provide information to the people of Merauke to determining the tourism potential location of the historic buildings in Merauke. GIS is also useful for the development of old building conservation research, because it serves as an initial step in conservation, the inventory phase of conservation buildings. This research is inductive exploratory research using descriptive-analytic survey method and evaluative methods.
