The village of Canggu, Bali is very well known among digital nomadic tourists. The purpose of this study is to identify tourism products in terms of 4A to support the needs of digital nomadic tourists in traveling and how are the perceptions of digital nomadic tourists towards Canggu Village, Bali. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis. Identification of tourism products based on 4A, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and additional services. Nomad digital tourists make Canggu Village a base camp because all the supporting components for digital tourism activities are available. The existence of communities such as digital camps and nomad academies forms an ecosystem for nomadic tourists. As for things that should be addressed, namely traffic factors, security.
Pariwisatatidak hanya membawa dampak bagi destinasi wisata akan tetapi berupa pengaruh arus globalisasi bagi masysrakat setempat khususnya generasi muda. Akulturasi menyebabkan nilai-nilai tradisional mulai tergerus dengan adanya modernisasi. Hal tersebut terjadi di Desa Tibubeneng yang industri pariwisatanya sedang berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemuda dan faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam kegiatan pengembangan pariwisata di Tibubeneng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Infoman pada penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang yang merupakan anggota karang taruna Desa Tibubeneng. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 91% yaitu 32 orang pemuda berperan secara langsung dan 9% yaitu 3 orang pemuda tidak berperan dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Desa Tibubeneng. Pemuda menggambil peran sebagai subyek yang aktif turun langsung dalam kegiatan dan menerima manfaat langsung. Pemuda berperan dalam kegiatan pariwisata antara lain kegiatan keagamaan, pertunjukan seni dan event. Faktor utama yang memperngaruhi pemuda untuk beperan dalam berbagi kegiatan adalah adanya kesempatan dari desa.
Penurunan produktifitas bisnis pada semua sektor sebagai akibat pandemic covid-19 telah mendorong para pelaku bisnis untuk menetapkan berbagai strategi pengembangan bisnisnya. Kebijakan pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat diluar selama pandemic telah memberikan dampak negatif pada sektor bisnis kuliner dan salah satu industri yang terdampak yaitu The Mill Restaurant Bali. Ada banyak strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk bisnis kuliner dan salah satunya yang banyak dibahas yaitu strategi price bundling. Oleh karena itu, studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh sales promosi dengan cara price bundling terhadap keputusan pembelian pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Bali khususnya di The Mill Restaurant Bali. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel price bundling adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS for windows versi 25. Hasil studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif price bundling terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan di The Mill Restaurant. Selain itu, price bundling hanya memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,5% mendorong keputusan pembelian pelanggan. artinya, masih ada factor lain yang dimungkinkan mendorong keputusan pembelian produk restoran oleh para konsumen. Studi ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku bisnis kuliner untuk menerapkan strategi price bundling dalam bisnis kulinernya.
Gay tourist visits are a paradoxical phenomenon when viewed from the concept of Balinese cultural tourism. However, gay tourists exist in the Seminyak, Bali area. The purpose of this study is to examine the socio-economic, cultural, health implications of gay tourist visits and the responses of local community in Seminyak. The research method used was semi-structured interviews with 20 informants. The results of this study are that gay tourist visits have a positive effect on employment and community income. The culture of society is not affected, on the contrary the community is more proactive in preserving culture. No physical and non-physical health implications were found in the community. The level of response of the some Seminyak community to gay tourist visits has become apathy, and the annoyance shown by people who feel disturbed by gay tourists. The reseachers hope that this finding is going to be take into consideration for the development of tourism in Seminyak.
Hotel Warna Kedaton is located in the city of Denpasar, precisely on Jalan Jayagiri Utara number 1 Bali. This hotel has Balinese architecture with basic facilities in the form of 49 guest rooms, supporting facilities such as restaurants, swimming pools and meeting rooms. However, the tight business competition makes this hotel must innovate to be able to compete with its competitors. In addition, the current COVID-19 pandemic has also had an impact on the sustainability of the hotel business. The purpose of this activity is to provide proposals for repositioning as an effort to reach more consumers, compete with competitors, and of course to revive the color of this hotel. This activity is aimed at the owner, employees of the Warna Kedaton Hotel and students of the 2020 Hospitality Administration Study Program C with a total number of 8 participants. This activity is carried out using the mentoring method in the form of lectures, discussions and direct practice. The results of this activity are in the form of making a business plan that emphasizes the proposed repositioning by making changes to the hotel concept, design, marketing, service, as well as hotel organization and management to become a boutique hotel.
