Diğer taraftan; cinsiyete ve vatandaşlık durumuna, farklı ülkelerin kitle iletişim araçlarını takip etme sıklığı, farklı ülkelere mensup arkadaşa sahip olma durumuna ve yabancı dil bilme düzeyine göre kültürlerarası duyarlılık düzeylerinin anlamlı bir biçimde farklılaştığı ortaya çıkmıştır.ABSTRACT Progress in globalization and communication technologies has increased opportunities for intercultural contacts and interactions. As a result of these developments, it can be argued that people should have a strong ability to acquire intercultural sensitivity, so that they can live their lives comfortably and smoothly. Therefore, to analyze the level of intercultural sensitivity studies carries a key quality reserve both for academically and socially. In the context of this study, intercultural communication sensitivity examined through the Turkish and foreign students of Selcuk University, using the Intercultural Sensitivity Scale developed by Chen and Starosta (2000).In addition, it has been analyzed whether the intercultural sensitivity levels differ according to certain variables. Method used in the study was field survey that conducted a face to face poll to 436 students. According to the results of factor analysis; It was determined that
