The profile of the professional accounting changed because, increasingly, new skills are required to Accounting Bachelor. This professional has to have duties and responsibilities different from those that until then determined their functions and their position in the company. Their participation in decision-making has required you a broader view of the scenarios in which your company operates and their work is no longer just an operational tool transcription values and financial results, which led to the need to take, too, management functions. Thus, this study aims to raise some conceptual aspects of managing, in order to emphasize the relevance of research related to training in higher education Counter. Methodologically, this article constitutes a qualitative approach in an attempt to show the conceptual proximity and interaction between Counters and Administrators. For this, we tried to identify, descriptively, the relationships between variables and understand the analogy profiles and skills necessary for professional training in the areas of administration and accounting, closely linked in the corporate world. The results show that the new professional profile required by the market Counter, making it necessary to adopt some key features and innovative trends such as entrepreneurship and decision making, capacity for discernment and critical thinking to judge and choose alternatives and ethical conduct associated with social and professional responsibility.

Por que uma instituição secular como a universidade, surgida no seio da civilização ocidental, deve permanentemente preocupar-se com a autonomia? Por que a autonomia universitária, embora sempre relativa, deve ser perseguida e assegurada como legítima? Pode existir autonomia universitária plena? A visão clássica de autonomia é suficiente para compreender e permanentemente assegurar a autonomia universitária plena pretendida? A visão de autonomia a partir do pensamento complexo é relevante? Seria possível conciliar a liberdade acadêmica, com livre gestão administrativa, com disponibilidade financeira e patrimonial e os poderes da entidade mantenedora? Seria a autonomia uma questão e relação de poder entre o ente que concede e o ente que recebe a autonomia? Até que ponto, nas universidades onde a mantenedora é o poder público, há como se pensar em autonomia sem resolver a questão do financiamento? Por outro lado, em que medida apesar de essencial, o financiamento, por si só, não garante a autonomia? A reflexão sobre estas questões não só passa pelo levantamento, explicitação e compreensão do conceito de autonomia em geral, mas também evidencia a consciência de que autonomia nunca será plena, essencialmente para as instituições universitárias onde se pretende e se persegue um conceito e prática plena da autonomia. Para intentar compreender sua dimensão plena, é necessário considerar o conceito de autonomia, além de relativo, não estático, universal e absoluto, constituindo-se em expressão dialética dependente de situações e características peculiares de natureza histórica, social, política e econômica de uma época, de uma região e de uma sociedade. As Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) realizam uma função social significativa: prover formação superior a pessoas capazes de influenciar o processo de desenvolvimento da sociedade em direção a melhorias da vida humana no planeta. Dessa forma, elas atendem a demanda de profissionais para o mercado de trabalho. Além dessa função, as IES têm ainda a nobre missão de educar o homem em sua totalidade, promovendo sua cidadania e estimulando-lhe valores éticos, em tudo o que diz respeito à sobrevivência e às condições da vida humana individual ou associada. Porém, nem sempre a sociedade percebe a amplitude da ação formadora-educadora dessas instituições e, assim, muitas vezes não a reconhecem como agente promotora da transformação e desenvolvimento social. Por esta razão, faz-se necessário que as IES promovam a divulgação de suas atividades para que a sociedade onde ela está inserida possa conhecê-la e avaliar seus resultados. O processo de Avaliação Institucional promovido pelo MEC tem por finalidade precípua mensurar e avaliar as IES brasileiras, especialmente em relação a abrangência e ao nível de realização de suas funções institucionais. A experiência brasileira de Avaliação Institucional, embora recente, tem sinalizado a necessidade de mudanças na política e nos procedimentos utilizados para avaliar o ensino superior no Brasil. Em uma dessas exigências, observa-se a tendência, cada vez mais acentuada, de incluir entre os critérios de avaliação de uma IES, o que se refere ao seu relacionamento com a sociedade em geral. De fato, segundo os novos critérios de Avaliação Institucional, o conceito de um Curso pode ser afetado pelo seu envolvimento com a sociedade. Ou seja, além de critérios específicos, tais como aprendizagem, estrutura física e corpo docente, avalia-se, também, o binômio instituição-sociedade. Entre os diferentes parâmetros pelos quais o relacionamento de uma instituição de ensino superior com a sociedade pode ser medido, destaca-se, especialmente, o que tem sido chamado de Responsabilidade Social, cuja finalidade é mensurar, além das funções institucionais tradicionais - ensino, pesquisa e extensão, a sua a abrangência e legitimidade de sua Responsabilidade Social junto à sociedade a quem ela serve. Este artigo trata desta nova função das IES - Responsabilidade Social e procura demonstrar que a missão das Instituições de Ensino Superior vai além de suas funções básicas de Ensino, Pesquisa e Extensão.
Resumo: Esta reflexão tem por objetivo resgatar a origem e o significado da Teoria Geral dos Sistemas, no âmbito das ciências em geral, particularmente no campo das ciências sociais e no estudo da Teoria das Organizações, ressaltando, por fim, a congruência desse desenvolvimento com o movimento interdisciplinar nas ciências. Pode ser caracterizado como histórico-interpretativo, cujo objetivo é apresentar origens e desenvolvimento de um fenômeno e, assim, oferecer noções e ideias para posicionamentos futuros sobre o tema. Conclui-se que a TGS, que expressivamente influenciou e ainda influencia a Teoria das Organizações, é uma possibilidade de resgate da interdisciplinaridade inerente aos fenômenos próprios do comportamento humano, também no âmbito organizacional.Palavras-Chave: Interdisciplinaridade. The current macroeconomic environment is highly competitive the search for best practices aimed at producing products and effectively and at lower cost services is a constant search for organizations thus ensuring that all resources are used optimally to maximize profit. To meet these needs the development of people have an important role in the whole process the acquisition or improvement of competences through training streamlining activities developing practices aimed at continuous improvement will help employees improve the quality of work life increasing their performance and productivity. Ergonomics is an applied science to the development of machines systems and tasks in order to provide greater security hygiene and comfort of the general working conditions helping to increase productivity and efficiency of the process and also to improve the quality of life of employees. This case study was conducted in an automotive industry with the aim of analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness in the development of competences related to ergonomics and accident prevention measures. The information reported in this study was obtained in a field survey using questionnaires data analysis and routine documents and observations of the day- to-day company.
Gestão Universitária é um tema oportuno e relevante de interesse dosdiversos segmentos da comunidade acadêmica. Envolve as áreas daAdministração e da Educação para analisar um tipo especial de organização: a universidade. O artigo assume que a universidade é, antes detudo, uma instituição social e merece ser analisada sob ambos aspectos:organizacional e institucional. A universidade está exposta a mudançasque ocorrem em seu macro ambiente e, naturalmente, tende a refletirem seu interior o ambiente externo. O foco central do artigo repousa,portanto, no fator mudança; mais especificamente, discute a relação entre crise e mudança com o objetivo de sugerir reflexões sobre quem vemprimeiro, perguntando se são as crises que determinam as mudançasou se são as mudanças que provocam as crises. It involvesthe areas of Administration and of Education to analyze a special typeof organization: the university. The article pressuposes that the university, above all, is a social institution and deserves to be analyzed fromboth aspects: organizational and institutional. The university is exposedto changes which occur in its macro environment and, naturally, tendsto reflect internally the external environment. The central focus ofthe article lies, therefore, on the factor of change, more specifically,it discusses the relationship between crisis and change, with the goalof suggesting reflections on which one comes first, thus asking do thecrises determine the changes or do the changes provoke the crises? Inthis sense, the article explores the meaning of both concepts: crisis andchange, highlighting similarities and differences between them. Next,it points out the effective potential of the resilience of the university,such as its characteristic of dealing with the crisis-change problem andcontinue carrying out its role in society.
