Сполуки на основі 4-тіазолідинону та його ізатинвмісні похідні мають широкий спектр біологічних активностей і є потенційними антинеопластичними чинниками. Ми з'ясували, що поєднання 4-тіазолідинонів та ізатину (1Н-індол-2,3-діон) у скла-ді однієї молекули посилює цитотоксичну дію новосинтезованих сполук на лейкоз-ні й карциномні клітини in vitro. Рівень цитотоксичної дії речовин ID-3833, ID-4522, ID-4523, ID-4524, ID-4525, ID-4526, ID-4527 суттєво залежить від наявності атома галогену в 5-му положенні індолінового фрагмента, а також від природи цього ато-ма (Хлор чи Бром) в арильних групах у 3-му і 5-му положеннях піразоліну. Найвищу активність тут демонструє речовина ID-3833, що можна пов'язати із наявністю ато-ма Брому в 5-му положенні індоліну, а також 4-метоксифенільного фраг мента в 5-му положенні піразолінового циклу і нафтильного фрагмента в 3-му положенні піразоліну. Сполука ID-4524, в молекулі якої є 5-бромоіндолін і дві пара-хлорфе-нільні групи, також мала високу цитотоксичну дію щодо пухлинних клітин-мішеней. У той же час сполука ID-4522 виявила найнижчий цитотоксичний ефект щодо пух-линних клітин. Як і сполука ID-4524, вона характеризується наявністю двох пара-хлорфенільних груп у 3-му і 5-му положенні піразолінового циклу ізатин-піразолін-тіазолідинової системи, проте не містить галогену в 5-му положенні індолінового фрагмента. Отже, цитотоксична дія ізатинвмісних 4-тіазолідинонів найбільше за-лежить від наявності атома галогену в 5-му положенні індолінової групи, а також від природи цього атома у 3-му і 5-му положенні арильних груп піразолінового цик-лу. Всі досліджувані речовини індукують апоптотичну загибель злоякісних клітин. Було показано, що речовина ID-3833 індукує апоптоз змішаного типу, який включає ЕПР стрес і мітохондріальний шлях апоптозу. Врахування виявлених структурно-функціональних взаємовідносин буде корисним для подальшого вдосконалення структури цих сполук з метою їх більш ефективної дії на клітини пухлин.Ключові слова: 4-тіазолідинон, ізатин, клітини лейкозу, клітини карциноми.
