Résumé L’adolescence pourrait être désignée comme le temps privilégié du corps en acte , temps de renégociation au lieu du corps des engagements subjectifs, sur fond de réactualisation des fantasmes meurtriers et incestueux. À partir de différentes configurations cliniques de l’agir (violence adressée, hétérodestructrice ou retournée sur le corps propre sous forme de restriction ou d’ingestion alimentaire, d’automutilation et/ou de mouvement suicidaire), les auteurs proposent une mise en perspective de la place de l’agir dans l’émergence du travail de symbolisation, en faisant l’hypothèse que l’acte et le corps à l’adolescence se trouveraient au cœur du travail de symbolisation/désymbolisation ouvert par la crise.
Résumé Cet article évoque un type de symptôme bien actuel, l’hyperphagie, qui, bien que fréquent dans la pratique clinique contemporaine, se trouve peu étudié dans la littérature. A partir du cas d’une patiente (Elisabeth), l’auteur s’attache à montrer, outre la fonction salvatrice de ce symptôme, son rôle dans la reconstruction subjective. Il apparaît ainsi dans le cas présent que l’hyperphagie constitue la trace incarnée et la modalité de symbolisation d’un vécu traumatique passé.
