Globalization of information processes, the widespread penetration of information technology, the mass use of network services and their availability, are the cause of a new problem -the information security of a person and society. Availability of immoral, illegal content; the use of technology to promote unlawful acts, incitement to racial and other hatred, involvement of the new adherents to various political, sectarian, anti-social doctrines and trends; general culture decrease is influenced by the specificity of virtual communication and imaginary permissiveness -these and many other phenomena often bring irreparable harm to both an adult mature personality and a young, developing and unripe psyche of a teenager. Computerization and information, in particular, the introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process have created a new kind of school behavioral problems -deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies. The article is devoted to teacher training aspects of the deviant behaviour prevention in the field of ICT. The work represents the model of teacher competence on the aforesaid problem, its structure includes: key areas, sections, elements, performance criteria, necessary knowledge. The present work clarifies the concepts of "deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies", "prevention of deviant behaviour in the field of information and communication technologies", the typology of deviations of behaviour in the field of ICT along with the viewing the main phenomena. There determined the main propositions of methods on realization of the complex of pedagogical conditions conducive to the efficiency of students education at pedagogical specialties of high school to the prevention of deviant behaviour of pupils in information and communication technologies. Materials research can be used to improve existing curricula and training programs for teachers to be training.
In the information society Internet technologies provide not only positive information and psychological impact but negative and destructive one either. The lack of attention to the problems of prevention and correction of destructive information impact on young students in higher education institutions negatively affects the development of intellectual abilities of students, their professional socialization and it leads to the spiritual and moral degradation, economic and legal nihilism, which finally leads to a decrease the quality of training of future specialists. The research summarizes and arranges theoretical and empirical studies on the problem of forming resistance to negative effects of Internet resources on university students and young adults. A set of resistance-forming and preventing Internet negative effects recommendations is elaborated and can be applied for the process of teaching. Complex methodology is used for elaboration of methodical positions and practical recommendations. The proposed concept enriches pedagogical theory, brings to the new level of research problems of information-psychological security of students online activity. The developed suggestions are theoretical contribution to the content and technology development of educational support safe and efficient use of information resources in the preparation of future specialists at the university.
The authors focus on idioms as means of categorization of the world and means of keeping temporal and spatial cultural-historical data transmission. Special attention is given to the symbolic meaning of idiom components. Aspects of English phraseology are analyzed by emphasizing phraseological antonymy as an important linguistic universal that is pointed out as binary structures playing an important role in cognition by participating in cognitive and structural processes. The analysis considers explicit and implicit representation of the concept of 'white', its semiotic and symbolic meanings and its psychical effect on a human being. The article focuses on the process of phrase-forming as a language phenomenon and an efficient means of term-formation in the English language. The authors discusses possibility of using and reproducing idioms with the phraseological model adjective + noun and forecasts further term-formation according to the phraseological model. The article is aimed at showing interaction of linguistic and extra linguistic aspects within an idiom, as a linguistic unit, and the way the linguistic aspects transform into extra linguistic ones and vice versa.
The article focuses on historical and social background of English name giving process. Proper names are considered as a leading group of onomastic units due to its extra linguistic component and direct connection with a human being. The processes of globalisation influence on all spheres of life and name giving process is not an exception. Challenges of nomination are explained in the article. The actuality of the paper is defined by the authors' point of view who cling to the idea that in modern globalized world only a proper name could be an only identifier of the national and confessional identity of an individual. Historical milestones that impact on name giving process are mentioned and social factors which influence name giving process are classified and described. Proper names have passed a long evolutionary way from a word -the identifier of a person among similar to legally significant sign of a linguistic personality, a register component which defines a social status and position of the individual in society. The research is relevant in the linguistic, social, national and cognitive aspects, as it demonstrates an interaction between language and society. At the modern stage of the English anthroponymics progress, the researchers described social factors influencing name giving process.
The article focuses on computer-mediated communication as a new form of an information communicative civilization that forces people to live under its laws, it puts forward new statements, norms, requirements and values. The authors study interaction of the "natural" language and the language of virtual environment and underlines transformation of the language and its consequences in the internet environment. Transmission of off-line communication into virtual environment, into online communication changes not only the process of communication but generates a special language and brings new challenges that create real threat to security both to the individual in particular, and to society in general. The fact that the language of virtual communication in any separately taken country is not equal to the language of real, offline communication, out of network one is discussed. Additional characteristics and features of the language of virtual environment are mentioned and the place of the English language in the internet communication is discussed. The influence of national languages on the development of the language of virtual environment is illustrated on the example of the Russian language. External and internal reasons of linguistic transformations are concluded. Global English as a contemporary lingua social phenomenon is discussed. Complex methodology and inter disciplinary approach are applied.
