Currently, informational-educational environment has become one of the constitutive tendencies in the development of modern education and correlates with IT development in all spheres of human life. The availability of multiple possibilities for using information and communication technologies in education brings about variability in university learning environment design. The authors propose the use of foresight methodology to optimize educational content and structure didactic potential of learning environment. The mechanism of pedagogical design using foresight methodology is based on accommodation of subjective views of stakeholders in the education system, creation of a common vision of the informational and educational environment which involves objective prognostic information and the trends and tendencies in regional education development. The knowledge gained from foresight methodology made it possible to design informational and educational, or learning, environment at the university that is able to ensure the learning process meeting the expectations of all stakeholders as close as it is possible and affect the employment rate of the university graduates.
The relevance of the paper is related to the necessity to develop the creative abilities of students who are able to be professionally realized in a society in the conditions of rapid social and information changes. In connection with this, there is a growing need to develop probable paths of students' abilities forming for creative activity as the basis for their future self-determination and self-improvement. The research is aimed at initiating the students' learning and research work in the course of vocational training in the University to develop and realize their creative abilities. The authors propose a programtargeted approach to the development of learning and research creativity of students, the main feature of which is the priory of activities goal-setting. The following aspects are determined: the criteria for university students' creative activity; stages of creative selfdevelopment of the student; components of the system of creative activity of the university student (motivational, operational, diagnostic, and resultant); algorithm of student's creative activity; methods, forms and means of realization of creative activity in the process of vocational training of students in the university. The aspects selected by V. S. Shcherbakov et al. 766the authors make it possible to compile and implement a personal program for selfdevelopment of the creative abilities of each university student. The paper is intended for educators and psychologists, the scientific community, dealing with the formation of creative abilities of students in the learning and research activities.
Вятский государственный университет, г. Киров, Россия Цель. Повышение общего уровня развития скоростно-силовых способностей и уровня прыгучести у юных баскетболистов методом круговой тренировки. Организация и методы. Педагогический эксперимент проводился с октября 2017 г. по февраль 2018 г. в условиях учебно-тренировочных занятий баскетболистов 2004-2005 г.р. (мальчики), на базе ДЮСШ г. Слободского Кировской области. Всего в исследованиях приняли участие 20 баскетболистов, по 10 человек в экспериментальной (ЭГ) и контрольной (КГ) группах. Использовались следующие методы исследования: теоретический анализ и обобщение научно-методической литературы по исследуемой проблеме; педагогическое тестирование; констатирующий и формирующий педагогический эксперимент; методы математической статистики. Результаты. В тесте В.М. Абалакова в КГ показатели повысились на 2,3 см, а в ЭГ-на 4 см. Среднее значение прыжка в длину с места в КГ повысилось на 15,8 см, а в ЭГ-на 22,5 см. Средние значения в беге на 30 м в КГ улучшились на 0,27 с, а в ЭГна 0,38 с. В тесте тройной прыжок с места в КГ результаты улучшились в среднем на 23,2 см, а в ЭГ на 48,4 см (Р < 0,05). Заключение. Полученные результаты позволяют предположить, что юным баскетболистам необходимо повышать общий уровень всестороннего развития скоростно-силовых способностей, используя метод круговой тренировки, что в свою очередь, может создать благоприятные условия для развития прыгучести. The relevance of the studied problem is substantiated by the need for implementation of management of process of adaptation of young teachers for the general education organization and insufficient readiness of theoretical, substantial, technological, scientific, and methodical aspects of management of process of adaptation of young teachers in the course of pedagogical activity. In this regard, we reviewed development, approbation and management of the educational project on adaptation of young teachers in the general education organization in this article. Questions of definition and creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions of management of the educational project on adaptation of young teachers at school are considered. The efficiency of the created and introduced organizational and pedagogical conditions is considered by authors through a prism of key functional fields of project management. The purpose of article consists in the description of implementation of the project on adaptation of young teachers in the general education organization and experimental check of management efficiency of it based on the developed matrix of works on formation of organizational and pedagogical conditions. The main method of a research of this problem is the design allowing considering this problem as the process of purposeful and conscious project management on adaptation of young teachers in the general education organization. Aim. The purpose of the article is to improve sensory integration, coordination and conditioning abilities in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) through hippotherapy classes. Material and methods. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the premises of the Favorit equestrian club (Podolsk, Moscow Region) from September 2016 to September 2018. 10 preschool children with ASD participated in the experiment (experimental group). The following research methods were used: theoretical analysis and literature summary; pedagogical testing; summative and formative assessment; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Analysis of changes in the indicators of the experimental group from the beginning to the end of the pedagogical experiment showed positive changes. The Romberg test indicators improved by 3.3 s, the results of the trunk stability test and trunk lift test improved by 6 and 5.03 s, respectively (p < 0.05). Assessment of sensory integration showed an improvement in tactile sensation by 14 points, in the vestibular apparatus by 12.63 points, the perception of visual information improved by 8.4 points (p < 0.05). Conclusion. The pedagogical experiment confirms the effectiveness of using hippotherapy for sensory integration dysfunctions in preschool children with autism spectrum disorders and improving coordination and conditioning abilities in children.
