RESUMOContexto: A Síndrome de Burnout (SB) é um problema de saúde pública, uma vez que atinge profissionais de distintas categorias, principalmente aqueles que lidam diretamente com pessoas e exercem ações de cuidado, gerando consequências à saúde física, mental e à qualidade de vida. Caracterizada pelo esgotamento profissional, a SB apresenta caráter multidimensional, com sintomatologia que demonstra exaustão emocional, despersonalização e baixa realização profissional. Objetivos: Verificar a incidência da SB entre as profissões na contemporaneidade e relacionar com as causas e consequências decorrentes dela. Métodos: Revisão integrativa da literatura com uso das bases de dados SCIELO, BIREME, PUBMED, considerando publicações dos últimos 5 anos. Resultados: Os artigos revisados revelam evidências expressivas da SB nas seguintes profissões: profissionais da saúde (enfermeiros, médicos, fisioterapeutas, motoristas do transporte de saúde, educadores físicos, gerentes da ESF); policiais militares, bombeiros, professores, bancários e motoristas de transporte coletivo. Conclusão: A SB apresenta-se de forma crescente na população inserida no ambiente de trabalho e afeta diversos profissionais. As consequências decorrentes dessa síndrome prejudicam o indivíduo em todos os âmbitos de sua vida.
Objetivo: identificar as principais complicações obstétricas em gestantes infectadas pelo SARS-CoV-2, com a finalidade de melhorar a assistência à saúde prestada ao binômio mãe-feto. Metodologia: O presente estudo trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, a qual foi realizada no mês de agosto de 2022, através de pesquisa nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e Google Scholar, utilizando os descritores “Coronavírus”, “Gestantes”, “Complicações obstétricas” e “Covid-19”. Resultados: Foram selecionados 25 artigos, publicados entre 2020 e 2022, dentre os quais foram identificadas as complicações obstétricas e fetais, mais recorrentes, associadas à COVID-19. Discussão: As alterações laboratoriais mais prevalentes foram linfopenia, aumento do D-Dímero e da proteína C reativa. Observou-se também um aumento no número de cesarianas, de partos prematuros, ruptura prematura de membranas ovulares (RPMO). Além disso, as gestantes infectadas podem ter deposição de fibrina na placenta, desenvolvendo um quadro mais grave de coagulopatia. Conclusão: Diante do exposto, é necessário o conhecimento das possíveis complicações obstétricas da infecção pelo COVID-19, a fim de melhorar a assistência à saúde prestada ao binômio mãe-feto.
Os transtornos mentais ou comportamentais apresentam manifestações clínicas distintas, acarretando alterações em aspectos biopsicossociais dos seus portadores. É sabido que os principais transtornos mentais presentes no Brasil são: ansiedade, depressão e transtornos de personalidade. Para que haja uma atuação efetiva nas esferas de prevenção, promoção, e tratamento das doenças mentais, sua caracterização em diferentes aspectos é essencial. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura de 16 publicações no período de 2016 a 2021, encontradas nas bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde-BVS, PubMed, LATINDEX E SCIELO, com os descritores "saúde mental", "unidade básica de saúde", "depressão", "ansiedade", "transtorno de personalidade" e "transtorno de humor". A discussão foi separada em tópicos referentes a cada um dos distúrbios mais prevalentes, sendo eles: Transtorno de ansiedade, Transtornos de personalidade e Depressão. Dessa forma, foi possível perceber que apesar de constituírem condições distintas, todas enfrentam desafios parecidos relativos à sua abordagem na Atenção Primária a Saúde, referentes ao acolhimento, a escuta atenciosa do paciente e ao vínculo entre o usuário do sistema e as redes de atenção. O modelo assistencial referente a saúde mental no Brasil evoluiu bastante, entretanto, ainda existem pontos a serem aprimorados, que dizem respeito tanto à capacitação profissional, quanto à abrangência de ações de saúde e a disseminação de informações.
Introdução: O tromboembolismo venoso é uma complicação que acontece em cirurgias plásticas e pode ser potencialmente grave. Objetivo: revisar estudos e evidências relacionados à protocolos de prevenção do tromboembolismo venoso na área da cirurgia plástica. Metodologia: pesquisa descritiva do tipo revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada no mês de julho de 2021, através do acesso online nas bases de dados National Library of Medicine (PubMed MEDLINE), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo), Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR), Google Scholar, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e EBSCO Information Services. Resultados: A partir da revisão integrativa da literatura, observa-se que existem controvérsias entre estudos, ou seja, ainda não há um consenso entre autores a respeito da profilaxia para tromboembolismo venoso em cirurgia plástica. Alguns autores reiteram que pacientes hígidos e sem histórico de comorbidades não possuem necessidade de iniciar profilaxia para TEV. No entanto, há estudiosos que ressaltam o risco expressivo do desenvolvimento de um TEV na cirurgia plástica, principalmente em processos cirúrgicos que apresentem determinantes como tempo de operação acima de 2 horas, tipo de decúbito e procedimento, além de cirurgias combinadas. Nesse sentido, há estudos que defendem o uso de quimioprofiláticos, como Enoxaparina e Rivaroxabana, conforme a singularidade do indivíduo e do procedimento, visando, sobretudo, preservar a saúde do paciente. Conclusão: Diante dos achados, a tromboprofilaxia é a melhor estratégia de prevenção em pacientes cirúrgicos, considerando que cada caso é único, e o risco de tromboembolismo venoso depende tanto da condição do paciente, quanto do procedimento realizado.
