This study examines the influence of job satisfaction, compensation practice, and leadership style on employee-turnover intention. A questionnaire consisting of five sections A to E has been distributed to collect the needed information: Section A, statements regarding job satisfaction; Section B, compensation practice; Section C, leadership style; and Section D, demographic background of respondents. The population for this research is 300 people among private-sector employees from Koperasi Kakitangan Petronas Berhad (KOPETRO), and out of that amount, 160 respondents have successfully participated. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 26 has been used to generate the results of this study. The reliability test for all independent variables has tested good to excellent internal consistency as the leadership style is the highest variable with the result of 0.954, followed by job satisfaction with the result of 0.861, and compensation practice, which carries the result of 0.722. In the meantime, the Pearson’s correlation has been used to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, compensation practice, and leadership style with the dependent variable. The test has revealed that all the independent variables have a significant relationship with employee- turnover intention, where the significant test result (p ≤ 0.05). In conclusion, the researchers have found out that all three hypotheses are accepted, which means that, from Hypothesis One until Hypothesis Three, it has been discovered that job satisfaction, compensation practice and leadership style have a significant relationship with employee-turnover intention. Lastly, the researchers hope that all the employers and top management of the private sector can gain benefits from this study.
Abstract-The quality of teaching among the teachers is important in order to improve the students' achievement as well as improving the quality of education to students. In order to do that, teachers need to look deeper into ways to transform old classrooms and teaching styles into 21st century teaching and learning environments.Furthermore, teachers who teach in the classroom need to be creative in order to attract the student participation in class. This paper is written to determine the relationship between quality learners, quality of learning environment and quality teaching process on quality of teaching. In order to do so, a study has been done for a total of 165 respondents which is the teachers at primary school in Bentong district. Then, a set of questionnaires were distributed to the identified teachers in the area of Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia.The result of thisstudy eventually revealed that there were relationship between quality learner and quality teaching process with quality teaching among the teachers at primary schoolin Bentong district.Thus, the result of this research will help the schools, education department and decisionmakers to better understand the quality of teachings among teachers. It also can give new phenomenaon exploring new strategies to improve student's performance.
Apart of the total unemployed in Malaysia are university graduates, while close to half the graduates of public universities are working in mismatched occupations, totally unrelated to their formal training. To overcome this issue, the best solutions is involvement in entrepreneurial. Therefore, this study aims to examine the student intention towards entrepreneurship. The data were collected from questionnaires that have been distributed to diploma and degree students in UiTM Terengganu. The questionnaires were tested on 300 respondents. The study found that the social environment and knowledge management are significant with student intention. The result for all independent variables shows positive relationship with dependent variable.
Entrepreneurship is identified as an important field for a country because it can generate economic growth, create new jobs that can contribute to the national economy. Developed countries place the field of entrepreneurship as an important prerequisite for change and development of the country's economy. In the quest to become a developed country, several parties need to play an important role in encouraging youth who have graduated from colleges, universities, and polytechnics to venture into the field of entrepreneurship through constructive programs to nurture entrepreneurial talent from an early age. The goal of this propose study is to look for the factors that encourage polytechnic students to have the intention of venturing into the field of entrepreneurship. This study will investigate and evaluates the influence of entrepreneurial intention among Kuala Terengganu polytechnic students. A measurement consisting of several influencing factors or independent variables namely attitudes, social norms, the need for achievement and role models against the dependent variable entrepreneurial intention. By identifying all the independent variables, the findings have strong positive relationship between entrepreneurial intention among polytechnic students in Kuala Terengganu. As a result, entrepreneurial intention will continue to be an important component in the education sector and business development for the country in order to foster students' interest in entrepreneurs and thus produce more entrepreneurs among students.
