In this paper we think about a model of human internal image representation and, as an application of it, talk about an Image Iinderstanding Process by Neuron Network.The basic idea of the image representation is the use of intermediate products of the neuronal recognition system in Brain. We suppose it to be a internal represented image (IRI) of the outer world. It is recollected by the symbolic representation of the corresponding fact and is operated to produce the internal prospects of an operation. The process corresponds to the knowledge representation and the operation on it in AI.According to the idea of operations on IRI, an iterative process of recognition -recollection -operation is applied to the problem of image understanding. By the model of Selective Attention, an image of multiple targets with position shift and deformation is separated into the components of each target sequentially.
This paper describes an advanced CD control technology for 65-nm node dual damascene process and beyond Our newly developed DESE (Deposition Enhanced Shrink Etching) technology realizes not only dynamic via shrink ranged 40nm but also accurate trench CD control by feed-forward technology. This technology has been performed for 65-nm Cu/Low-k interconnects using porous CVD SiOC.
