Ekonomi syariah di Indonesia saat ini masih mencari format ideal untuk terus berpartisipasi aktif dalam konteks pembangunan Indonesia. Oleh karena itu DSN-MUI sebagai lembaga 'pengawal' gerak ekonomi syariah di Indonesia berupaya mengembangkan konsep dalam fikih dan disesuaikan dengan realitas ekonomi modern. Ija> rah dalam kontek di atas adalah sebagai bagian dari pengembangan dimaksud. Pergeseran paradigma Ija> rah pada tataran konseptual fatwa, akan dilihat implentasinya dalam realitas aktivitas mikro ekonomi di lembaga koperasi syariah Nusa Tenggara barat
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konstruktif dengan jenis penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Metode pengembangan mengadopsi hasil penelitian Kuntarto, sedangkan rancangan pengembangan mengadopsi teori Creswell. Metode pengembangan dirancang berdasarkan kriteria OLM. Desain pembelajaran disusun dalam bentuk interaktif yang memungkinkan kegiatan belajar dapat dilaksanakan tanpa tatap-muka antara dosen dan mahasiswa; dapat dilakukan kapan saja; dan di mana saja sepanjang tersedia koneksi internet. Demi menjaga validitas dan reliabilitas temuan maka dilakukan dua uji, yakni normalitas dan homogenitas. Uji normalitas data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistis, yakni uji U-Mann Whitney dengan signifikansi sebesar 5%. Uji homogenitas dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket, dan kuesioner. teknis angket dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengungkapkan kesan dan penilaian mahasiswa terhadap jenis medsos dan tanggapan terhadap rancangan model pembelajaran daring yang disusun. Methodological debates in the study of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah presented several variants of polarization, as doctrinaire-normative-deductive and historical-empirical-inductive. This paper aims to probe carefully the theory of meaning the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah offered by Jasser Auda. It was found that Auda’s offer come from his observation on the failure of Islamic law to reconstruct the values embodied in authoritative texts (Qur’an, Sunnah) which are compatible with the social, economical, and political development of modern society. Implementation of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah must be paralleled with maqāṣid al-mukallaf, so that Islamic sharī‘ah in its humanist face in accordance with its mission as raḥmah li al-‘alamīn can be realized.
The game of football in Banggai regency is progressive and has the potential for outstanding athletes. The existence of the SSB SJS Luwuk football school in Banggai regency is a proof of this. SJS Luwuk Football School has several categories of age levels, from U-10 to U-17. The enthusiasm of the players in attending the football school is very good but many obstacles in the children's ability to pass the inner leg in the regular exercises are still found. In the implementation of passing, they still cannot pass properly and cannot direct the ball according to the target in the game especially at the age of 14. However, in this study, only 27 people aged 14 years were included. This study was designed to test the effectiveness of playing cat and mouse playing on the ability to pass feet in soccer games at SSB SJS Luwuk. This research was designed using a quantitative method, One Groups Pretest-Posttest Design. In processing the data obtained: Initial data are obtained by giving the inner leg passing, so that the Shapiro-Wilk value is 0.510 with n = 27 while the value of sig = 0.510 > 0.05 indicating the final test can be seen on the ability of foot passing distributed football game. The post-test data of foot passing ability in football games obtain a Shapiro-Wilk value of 0.320 with n = 27 while the value of significance = 0.320 is greater than 0.05. The cat-and-mouse exercise has an influence on the ability to pass the legs in the game, namely t count = 8,231 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). The number (mean) in the pre-test is 8.44 and the post-test result is 11.41 so there is an increase of 2.97. So the game of cat and mouse should be used in the warm-up time and before starting training to increase foot passing skills in football games.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam memahami masalah matematika materi fungsi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam memecahkan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pemberian soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa S1 dan S2 belum memenuhi ke empat kriteria berpikir kritis sehingga bisa dikatakan bahwa S1 dan S2 belum berpikir kritis.
