The intention to buy back is one of the objectives of the business strategy. This study aims to analyze the effect of mediating customer satisfaction on e-service and repurchase intention. This analytical study was conducted on e-commerce that is widely used by Indonesia, namely Shopee.co.id. The rapid growth of e-commerce, both C2C and B2B, has made online retailers compete in the online retail business. The intention to buy back is no longer solely due to the quality of service like an offline business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of mediating customer satisfaction from the quality of E-Commerce on repurchase intention in E-Commerce that has implemented a combination of C2B and B2B. Quantitative methods with structural equation analysis (SEM) and path analysis were used to analyze data using LISREL. The questionnaire is distributed to respondents used as samples taken from the population for this research. The researched population is user of Shopee.co.id in Indonesia, whereas samples of the population are randomly taken. The samples of this research are 279 respondents. The results of this study found that there is no significant direct effect of electronic service quality on repurchases intentions, but when customer satisfaction acts as a mediating variable, it shows that electronic service quality affects repurchase intention significantly through customer satisfaction. This study will help online retailers to find out what factors influence customers to make repeat purchases.
Leadership of principals in order to improve the performance of teachers and employees is very important, it is fitting discipline applied to every school, both government and private. A performance of good teachers and employees is a step towards achieving the goals of a school so that productivity is a determinant in achieving school goals. This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership on the performance of teachers and employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang. The research design used is quantitative research. The sample of research is 35 employees of SMP Negeri 3 Pamboang and data collection in the form of questionnaire method, interview, observation. While for data processing is analyzed for Validity and Realibility test using Alpha Cronbach formula using computer program. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data calculations and analysis used, obtained the regression equation, Y 20,091 0,441X. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Alokasi Dana Desa Terkait Pembagunan Infrastruktur, Otonomi desa merupakan otonomi asli, bulat dan utuh serta bukan merupakan pemberian dari pemerintah. Sebaiknya pemerintah berkewajiban menghormati otonomi asli yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut. Berdasarkan permendagri No.113/2014, Bab II pasal 2 ayat (1) tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa dijelaskan bahwa pengelolaan desa termasuk dana desa harus sesuai asas pengelolaan yaitu Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, dan partisipasi,maupun efesiensi.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara langsung secara mendalam sebanyak 21 respondeng yakni sekretaris desa, aparat desa, tokoh pemuda serta tokoh masyarakat didesa botto. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa presepsi masyarakat terhadap alokasi dana desa terkait pembangunan infrastruktur tidak sepenuhnya dilakukan dengan cara transparansi, akuntabilitas, partisipasi serta efesiensi.
Zakat merupakan salah satu ciri dari sistem perekonomian islam, harta yang dikeluarkan zakatnya akan menjadi berkah, bertambah dan berkembang, tumbuh, suci dan baik. Indonesia memiliki Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) yang merupakan badan resmi dan satu-satunya dibentuk okeh pemerintah berdasarkan keptusan Presiden Republik Indonesia No. 8 Tahun 2001. BAZNAS membentuk satuan organisasi yang disebut dengan UPZ yaitu Unit Pengumpul Zakat yang berfungsi dalam membantu mengumpulkan zakat (UU No. 23 Tahun 2011 Pasal 1 angka 9). Di Pamekasan lebih tepatnya di IAIN Madura telah mempunyai organisasi yang mengelola dana ZIS dengan nama UPZ IAIN Madura. Dalam penelitian ini penyusun ingin mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pengelolaannya apakah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau dirasa tidak maksimal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukam wawancara langsung kepada Ketua UPZ IAIN Madura yakni Elman Duro yang memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengelolaan dana dirasa kurang maksimal dikarenakan dana yang masuk dinilai sedikit untuk seukuran UPZ IAIN Madura.
