The strategic plan is a form of madrasah effort in the orientation of achieving educational success. This study attempts to analyze the preparation of the strategic plan carried out by the Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and document review. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data sorting techniques according to relevance to the research theme, then presented in a qualitative format, and verified to draw conclusions. Test the validity of the data using the persistence of observation and data triangulation techniques. The results of this study conclude that first, the strategic plan (renstra) is used as the basis for the preparation of periodic (semester/annual) institutional programs based on the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa. This is intended to clarify the details of program objectives, madrasah internal policies, and implementation strategies. Second, the strategic plan as the basis for program implementation at MIS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. Third, the strategic plan has a close relationship (interrelated) with the operational plan in an effort to achieve the goals of the madrasa.
This study aims to analyze the curriculum used by madrasas and their implementation in basic education institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, data analysis uses data sorting, presentation, and data verification techniques. The results of this study conclude that the curriculum used by Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Washliyah Stabat is the 2013 curriculum (revised) as a learning guide and human resource development (teachers and students) in madrasas. Implementation of the curriculum begins with socialization to teachers regarding changes in the 2013 curriculum, providing training for teachers to improve classroom management skills and the learning process, preparing academic schedules, completing textbooks (for students or teachers according to the latest edition), as well as carrying out academic supervision and managerial in the learning process.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi management by objectives (MBO) di MTsS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kajian terhadap dokumen yang relevan. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik reduksi, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa management by objectives (MBO) dilaksanakan dengan sangat baik di MTsS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe, hal ini ditandai dengan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, evaluasi terukur dan terarah, serta komunikasi pimpinan madrasah dengan para pegawai terjalin baik. Meskipun begitu, diperoleh kelemahan dari aspek manajemen waktu, di mana banyak waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam upaya optimalisasi persiapan implementasi management by objectives (MBO).
Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang pendidikan kepemimpinan di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta (MAS) Kesuma LKMD Namorambe dengan fokus pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengendalian pada pengelolaan pendidikan kepemimpinan siswa. Tujuannya yaitu mendapatkan gambaran yang teratur tentang pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen yang terdiri atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan mengontrol dalam pendidikan kepemimpinan siswa di MAS Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dipakai menjadi alat pengumpulan data. Model interaktif analisis data digunakan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini, model analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keandalan dari hasil yang diperoleh dengan empat kriteria yaitu kredibilitas, transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan kepastian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan perencanaan meliputi perumusan program, penetapan kurikulum, dan pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan tingkat kedewasaan kepemimpinan. Pengorganisasian melibatkan pembagian tugas dan penetapan kelompok kerja. Aktuasi meliputi pelatihan dan pembinaan siswa dalam melaksanakan pelatihan program kepemimpinan. Pengendalian meliputi pelaporan dan evaluasi. Rekomendasi dari temuan studi adalah semua komponen harus selalu saling bekerja sama dan memelihara keberlangsungan program pendidikan kepemimpinan siswa. Juga, diharapkan madrasah dapat mengatur kegiatan yang mendukung pencapaian program pendidikan kepemimpinan.
