ABSTRAK: Bunga telang memiliki pigmen antosianin yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pewarna pada makanan dan minuman. Ready To Drink (RTD) bunga telang terbuat dari campuran air, gula dan biji chia serta bunga telang (Clitoria Ternatea) dengan rasa jeruk nipis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan umur simpan produk RTD bunga telang dengan menggunakan evaluasi sensori, survival analysis. Lima puluh orang panelis melakukan pengujian pada setiap 3 hari hingga 15 hari dengan suhu simpan produk 4, 27 dan 37°C. Parameter yang digunakan adalah uji sensori, analisis total mikroba dan kapang, pengukuran pH, warna dan total padatan terlarut (TPT). Pada penelitian ini, umur simpan produk pada suhu 4, 27 dan 37°C memberikan hasil berbeda yaitu 6, 4 dan 3 hari. Total mikroba pada hari ke-6 pada suhu 4°C telah melewati batas maksimum, sementara suhu 27 dan 37°C pada hari ke-3, sedangkan total kapang khamir telah melewati batas maksimum pada hari ke-6. Nilai pH pada ketiga suhu berada pada kisaran nilai 3,19 hingga 3,51. Nilai ∆E* pada suhu 4 dan 27°C berada pada kisaran 2,0-3,0 yaitu sedikit terlihat, sedangkan 37°C terdapat nilai yang melebihi 3,0 yaitu terlihat dengan baik. Nilai TPT mengalami penurunan tetapi tidak berbeda nyata. Suhu 4°C merupakan kondisi penyimpanan optimum dibandingkan suhu lainnya.
Increased liquidity ratios and profitability ratios can give a positive signal to stock prices. This study aims to obtain an overview of the relationship between liquidity ratios and profitability ratios with prices. The research approach uses a quantitative approach using secondary data in the form of financial and annual reports. This research was conducted in all companies except the financial sector which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016 to 2019. The analysis technique used was multiple regression with STATA software. The liquidity ratio is proxied by the Cash Ratio, and Current Ratio (CR). Profitability ratio proxied ROE, ROS, EPS, . The results showed that the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio had a positive effect on stock prices. The higher the liquidity ratio and profitability ratio, it will lead to increasing stock prices.
This study aims to examine the relationship between financial statement analysis consisting of Return On Assets, Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, and Leverage on stock prices. The population used in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesian securities during the 2016-2019 period, amounting to 1546 compiled from financial statements and OSIRIS. This study uses multiple linear regression for analysis techniques with STATA 14.0 software. The results showed that return on assets and Earnings Per Share had a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk plaju palembang. This type of research was quantitative research. The analysis in this research utilized Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of contract employees at PT. Astra International Tbk Plaju Palembang. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for companies to evaluate the performance of contract employees through increasing motivation and work discipline.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui level kemampuan pemahaman matematis dan level metakognitif pada siswa SMP. Pengukuran level kemampuan pemahaman matematis menggunakan soal penilaian harian sesuai dengan indikator kemampuan pemahaman yang sudah divalidasi oleh dosen pendidikan matematika dan guru matematika. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu SMP Negeri Kota Bekasi dengan populasi 1 kelas dengan jumlah 32 siswa, dengan sampel 6 siswa menggunakan kriteria hasil kemampuan pemahaman matematis yaitu istimewa, amat baik, baik, cukup, kurang dan amat kurang. Hasil pada penelitian ini (1) kemampuan pemahaman matematis dari 32 siswa memiliki rata-rata dengan kriteria amat kurang; (2) hanya siswa yang memiliki kriteria istimewa dan amat baik yang memiliki level metakognitif di atas 1, sedangkan kriteria baik sampai amat kurang memiliki metakognitif di level 1; (3) metakognitif bisa menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman matematis siswa.
<p align="justify">In SMEs in the city of Surakarta, this study seeks to examine the relationship between dynamic competence and leadership style and employee performance, with social contact serving as a mediating variable. This study's core data came from a questionnaire that used a Likert scale as a measurement system. In this study, a non-probability sampling strategy was utilized to choose the sample. Using SmartPLS 3.0 software, 105 respondents from coffee shops in Surakarta City served as the sample for the PLS-SEM analysis. The evaluation of measurement models in the outer model and inner model serves as the study's method of data analysis. The findings revealed that: (1) employee performance was positively and significantly impacted by dynamic capability (2) Employee performance was significantly and favorably impacted by the leadership style. (3) Social interaction factors significantly and favorably impacted employee performance (4) Social contact was positively and significantly impacted by dynamic capability. (5) Social interaction is positively and significantly impacted by the element of leadership style. (6) Social interaction factors can operate as a mediator between dynamic capability factors and worker performance. Consumer decisions are processes that occur to consumers when he decides to buy, what to buy, where, when and how to buy it. This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing Indomaret minimarkets and ordinary minimarkets and the most dominant factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing the Indomaret minimarket with ordinary minimarkets in the city of Bengkalis. This type of research is observational. This study uses the method of qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and perception analysis. The results of this study indicate that consumer decisions that are influenced by the social factors of Indomaret minimarket are personality factors with a value of 3.37 and consumer decisions that are influenced by social factors of Indomaret minimarket are reference group factors with a value of 3.49. From the results of the research that has been obtained it turns out that reference groups, family factors, personality factors influence decisions, the most dominant factors are reference group factors and personality factors. While the lowest factor, namely personality factors 2.69.
