The Influence of Fundamental and Macro Economic Factors on The Stock Price in Industrial Property Companies in The Indonesia Stock Exchange. The objective of this research is to empirically prove the influence of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, inflation, rate and interest rate Simultaneously and Partially on the stock price. The object of this research are 18 industrial property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of research period of 2015 to 2018. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The result of this research simultaneously indicates that return on equity, debt to equity ratio, net profit margin, inflation, rate, and interest rate influence the stock price. The research conducted partially indicates that net profit margin significantly influences the stock price. Return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation, rate, and interest rate do not influence the stock price.
<p class="pre" align="justify"><em>This research uses normality test, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis method which aims to see the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (with indicators of the board of commissioners, audit committee and institutional ownership) on open public banking with indicators of Non Performance Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Capital Risk (CAR) during the global economic crisis in Indonesia. Research samples from publicly listed banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and must have the research criteria. It is known that there are 45 banking companies that are active until the end of 2019 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), but according to the research criteria there are only 25 banking companies with 2-year observation, year2018-2019, so the number of observation samples used is 50 samples. Based on the results of the research, it is realized that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on banking performance with financial performance measures, namely Non Performance Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) in go public banks during the global economic crisis in Indonesia, but the results Hypothesis testing shows that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a positive effect on the Capital Risk (CAR) variable in publicly traded commercial banks so that it is accepted because the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) will increase the supervision of the implementation of capital adequacy regulations set by the gover</em><em>nment.</em><em></em></p>
This study aims to analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee work productivity at PT Jimmulya Palembang. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The research results prove that the performance appraisal has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. This research is expected to help companies to be able to increase employee productivity through employee performance appraisals
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Perum Damri Palembang branch. The method in this study was associative research. The analysis in this research utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Perum Damri Palembang branch. This research is expected to provide benefits for companies to evaluate employee performance through compensation and work environment.
