Tugas akhir ini merupakan hasil dari analisis dan observasi yang sedang berjalan danSistem Informasi Siswa Berprestasi Berbasis Web Pada SMP Negeri 7 Metro. Siswayang berprestasi di bidang ekrakulikuler pada SMP Negeri 7 Metro sebagai sebuahprogram sekolah terlepas dari upaya untuk menghasilkan beberapa karya maupunprestasi di SMP Negeri 7 Metro, dalam kondisi saat ini pada SMP Negeri 7 Metroditemui permaslahan dalam pengolahan data tentang siswa berprestasi yang diolah wakakesiswaan.Adapun permasalahan yang di hadapi yaitu pengolahan data siswaberprestasi masih di catat cara manual dan penyimpanan masih menggunakanbuku,yang mengakibatkan muncul nya resiko,kerusakan dan menumpuk atau tumpangtindihnya data siswa berprestasi.Penyimpanan data seluruh siswa berprestasi dilakukandalam 1 (satu) buku besar,sehingga waka kesiswaan masih kesulitan dalam pencariandata siswa berprestasi . Dalam perancangan sistem informasi kesiswaan ini penulismenggunakan 2 metode, yang pertama yaitu studi lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode yang kedua yaitu studi putaka. Selainitu dalam perkembangan aplikasi penulis menggunakan aliran informasi, diagramconteks, data flow diagram, dan entitiy relationship diagram.sofware pendukung dalamaplikasi ini adalah MYSQL dan pdf. Perancangan sistem informasi siswa berprestasimenghasilkan rancangan input data siswa, data prestasi, dan data kelas serta outputnyaberupa laporan data siswa berprestasi
The English learning experience especially Grammar should be done in a fun way and make the language learners master the concept well. The importance of mastering Grammar well facilitates language learners to construct English sentences from various tenses. Coastal language learners have not been given good grammar understanding and do not have enough time to learn grammar in schools. To master Grammar, Stepping the 5 Stairs "A" technique offers fun grammar learning. There are already many techniques offered. However, the existing techniques do not accommodate the characteristics of the language learning methods of those from certain regions. The descriptive approach is a method of implementing community service. The team conducted a site survey and interviews with several residents’ representatives and coastal learners’ parents. The community service location is in Senggarang Village where foreign tourists pay a visit. The results of the community service are: (1) An increase in the knowledge and understanding of coastal learners about Grammar learning by using the Stepping the 5 Stairs "A" technique, (2) Coastal learners’the motivation to continue learning Grammar, and (3) There are requests from coastal learners, parents, RT, RW, and Karang Taruna Senggarang to the team to continue similar activities going forward
The Maritime Society of the Riau Islands Province has various forms and varieties of folklore, for instance the Legend of the Alut Island. This legend has the value of local wisdom that is appropriate for character education media at the primary and secondary education levels. The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the educational value of Alut Island folklore characters, (2) assist teachers in providing literary teaching materials (folklore), (3) help the availability of learning materials about folklore, and to (4) introduce students about the folklore of Alut Island. This research includes qualitative research. The research method uses content analysis method. Data collection techniques using document techniques and the data analysis using structural techniques. The result of the research is that the Legend of Alut Island contains character education values, for instance religious values, hard work, and responsibility values.
Pedagogic competence is one of the competences that should be owned, comprehended, and mastered by teachers and lecturers to conducting professional job in Indonesian context and Bintan Regency particularly. It can be seen from their ability to help students to practice target language through pedagogical task. Therefore, the purpose is to explore the cognition, beliefs, and practice of state junior high school of English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers of pedagogical tasks in the classroom. The focus is on the cognition of the EFL teachers of pedagogical task in their classroom; the beliefs of EFL teachers of pedagogical task in the classroom; the practices of EFL teachers of pedagogical tasks in the classroom. The study is descriptive quantitative with survey method. The data will be collected through questionnaires for pedagogical task. The data will be analyzed with Likert scale through interpreting the data of cognition, beliefs, and practice of pedagogical task gathered from questionnaires. The findings showed that the teachers had good enough cognition, positive point of view and reasons to or not to use the pedagogical task in their EFL classroom. The teachers have had awareness of pedagogical task to try this in their teaching practice.
Tujuan dari program layanan masyarakat (PKM) adalah untuk melatih semua guru bahasa Inggris SMP tentang kognisi, keyakinan, dan praktik tugas pedagogis di Kabupaten Bintan. Sebelum melakukan pelatihan, kognisi, keyakinan, dan praktik tugas pedagogis mereka akan dikumpulkan dengan meminta mereka mengisi formulir kuesioner. Setelah itu, pelatihan intensif tugas pedagogis akan dilakukan oleh dua dosen bahasa Inggris dan tiga mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris dari FKIP, Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji.. Kemudian, mereka akan mendiskusikan dan mempraktekkan materi yang telah diberikan di kelas: rekan-rekan mereka berpura-pura sebagai siswa. Ketika mereka mendiskusikan dan mempraktekkan materi, para pelatih mengamati dengan daftar pengamatan dan terlibat dalam diskusi untuk memperkuat pemahaman mereka. Selanjutnya, mereka mengisi kuesioner yang sama untuk melihat kemajuan mereka. Data kemajuan mereka akan dianalisis untuk melihat mana yang telah dan tidak dipahami atau berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan data tersebut, mereka akan fokus kepada hal yang belum berjalan dengan baik dalam praktik mereka. Pelatih akan ambil bagian lagi dalam observasi dan diskusi dengan mereka. Akhirnya, mereka diminta lagi mengisi kuesioner yang sama untuk melihat kemajuan lengkap mereka. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kognisi, keyakinan, dan pelaksanaan tugas pedagogis guru di kelas meningkat.
