This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the management of the boarding school in the formation of attitudes of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung, start from planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the program. This study is a field research with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis uses interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Examination of the validity of data persistence observation, and triangulation methods. The results showed that the management of education in the program of formation of the attitude of self-reliance of students in the Boarding school Ell-Futhah Bulupayung conducted with four stages, namely (1) Planning already existed before independence programs were implemented such as the procurement of meeting, selection of program self-reliance, and other. The planning stage includes: planning the curriculum, teaching materials, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, as well as program planning; (2) The Organization implemented with the involvement of the elements of boarding schools such as the chaplain, coach, instructor and all elements to help organizing the program of the independence of the students has been running well although there are still lack of human resources because the division of tasks is still stacked and the number of students who follow the activities of the skills in the boarding school; (3) The Implementation of the program was implemented with several stages in which carry out teaching and learning activities, organizational activities of the compulsory routine of the boarding school, individual activities of students day-to-day, activity support, and rules of discipline of the lodge; (4) Supervision and evaluation of the program, caretakers and administrators along with the community participated in evaluating such activities. If there is a weakness, then it will be given input for improvement in the future. <em>Adolescence is the golden period for the students. Therefore, the school as an institution of public education to foster in terms of cognitive, psychomotor and affective must be able to see the symptoms change in adolescence all want to know and want to try. The purpose of this study is to describe and learn about moral guidance models in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. The method used in this research is observation, interview and documentation. Form of business that is done school in Moral guidance in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen is with a wide variety of activities such as the application of An-Nahdiyah, that is all the action that is rooted in the permission of ahlu sunnah wal jama'ah and extracurricular activities. So it can be concluded, moral guidance, moral and ethics students should continue to be made in istikomah to be the media in shaping the character and morals of students in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen.</em>
This study aims to describe and analyze of management in an effort to form students' self-reliant attitudes. The research location is at the Pesantren El Futhah Patimuan Cilacap. Research is qualitative. The results of the study are that (a)there are management arrangements in an effort to form the self-reliant attitude of the students, (b) the implementation is in the program of Pembentukan Sikap kemandirian Santri (PSKS), (c)the PSKS program includes the study of religious, foreign languages, skills and production, and programs social, (d)the orientation of the program is religious self-reliant attitudes, social, business, and communal self-reliant attitudes.
Madrasah performance dominantly to date is very low and below the standard of other educational institutions. Only a small number of Islamic education are able to compete with other educational institutions. Seeing such a phenomenon is interesting to conduct an assessment of the conditions and problems that are actually faced by Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. Research is a literature research with the focus of the study of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions, while the object to be studied is the implications of the regional autonomy policy in the management of Islamic educational institutions, with the procedure for obtaining data on researchers using literature. The data obtained will be identified, examined, analyzed, and interpreted so that the substance of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions can be captured. After that, researchers will try to compare with other theories, to achieve a complete picture of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study that the presence of madrasas in Indonesia has the same duties and roles as schools. As an educational institution that prepares the young generation of Muslims for the future, madrassas are expected to be able to produce graduates who will be able to play an important role in all sectors of national life, both the religious, social, economic, political, scientific and technology sectors. Madrasas are seeded than public schools because madrasas provide religious education (which is better than public schools) in addition to public education (which is the same as public schools). The problem that is still faced by madrasas today is the still low quality standards of general education provided in madrasas. Problems in the management of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia faced, are (1) management problems which include the field of human resources/education personnel, curriculum fields, facilities and infrastructure; (2) Conceptual-Teoritis and Operational-Practical Problems; and (3) the problem of education policies and politics.
