Observasi awal yang peneliti lakukan pada sekolah alam muara bungo ini meninggalkan kesan yang sangat menarik. Lingkungan sekolah yang indah dan asri menyatu dalam keramahan, ketertiban dan kecerdasan anak-anaknya. Hal ini tentunya memberi kenyamanan bahkan rasa takjub bagi siapapun yang mengunjungi. Berbagai jenis tanaman menghiasi halaman, pagar, ruangan dan juga sebuah green lab yang mengoleksi berbagai jenis bunga dan tanaman buah-buahan yang dapat menjadi “hadiah” atau oleh-oleh bagi setiap tamu yang datang. Semua tanaman ini tumbuh dengan indahnya tanpa terlihat rusak atau patah meski berada diantara permainan anak-anak. Hal yang akan menjadi tanda tanya bagaimana anak-anak yang masih berada diusia dini ini telah dapat mengerti untuk menjaga dan menghargai lingkungannya.Peneliti memperhatikan juga bagaimana hubungan sosial anak-anak ini terjalin dengan baik termasuk terhadap anak yang berkebutuhan khusus (ADHD). Guru mendampingi agar tidak terjadinya keributan dan mereka dapat merasa nyaman antara satu sama lainnya. Peneliti juga merasakan keramahan anak-anak ini dan merasa takjub ketika mereka menunjukkan kefasihannya dalam melafalkan hadits-hadits nabi yang menjadi pedoman bagi mereka dalam bersikap atau berperilaku sehari-hari. Berdasarkan hal ini dapatlah diketahui bahwa karakter anak-anak di sekolah alam muara bungo telah terbina dengan baik, tidak hanya pada sikap menjaga lingkungan namun juga menghargai sesama serta meneladani kemuliaan akhlak Rasulullah SAW dengan pemaknaan terhadap hadits-haditsnya.Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas maka akan dilakukan penelitian mengenai “Inovasi Pembelajaran dengan Metode Belajar Bersama Alam (BBA) Guna Membangun Karakter Anak Semenjak Dini pada Sekolah Alam Muara Bungo (SAMO)” Keyword: Inovasi Pembelajaran, Metode BBA, Membamgun Karakter, Sekolah Alam Muara Bungo
This research aims to find out the teachers' performance framework, which is reviewed from some aspects such as planning, execution, evaluation and student guidance aspects in the learning activity. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in MAN 1 Poncowati, Madrasa Aliyah Ma'arif 1 Punggur and Madrasa Aliyah Nurul Ulum Gajah City Central Lampung. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. The research data sources were information from principal and vice-principal of the madrasa, teacher council and school supervisor and other sources which were relevant document such as pictures, notes and essays which had relation to the research focus. This research data collection used interview, observation and documentation. The results of this research are: (1) The performance of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Central Lampung Regency viewed from the aspect of learning plan still has some problems such as the teacher did not understand how to analyse of effective day and effective week; (2) Based on the aspects of learning implementation, there are still some problems such as the teacher could not utilise the learning media during the teaching and learning process; (3) Based on the aspect of learning evaluation, there are still some problems such as the teacher could not arrange the question items for the daily test, and (4) Based on the aspect of students' guidance implementation, there are some problems such as the teacher did not have scientific paper or students' guidance.
To gather information, needs a good comprehensive in understanding the information. That’s why the reading activity is important in our life. The researcher conducted a mixed method research and the aims were to investigate the significance improvement and students’ responses after the researcher applied skimming strategy. The researcher analysed both in quantitative and qualitative method. The researcher investigated 7th grader of Adventist School. The focus is about narrative text especially about legend stories such as Tangkuban Perahu, Rawa Pening, Borobudur Temple and Prambanan Temple stories. The researcher concluded and detected a significance improvement in reading skills performed by the students. Result showed that p-value = 0,0110433. The students’ score enhanced and it proved that students could comprehend the narrative text in their reading class.
Pirate is considered as one of the oldest professions in the world. The existence of pirates in the archipelago was first recorded in the 5th century AD. In the period of 15th to the 16th century, pirate activities increased due to political and economic changes in the archipelago. One of them was the arrival of European traders which made most people in the archipelago encouraged to do piracy, including those done by Bajo tribe. The tribe which is from Sulawesi was a respected pirate at that time who had a wide operations area in the archipelago. The piracy targets are Europeans and indigenous traders. Bajo tribe was not only good at piracy but also had a concern for marine and coastal conservation. The coastal areas Preservation can be seen from the efforts to preserve coral reefs, fish and mangrove.
