Purpose – This paper aims to determine the influence of product quality, promotion, and social media on sales volume at Paradise Cafe. Design/methodology/ approach - The population use disallat Paradise Café Surabaya consumers who have made transactions with thecriteriaofatleast2 times. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing online questionnaires in the google form and sample size is 140 respondents. The data processing process used the SPSS version 25program. Findings-The results of the research analysis is, it was found that all the variables studied influenced sales volume, either partially or simultaneously. Practical implementations – The during the covid-19 pandemic, researchers had difficulties meeting respondents directly, so the solution was to distribute research instruments using google forms or done online, but some respondents who like to ask questions then this is also a bit difficult because on average they want via chart and don't want to be called directly. Originality/ value-The results of this study will add references for future researchers and will automatically reproduce the literature.
Pengembangan Usaha dalam bidang kuliner bisa dilakukan dengan cara menggali celah-celah hasil tanaman pangan yang banyak melimpah dan masih belum dilakukan oleh para pemerhati usaha kuliner khususnya. Hasil olah tanaman pertanian yang sudah dipanen melimpah sehingga terjadi kelebihan jumlah dan belum bisa tertangani secara benar yang mengakibatkan terbuangnya hasil pertanian tersebut karena kurangnya pengalaman untuk membuat produk yang kreatif. Desa Kebaron merupakan salah satu desa wisata kebun jambu di Sidoarjo yang mempunyai hasil pertanian jambu biji dengan hasil panen yang sangat melimpah. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah ketika musim panen tiba dan hasil panen jambu sangat melimpah, meskipun banyak pengunjung yang datang, masih ada kelebihan jambu yang terbuang begitu saja. Pentingnya dalam menciptakan ide untuk menciptakan kudapan yang kreatif, aman dan sehat dengan membuat donat dengan menggunakan bahan dasar dari jambu biji yang berwarna merah.
Tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan di dunia hotel membuat karyawan seringkali mengalami stres yang dapat berujung pada timbulnya niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya saat ini dan mencari pekerjaaan di hotel lain. Tentu saja stres tersebut disebabkan oleh banyak hal yang salah satunya adalah program employee training. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa peran workplace stress sebagai variabel mediasi dari hubungan employee training dan iturnover iintention pada ikaryawan ihotel iberbintang idi iSurabaya. iMetode iyang idigunakan idalam ipenelitian iini iadalah ianalisis ikuantitatif. iJumlah isampel iyang digunakan sebanyak 53 karyawan tetap hotel. Metode iyang idigunakan iadalah inon-probability isampling idengan iteknik ipurposive isampling. iTeknik ipengumpulan idata idalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Pengolahan data menggunakan alat analisa GSCA (General Structured Component Analysis). Output yang dihasilkan GSCA yaitu measure of fit pada measurement model (meliputi validity dan reliability), structural model, dan overall model. Berdasarkan ihasil ianalisis idata, idapat idisimpulkan ibahwa iemployee itraining itidak iberpengaruh isignifikan iterhadap iturnover iintention itetapi iemployee itraining iberpengaruh isignifikan ipositif iterhadap iworkplace istress. iWorkplace istress iberpengaruh isignifikan ipositif iterhadap iturnover iintention. iWorkplace istress ijuga imampu iberperan isebagai i iintervening ivariable yang menjembatani hubungan antara variabel employee training dan variabel turnover intention.Kata Kunci: training; workplace stress; turnover intention; karyawan; hotel
The purpose of this study is to explore digital marketing opportunities for tourism in Indonesia, which is motivated by the development of tourism in Indonesia, especially the increase in tourist visits and statistics in the digital era. Integrative literature review is the method used in this research and content analysis to review digital marketing and tourism in Indonesia. The findings from this study are that digital media, content, and mobile advertising are one of the trends in digital marketing. Thus, tourism activists in Indonesia have the opportunity to market their products digitally. For further research, you can explore quantitative and qualitative methods about the digital marketing phenomenon in finding tourism in Indonesia. Abroad, they have implemented digital marketing where they have utilized digital media and created creative content to manage the digitization of marketing activities in the tourism sector.
